GENERALIDADES
El contenido de éste manual es aplicable a las torres de
refrigeración de la serie RVC así como a los
condensadores evaporativos de la serie CVC, y deberá
ser leído atentamente por el personal técnico
responsable, antes de la manipulación de éstos
equipos
VERIFICACIONES
Para asegurarse de la ausencia de daños y/o pérdidas
durante el transporte, a la recepción del equipo,
deberán verificarse las partes siguientes:
•Superficie exterior
•Laterales de la sección de ventilación en los
modelos superiores al 610.
•Flotador de la válvula de reposición de agua.
•Malla metálica situada sobre la conexión de
aspiración de la bomba.
•Reja de protección a la entrada de aire.
Cualquier anormalidad observada a la recepción del
equipo, deberá ser anotada en el documento de
recepción y comunicada urgentemente al
suministrador
EXPEDICION Y MANIPULACION
Modelos 020 al 580
Los aparatos correspondientes a éstos modelos,
equipados con cámara silenciosa o sin ella, se expiden
completamente montados.
Modelos 610 al 880
Los aparatos correspondientes a éstos modelos
equipados con cámara silenciosa, se expiden
completamente montados a excepción de los laterales
de la sección de ventilación, que para facilitar el
transporte, se envían desmontados.
INTRODUCTION
The content of this manual is applicable to the cooling
towers series RVC as well as to the evaporative
condensers series CVC and it will be read thoroughly
by the responsible technical personnel, before the
manipulation of these equipment.
CHECKING
To make sure of the absence of damages and/or losses
during the transport, to the reception of the equipment,
the following parts will be verified:
•External surface
•Lateral of the ventilation section in the models
upper at the 610.
•Float valve of make-up water connection
•Filter in inox. of water outlet connection
•Air intake grids
Any abnormality observed to the reception of the
equipment, it will be written down in the reception
document and communicated urgently to the
supplier
SHIPMENT AND LIFTING
Models 020 to 580
The equipment corresponding to these models,
equipped with or without acoustic compartment, are
shipped completely assembled.
Models 610 to 880
The equipment corresponding to these models
equipped with silent camera, are sent totally mounted
with the exception of the lateral ones of the ventilation
section that to facilitate the transport, they are sent
disassembled.

Para la elevación y ubicación final deberán utilizarse las
orejas situadas en el bastidor de la batería, extrayendo
previamente los separadores de gotas situados sobre
la misma.
Utilizar eslingas desiguales de forma que el punto de
elevación esté situado a la distancia indicada por D1 y
D2.
For lifts and final positioning the devices located in the
coil will be used, extracting previously the drifts
eliminators located on the same one.
Unequal slings will be used so that the elevation point it
is located at the distance indicated by D1 and D2.

Modelos con silenciadores en aspiración
Los equipos con silenciadores en la aspiración de aire,
se expiden con el silenciador incorporado. Su
manipulación se puede efectuar siguiendo los mismos
criterios anteriormente descritos.
Models with silencers on air inlet
The units equipped with silencers in the air inlet, are
shipped with the silencers incorporate. Their
manipulation you can make following the same
previously described approaches.

Silenciadores en la descarga
Para facilitar el transporte, los silenciadores colocados
a la salida de aire, se expiden desmontados del cuerpo
principal.
Para su manipulación y ensamblaje, pueden elevarse
izándolos de las cuatro orejas situadas en la parte
superior.
IMPORTANTE
No utilizar los puntos de elevación del
silenciador para elevar el conjunto.
Silencers on air outlet
To facilitate the transport, the silencers placed to the air
outlet are shipped disassembled of the unit.
For the manipulation and assembling, they can rise
hoisting them of the four ears located in the superior
part.
IMPORTANT
Do not use the lifting devices of the silencers
to elevate the group.

ASENTAMIENTO
Paneles laterales sección de ventilación
En el caso de que por necesidades del transporte las
secciones de ventilación fuesen expedidas con los
laterales desmontados, (modelos 610 y superiores),
deberá procederse al ensamblaje de los mismos en la
forma siguiente

PLACEMENT
Lateral panels of section fans
When the section fans are shipped with the lateral
panels disassembled, (models 610 and uppers), they
will be re-assembling as follows:

1º) Colocar el equipo sobre una superficie bien
nivelada, de forma que la sección de ventilación
esté perfectamente recta.
2ª) Extraer los tornillos que deberán fijar el panel
lateral de sus alojamientos.
3º) Introducir el borde superior del lateral entre el
techo de la sección de ventilación y el bastidor
interno. (Ver fig. 1).
4º) Elevando el lateral hasta el tope, introducir el
borde inferior en la ranura del bastidor y ajustarlo
de forma que los taladros laterales coincidan.
(Ver fig. 2)
5º) Colocar nuevamente los tornillos de unión en sus
alojamientos.
Silenciadores sobre la descarga
Para el ensamblaje de los silenciadores situados sobre
la salida de aire, proceder como sigue:
1. Asegurarse de que el borde superior no ha sufrido
daños durante el transporte y de que la guarnición
de estanqueidad está colocada en todo su
perímetro.
2. Situar el silenciador sobre la unidad haciendo
coincidir los taladros con la ayuda de alguna varilla
metálica.
3. Colocar los tornillos de unión entre ambos
elementos. (Ver detalle)
SOPORTES Y ANCLAJES
La mejor bancada para éstos equipos es la formada por
un plano de apoyo, en hormigón o cualquier otro
material, capaz de soportar el peso total del aparato en
funcionamiento.
Los aparatos deberán ser anclados al plano de apoyo
para contrarrestar la presión del viento. Las formas de
anclaje están indicadas seguidamente.
1º) Place the unit on a flat surface, so that the
ventilation section is perfectly direct.
2º) Extract the screws that will fix the lateral panel of
their lodgings.
3º) Introduce the superior border of the lateral panel
between the roof of the ventilation section and the
internal frame. (See fig. 1).
4º) Elevating the lateral one until the one collides, to
introduce the inferior border in the groove of the
framework and to adjust it so that the lateral drills
coincides. (See Fig. 2)
5º) Place the screws of union again in their lodgings.
Silencers on air outlet
For re-assembling the silencers on air outlet, It will be
made like as follow:
1. Being sure that the upper edge has not been
damaged during transportation and that the closing
gasket is placed in all perimeter.
2. Locate de silencer on the unit, making holes fit
closely together with the aid of metal pins.
3. Place the screws of union among both elements.
(See following figure).
SUPPORTS AND FASTENING
The best arrangement for these equipment is over an
even concrete floor able to support the total weight of
the unit in operation.
The units must be fastened to the ground to resist the
wind pressure. The fastening means are indicated in
the following figures
