Before starting the installation
Thank you for buying a Little Alexandra's Cottage Deluxe. I'm sure the kids will love it. But before
starting the installation lease read below.
• Wear safety glasses and other safety equipment
• If you're working with children around, please use due diligence.
Step 1 The floor
•Place the loor down where the playhouse
will be built
•This model will have 2 loors that need to be
nailed together.
•I you choose to have vinyl looring, set it
down and cut the excess o .
•The ground must be lat and levelled.
Step 2 The walls
•Get all your lower walls ready
•Li t them on the loor perimeter and nail them together until the lower
level is completed.
• Set the lo t deck in place
•Cut to it and nail the 3/8" plywood strips on top o the walls to match the
thickness o the lo t.
•Set the upper walls and nail them in place. Take care to make sure they are
lush with the lower level
Step 3 The roof
•Assemble the trusses and set them on the side walls above the studs
•Li t the roo panels so the top edge is exactly at the ridge
•The panels should meet hal way on the same truss.
•Complete all the panels. Fasten them through the small plywood piece at the bottom
•Insert the iller shingle starting at the bottom. Fasten into the truss so the nail will be
covered by the next shingle. Repeat until the joint is all done.

Ste 4 Finishing your playhouse
You are now ready to finish the layhouse.
•Install the windows in the o enings
•Set the door in lace
•Do the facias boards starting with the front angled ieces
•Set the straight facias boards. Nail them at the end of the
trusses. Set the back angled facias in lace.
•Do your corners and the joining sti s
•Com lete the layhouse with the ridge ca
Ste 5 The front orch
•Set the deck down.
•Insert the railing in the ost .Use it to get the distance.
•Take a truss and lace it on to of the osts.
• Take the last truss and nail it to the front wall so they are
both in line.
•Take the small roof and lace it on the trusse.
•Roof ridge and trims will com lete the roject.

Warranty
We take great pride and care in crafting your playhouse. We have a quality control to
assure that buying one of our playhouse will be a great experience.
Wood can bend , crack and change color over time. This
should not be considered as a manufacturing defect because
it's common to all wood products .
We offer a 0 days warranty on all manufacturing defects. It doesn't cover
abuse or damages due to poor assembly. If there is damages we may ask for a
picture of it in order to assess it. Parts will be sent to your residence, free of
charge by common carrier usually within 5 business days after approval.
We will cover the playhouse against rot for a period of 1 year from the
purchase date. Please ensure proper surface and built the playhouse
according to our instruction. We cannot cover the playhouse against
damages from insects like termites, spiders and any other animal ...
Liability waiver
We, and/or our retailers, cannot be held liable for any accidents, injuries,
death or damages that could arise from using this playhouse regardless of the
reason. Always keep your children under supervision. Play safe!
