Attaching the adapter
Lock the rear brakes of the Q chassis and remove the screws and spacers on
the chassis (Fig. 1).
Place the adapter on the chassis in such a manner that the tilted plate is facing
forwards and the straight plate with the two holes is facing backwards (Figs.
2+3).
When placing the adapter, push the tilted plate from the front onto the tube of
the chassis and fold the rear part of the adapter onto the rear tube (Fig. 4).
The adapter is secured to the Q chassis on the back using two screws (Fig. 5).
Inserting the EASyS Advantage seat unit
When the adapter is delivered, it is set to a seat unit with a size of 1 (Fig. 6).
In order to insert a seating unit with a size of 2, eight screws on the adapter
must be removed. Then the plates can be pulled outwards and the eight screws
are inserted into the four outer holes and the four holes that are the third hole
from the outermost one (Fig. 7).
When inserting the seat unit, press the trigger on the back of the seat unit. In
the upright position, guide the EASyS Advantage seating unit into the recess
provided in the adapter using the side pins until you clearly hear the pins
snapping in (Figs. 8+9).
Removing the EASyS Advantage seat unit
Press the trigger on the back of the seat unit and guide the seat unit backwards/
up out of the recess provided in the adapter (Fig. 8).
To disassemble the adapter, remove the two rear screws, lift the rear part of
the adapter, and press the adapter from the front tube of the chassis with light
pressure.

Notes regarding safety
•Caution: When attaching the adapter and lowering the seat unit, there is a risk
that your fingers get pinched.
•Before using, make sure that the pins of the seat unit are locked in (Fig. 9).
•When inserting and removing the adapter and the seat unit, apply the braking
rear wheels of the Q chassis.
•Attach the seat unit to the Q chassis only with the footrest in the direction of
the long frame tubes (Fig. 10).
•Also, observe the notes regarding safety and the operating instructions that
accompany the EASyS Advantage rehab stroller and the Q chassis.
TIP:
For easy access to the front soft-touch nuts of the seat unit, swing the footrest
up (Fig. 11).
The rear nuts are also easily accessible (Fig. 12).
