Open the battery com-

Then insert 2 AAA bat-
teries. Make sure that
the polarity is correct:
the "+" and "-" mark-
ings on the batteries
and in the compart-
ment must match.

Adapting to applianc s
n order to control your appliances you must ad-
apt or set the remote control to them. There are
two ways of doing so:

VOLUME- button 3 times for the 3 of 436.
6. 3rd number of code (ones): Press the
CH/SKIPΔ button 6 times for the 6 of 436.
7. Finally, press the OK button again briefly. The
lamp (LED) goes out.
- To enter a 0, do not press any button.
- If lamp flashes twice code was not accepted
and code input can be started again.
8. Then test the control code setting by trying to
control (in this example) your television set. f
it does not work at all or not correctly try a dif-
ferent code from the list or code search (see
below).
9. To make the setting for a DVB (SAT, CBL), re-
ceiver or a cable box, press the SAT/DVB
(SAT, CBL) button instead of TV and enter a
DVB (SAT, CBL) code accordingly.
- You terminate the mode by pressing any
device button or by code input interruption of
more than 10 seconds.

f the brand of your appliance is not in the list or
none of the codes given fits, we recommend a
code search.
Manual cod s arch
1. Switch on the appliance to be controlled. Pro-
gram is running.
2. To prepare code search, press the OK button
and the appliance button, e.g. TV, simultan-
eously until the lamp (LED) lights constantly.
3. Then point the remote control at the appli-
ance to be controlled.
4. Briefly press the ON/OFF button once.
The lamp (LED) blinks.
5. Press the ON/OFF button about any 1
second so often until the appliance, e.g. your
TV reacts by power off.
- You can invert search direction by pressing
the OK button and then again.
- If your appliance has switched itself off, you
must switch it back on again, e.g. on the appli-
ance or with the original remote control, to con-
tinue searching.
- When your appliance reacts you can also try
out other buttons without interrupting the
search. If some buttons do not work properly,
simply continue searching by pressing ON/OFF
again.

by pressing OK button.
4. When your appliance reacts, press any button
except OK within 1-2 seconds, to end the
search and save code..
– If you ended the search too late, continue to
search using the Manual Code Search (see
above .
5. Finally, test the control code setting by trying
to control, for example, your TV appliance. f
it does not work correctly, please try the code
search again. The code search then begins
with the found code in the sequence.

You can read off the 3-digit codes you have set
at any time:
1. Select the appliance to be controlled using
the TV or SAT/DVB (SAT, CBL) button.
2. Then count off the code. First press
OK+VOLUME+ briefly and count the number
of times the hundred blinks, then press OK+
VOLUME- briefly and count the number of
times the ten blinks and finally, press
OK+CH/SKIPΔ briefly the number of times
the one blinks.
– No blink means 0.

Press OK+ button until the lamp blinks twice
in order to reset the remote to factory settings.
Op ration
You operate your universal remote control ba-
sically in the same way as if you were using the
original remote control. As the symbols on a uni-
versal remote control could differ from those on
the original remote controls, you may have to try
out all the buttons in order to find the right func-
tions.

Um hre Geräte steuern zu können, müssen Sie
die Fernbedienung für hre Geräte einstellen.
Dazu gibt es zwei Möglichkeiten:

1. Aus der beigefügten Liste entnehmen Sie z.B.
den Panasonic-Code 436.

- Zur Eingabe einer Ziffer 0 ist keine Taste zu
drücken.
-Die Lampe blinkt 2 Mal wenn Sie einen falsche
Kode eingeben. Dann können Sie die Eingabe
wiederholen.
8. Zum Abschluss testen Sie den eingestellten
Steuerkode, indem Sie versuchen z. B. hr
TV-Gerät zu steuern. Funktioniert es nicht
oder nicht richtig, dann versuchen Sie bitte
einen weiteren Kode aus der Liste oder die
Kodesuche, s.u..
9. Zur Einstellung eines DVB (SAT, CBL) Satel-
litenempfängers oder einer Kabelbox drücken
Sie bitte die DVB (SAT, CBL)-Taste anstelle
von TV und geben einen DVB (SAT, CBL)
Satellitencode entsprechend ein.
- Sie beenden die Kodeingabe, indem Sie ir-
gendeine Gerätetaste drücken oder durch eine
Unterbrechung der Eingabe für mehr als 10 Se-
kunden.

Wenn die Marke eines Gerätes nicht in der Liste
steht oder kein angegebener Kode passt, emp-
fiehlt sich die Kodesuche.

1. Bitte das zusteuernde Gerät einschalten. Pro-
gramm läuft.
2. Drücken Sie die Taste OK und eine Geräte-
taste, z.B. die TV-Taste gleichzeitig bis das
Lämpchen (LED) dauernd leuchtet.
3. Dann Fernbedienung auf das zu steuernde
Gerät richten.
4. Einmal kurz (Gerät ein/aus)Taste
drücken. Das Lämpchen (LED) blinkt.
5. Wiederholt, ca. jede Sekunde, (Gerät
ein/aus) Taste drücken bis Gerät, reagiert.
- Sie können die Suchrichtung umkehren, in-
dem Sie OK und dann wieder drücken.
- Hatte sich Ihr Gerät ausgeschaltet, so müssen
Sie es, z.B. am Gerät oder mit der Originalfern-
bedienung zur weiteren Suche wieder einschal-
ten.
- Wenn Ihr Gerät rea-
giert können Sie auch
andere Tasten probie-
ren, ohne die Suche zu
verlassen. Wenn eini-
ge Tasten nicht richtig
funktionieren, suchen

eine Gerätetaste z.B.die TV Taste mehr als 3

aus geht.
3. Dann Fernbedienung auf das zu steuernde
Gerät richten während die Fernbedienung ca.
alle 1-2 Sekunden ein anderes EIN/AUS Sig-
nal sendet.
- Sie können die Suchrichtung jederzeit
umkehren, indem Sie die OK Taste drücken.
4. Wenn hr Gerät reagiert, drücken Sie ir-
gendeine Taste, außer OK um die Kode-
suche zu beenden und einen Kode abzus-
peichern.
5. – Wenn Sie die Suche zu spät beendet
haben, dann suchen Sie bitte weiter mit der
Manuellen Kodesuche s.o..
6. Zum Abschluss testen Sie den eingestellten
Steuer-kode Funktioniert er nicht richtig, dann
versuchen Sie bitte die Kodesuche noch ein-
mal. Die Kodesuche startet dann mit dem ge-
fundenen Kode.
- Vergessen Sie nicht Ihr Gerät, wenn Sie weiter
suchen lassen wollen, wieder am Gerät ein-
zuschalten.
Kod ind ntifikation
Sie können die eingestellten 3-stelligen Kodes
jederzeit auslesen:
1. Gerätetaste des Gerätes drücken, dessen
Kode Sie auslesen möchten. Z.B. TV.
2. Dann Kode auszählen. Sie drücken zuerst
OK+VOLUME+ kurz und zählen das Blinken
der Hunderter, dann drücken Sie
OK+VOLUME- kurz und zählen das Blinken
der Zehner und zuletzt, drücken Sie
OK+CH/SKIPΔ kurz und zählen das Blinken
der Einer.
- Bei 0 blinkt´s nicht.
- Bei Nullanzeige unterbleibt das Blinken.

Wenn Sie Tasten OK+ solange drücken bis
Lampe 2* blinkt, werden alle Einstellungen auf
Werkseinstellungen zurück gesetzt.

Sie bedienen hre Geräte praktisch genauso,
wie Sie es von den Originalfernbedienungen her
kennen. Da die Symbole einer Universalfern-
bedienung sich von denen hrer Originalfern-
bedienungen unterscheiden können, müssen
Sie u.U. alle Tasten zum Finden von Funktionen
ausprobieren.

sur la touche OK, le voyant lumineux (diod )
s'éteint.
- Pour entrer un 0, vous n'avez pas besoin d'ap-
puyer sur une touche quelconque.
La lampe clignote 2 fois, si vous entrez un mau-
vais code. Puis vous pouvez essayer un autre
code.
8. Complétez l'entrée par un test du codé réglé,
consistant à chercher à commander votre té-
léviseur. S'il ne se passe rien ou pas ce que
vous souhaiteriez, réessayez avec un autre
code de la liste ou avec la fonction de re-
cherche de code (voir plus bas).
9. Pour régler votre télécommande pour
d’autres appareils, procédez comme précé-
demment. Seulement au lieu d’appuyer sur la
touche TV, pressez SAT/DVB (SAT, DECO-
DER).
- Vous avez fini d’entrer le code en appuyant
sur n’importe qu’elle touche de l’appareil ou en
interrompant l’entrée de données pendant plus
de 10 secondes.

Lorsque la marque d'un appareil ne figure pas
sur la liste ou qu'aucun des codes entrés ne
convient, il est recommandé de faire appel à la
fonction de recherche de code.

1. Allumez l'appareil que vous souhaitez com-
mander
2. Appuyez simultanément sur la touche OK et
sur une touche de l’appareil, par ex. la touche
TV, jusqu’à ce que le voyant (LED) s’allume en
continu.
3. Dirigez ensuite la télécommande vers l'appa-
reil que vous souhaitez commander.
4. Appuyez une fois brièvement sur
(marche/arrêt appareil). Le voyant (LED) cli-
gnote.
5. A plusieurs reprises, env. toutes les se-
condes, appuyez sur la touche (appareil
marche/arrêt), jusqu’à ce que l’appareil réagisse.
- Vous pouvez inverser le sens de recherche en
appuyant sur OK puis à nouveau sur .
- Au cas où votre appareil se serait éteint, vous
devrez le rallumer, par ex. via l'appareil lui-
même ou la télécommande d'origine, pour pour-
suivre la recherche.
- Lorsque votre appareil réagit, vous pouvez
tester d'autres touches sans devoir quitter la
fonction de recherche. Au cas où certaines
touches ne fonctionneraient pas correctement, il
vous suffira de poursuivre la recherche à l'aide
de .
6. Lorsque votre appareil réagit correctement,
appuyez sur la touche appareil TV pour terminer
la recherche. Le voyant (LED) s'éteindra.
- La fonction de recherche se termine automati-
quement au bout d'env. 30 secondes d'inactiv-
ité.

5. Pour finir, testez le code de contrôle réglé. S'il
ne fonctionne pas, redémarrez une nouvelle
fois la fonction de recherche de code. La re-
cherche de code démarre alors avec le code
suivant.
- Si vous souhaitez poursuivre la recherche,
n'oubliez pas de rallumer votre appareil via l'ap-
pareil lui-même.

Vous avez à chaque instant la possibilité de
connaître le code à 3 chiffres réglé :
1. Appuyez sur la touche associée à l'appareil
dont vous souhaitez connaître le code, par
ex. TV.
2. Procéder ensuite au décomptage du code.
Appuyez d'abord brièvement sur OK+VO-
LUME+ et comptez le nombre de clignote-
ments pour déterminer le chiffre des cen-
taines. Appuyez ensuite brièvement sur
OK+VOLUME- pour compter le nombre de
clignotements des dizaines et, pour finir, ap-
puyez de même brièvement sur
OK+CH/SKIPΔ et comptez les clignotements
des unités.
- Pour les zéros il n'y a pas de clignotement.
Réglag s d’usin
Si vous appuyez sur les touches OK+ jusqu’à
ce que la lampe 2* clignote, tous les réglages
sont réinitialisés aux réglages usine.
Command
Vous commandez vos appareils pratiquement de
la même façon qu'avec les télécommandes d'ori-
gine. Comme les symboles sur une télécom-
mande universelle peuvent différer de ceux sur
les télécommandes d'origine, il vous faudra peut-
être tester toutes les touches pour découvrir les
fonctions de chacune.

Para poder controlar sus aparatos, debe ajustar
su telemando a sus aparatos a mandar. A esto,

- La luz se ilumina 2 veces si introduce un
código incorrecto. Podrá repetir la introducción.
8. 5. Para terminar, debe controlar el código de
mando ajustado intentando mandar su
televisor. Caso que no funcione y no funcione
de la manera correcta, debe introducir otro
código indicado en la lista o proceder con la
búsqueda de código (v.a.).
9. Si desea ajustar el telemando para otro
televisor, realice los pasos descritos
anteriormente. Sólo que en lugar de la tecla
TV, deberá pulsar SAT/DVB (SAT,
DECODER).
- Terminará de introducir el código cuando pulse
alguna tecla del aparato o si interrumpe la intro-
ducción durante más de 10 segundos.

En el caso de que la marca de un aparato no
esté indicada en la lista o ninguno de los
códigos resulte correcto, se recomienda
proceder según el método de búsqueda de
código.

1. Active el aparato a mandar. El programa esta
puesto.
2. Pulse al mismo tiempo la tecla OK y una
tecla del aparato, por ejemplo, la tecla TV
hasta que la luz (LED) se ilumine de forma
permanente.
3. Entonces, dirija el telemando hacia el aparato
a controlar.
4. Presione una vez brevemente la tecla
(activar/desactivar aparato). La luz (LED)
parpadeará.
5. Pulse repetidamente, aprox. cada segundo,
la tecla (aparato ON/OFF) hasta que el
aparato reaccione.
- Puede cambiar el orden de búsqueda, si pulsa
OK y, a continuación, .
- Caso que su aparato se haya desactivado,
debe activarlo de nuevo a través o del botón del
aparato mismo o el telemando original para
poder seguir con la búsqueda.
- Si su aparato reacciona, también puede

5. Para terminar debe controlar el código de
mando elegido. Si no funciona
correctamente, debe repetir de nuevo la
búsqueda de código. Entonces, el modo de
búsqueda es iniciado a partir del código
próximo.

En cualquier momento, puede lecturar los
códigos de 3 dígitos:
1. Presionar la tecla de aparato de aquel
aparato, cuyo código desea lecturar, p. ej. TV.
2. Ahora puede recontar el código:
Primero, presione brevemente OK+VOLUME+ y
cuente el número de centelleos de las centenas;
entonces presione brevemente OK+VOLUME- y
cuente el número de centelleos de las decenas
y, por fin, el número de centelleos de las
unidades presionando una vez brevemente
OK+CH/SKIPΔ.
- En el caso de un 0 no hay centelleo.
Ajust s d fábrica
Si pulsa las teclas OK+ hasta que la luz
parpadee 2*, se restablecerán todos los ajustes
de fábrica.

Controla sus aparatos como si se tratara de los
telemandos originales. Como los símbolos de
un telemando universal pueden ser diferentes
de los indicados en los telemandos originales,

Prima di poter comandare il proprio apparec-
chio, è necessario programmare il telecomando
per lo stesso apparecchio. Ciò può avvenire in
due modi:

1. Dall’elenco fornito, desumere ad es. il codice
Panasonic 436.
- Si prega di assicurarsi di aver selezionato un
codice di comando per la televisione (TV .

un tasto dell‘apparecchio, ad es. il tasto TV
fino a quando la spia (LED) si accende e re-
sta accesa.

il tasto OK; la spia (LED) si spegnerà.
- Per inserire la cifra "0", non è necessario pre-
mere alcun tasto.
-La spia lampeggia 2 volte se è stato inserito un
codice errato. Inseguito è possibile ripetere l'in-
serimento.
8. n seguito, provare il codice di comando rego-
lato cercando di comandare il televisore. Se
non succede nulla, o se non accade quanto
dovrebbe accadere, tentare con un nuovo co-
dice preso dall’elenco oppure servirsi della
funzione di ricerca del codice (v. sotto).
9. Si prega di procedere come segue per pro-
grammare il telecomando per altri l'apparec-
chio. Premere anziché il tasto TV il tasto
SAT/DVB (SAT, DECODER).
- È possibile terminare l’inserimento del codice
premendo un qualsiasi tasto dell’apparecchio
oppure con interruzione dell‘inserimento per più
di 10 secondi.

Si raccomanda l’utilizzazione della funzione di
ricerca del codice qualora l’elenco non com-
prendesse un apparecchio, o se il codice speci-
ficato non funziona.

regolato su un programma)
2. Premere contemporaneamente il tasto OK e
un tasto dell‘apparecchio, ad es. il tasto TV
fino a quando la spia (LED) si accende e re-
sta accesa.
3. Poi puntare il telecomando verso l’apparec-
chio che si vuole comandare.
4. Premere una volta brevemente il tasto
(apparecchio ON/OFF). La spia (LED) lam-
peggia.
5. Premere ripetutamente più o meno ogni se-
condo il tasto (apparecchio ON/OFF) fino
a quando l’apparecchio reagisce.
-É possibile invertire la direzione di ricerca pre-
mendo prima OK e poi nuovamente .
6. - Se nel frattempo l’apparecchio si è spento,
per proseguire la ricerca sarà necessario
riaccenderlo, agendo per es. sull’apparecchio
o sul telecomando originale.
7. - Quando l’apparecchio reagisce, è possibile
provare anche altri tasti, senza dover uscire
dalla ricerca. Qualora qualche tasto non fun-
zioni correttamente, basterà proseguire la ri-
cerca agendo su .
8. 6. Quando l’apparecchio reagisce corretta-
mente, premere il tasto TV per terminare la ri-
cerca. La spia (LED) si spegnerà.
9. - La ricerca si interromperà dopo ca. 30 se-
condi di inattività.

5. n seguito, provare il codice di comando rego-
lato. Se non funziona correttamente, riavviare
la ricerca del codice. La ricerca partirà dal co-
dice successivo.
- Se si desidera proseguire la ricerca non si di-
mentichi di riaccendere l’apparecchio agendo
sull’interruttore sull’apparecchio.

E’ possibile in qualsiasi momento sapere qual è
il codice a tre cifre regolato:
1. Premere il tasto di apparecchio dell’appa-
recchio di cui si desidera conoscere il codice, ad
es. TV.
2. Poi si tratta di contare: premere dunque,
brevemente, OK+VOLUME+, e contare i lam-
peggiamenti delle centinaia; in seguito, premere
brevemente OK+VOLUME-, e contare i lampeg-
giamenti delle decine; e per completare, premere
brevemente OK+CH/SKIPΔ, e contare i lampeg-
giamenti delle unità.
Nessun lampeggiamento vuol dire "0".
Impostazioni di fabbrica
Premendo il tasto OK+ fino a quando la spia
lampeggia 2 volte vengono ripristinate le impo-
stazioni di fabbrica.
Comando
l comando degli apparecchi avviene in modo
identico a quello già noto dei telecomandi origi-
nali. Dato che i simboli sul telecomando univer-
sale possono essere diversi da quelli sui teleco-
mandi originali, occorrerà eventualmente prova-
re tutti tasti per individuare le funzioni di ciascun
tasto.

Om uw toestel te kunnen bedienen moet u eerst
de afstandsbediening voor uw toestel instellen.
Daarvoor zijn er twee mogelijkheden:

voor een Panasonic-televisietoestel:
1. Op de bijgevoegde
lijst ziet u bijv. de
Panasonic-code 436.
- Controleer of u een
code hebt geselecteerd
voor uw televisie.
2. Druk op de toets OK
en tegelijkertijd op
een apparaattoets,
bijvoorbeeld de toets
TV totdat het lampje
(LED) continu brandt.
3. Vervolgens voert u de
codecijfers als volgt
in:

VOLUME+-toets 4-
maal indrukken voor
de 4 van 436. Zo
vaak indrukken als
het cijfer aangeeft.
(1=een maal, 2 =
twee maal, enz.)

indrukken voor de 3 van 436.
6. 3e cijfer van de code positie eenheid van de
code (eenheid): CH/SKIPΔ -toets 6 maal
indrukken voor de 6 van 436.
7. Afsluitend nog eens de OK-toets kort
indrukken, het lampje (LED) dooft.
- Om het cijfer 0 in te voeren, geen toets
indrukken.
- Het lampje knippert tweemaal als u een
onjuiste code invoert. Daarna kunt u het
invoeren herhalen.
8. Tot slot test u de ingestelde bedieningscode,
doordat u probeert uw televisietoestel te
bedienen. Als het niet werkt of niet goed
werkt, probeer dan een andere code uit de
lijst of het zoeken van codes, zie hieronder.
9. Ga als hierboven is beschreven te werk om
de afstandsbediening ook voor andere
apparaten in te stellen. n plaats van op de
toets TV drukt u nu echter op SAT/DVB (SAT,
DECODER .
- U stopt met invoeren van codes door op een
willekeurige apparaattoets te drukken of door
de invoer gedurende langer dan 10 seconden te
onderbreken.

Als het merk van uw toestel niet op de lijst staat
of geen van de genoemde codes werkt, dan is
het zoeken van codes aan te bevelen.
Handmatig zo k n van cod s
1. Schakel het te bedienen toestel in zodat er
een programma speelt.
2. Druk op de toets OK en tegelijkertijd op een
apparaattoets, bijvoorbeeld de toets TV totdat
het lampje (LED) continu brandt.
3. Richt dan de afstandsbediening op het te
bedienen toestel.
4. Druk een keer kort op (toestel aan/uit).
Het lampje (LED) knippert.
5. Druk elke seconden op de toets (apparaat
aan/uit) tot het apparaat reageert.
- U kunt de zoekriching omkeren door op OK en
vervolgens weer op te drukken..
- Wanneer uw toestel is uitgeschakeld, dan
moet u het weer inschakelen om verder te
kunnen zoeken, bijv. op het toestel of met de
originele afstandsbediening.
- Als uw toestel
reageert, dan kunt u
ook andere toetsen
proberen zonder het
zoeken te verlaten. Als
een aantal toetsen niet
goed werkt, dan zoekt
u eenvoudig verder
met .
6. Als uw toestel juist
reageert, druk dan
op de toets TV, en
stop zo met zoeken.
Het lampje (LED)
gaat uit.
- Het zoeken wordt
afgebroken wanneer u
ca. 30 seconden niets
met het toestel doet.

bijvoorbeeld de toets TV, langer dan 3
seconden in tot het lampje (LED) even

3. Richt dan de afstandsbediening op het te
bedienen toestel, terwijl de afstandsbediening
om de 2 seconden een ander AAN/U T
signaal uitzendt.
- U kunt de zoekrichting veranderen door op de
toets OK te drukken.
4. Als uw toestel reageert, druk dan op een
toets (niet op OK) om het zoeken van codes
te beëindigen.
– Als u het zoeken te laat hebt gestopt, zoek
dan verder met het Handmatig zoeken van
codes, zie boven.
5. Tot slot test u de ingestelde bedieningscode.
Werkt deze niet goed, probeer dan het
zoeken van codes opnieuw. Het zoeken van
codes start dan met de code die hierop volgt.

U kunt de ingestelde driecijferige code te allen
tijde uitlezen:
1. Druk op de toets van het toestel waarvan u
de code wilt uitlezen, bijv. op TV
2. Vervolgens de codes uittellen. U drukt eerst
kort op OK+VOLUME+ en telt de
honderdtallen, vervolgens drukt u kort op
OK+VOLUME- en telt het knipperen van de
tientallen en ten slotte drukt u kort op
OK+CH/SKIPΔ en telt het knipperen van de
eenheden.
