I. Brief Introduction
1.1 This machine is fit for washing and drying 3-12mm flat glass.
1.2 Adopts horizontal structure, please put the glass onto the transmitting
rollers, pass loading section, and then washing, drying section and
unloading section.
1.3 Transmission speed is designed as adjustable.
1.4 The heating temperature can be set according to the process needs.
II. Operation steps
Before the machine working, routine check is needed, please operate as
below steps:
2.1 Start the water pump, turn on the switch for the sponge sticks, then let
the sponge thoroughly get wet and suck the water.
2.2 Turn off the water switch. Then turn on the water switch for washing.
2.3 Turn on the water switch→blower→heating→brush→transporting.
2.4 During the washing process, for perfect washing effect, you can
adjust the pressure on screws of the spring, according to the glass
thickness.

III. Maintenance
It’s very important to do proper maintenance for the machine, so that the
machine can have longer using life. Checking the moving parts and key
parts are very necessary.
3.1 The speed changing system inside the CVT, need to keep lubricate,
(when adding the lubricating oil, please use the CVT oil VB-1.)
3.2 The CVT oil has been added enough before loaded from the factory.
(Please check if the oil level has been at the middle in the oil box.)
And please notice, don’t try to use other kinds of the oil, it might cause the
machine working unstable, easy to get broken on the friction surface, and easy to get
increased with the temperature.
3.3 The first time to change the oil, is after 300 hours working, and then
please change the oil again every 1000 hours.
Inject he oil from the injection hole, to the middle of the oil mirror, don’t
be excessive.
3.4 Please particularly notice, the speed regulating hand wheel can be
rotated only when the machine is working.
3.5 The way of changing oil for the worm gear box of the brush section,
is the same as changing CVT oil.
3.6 The transmission chain needs to be changed the lubricate oil every 8
hours working.
3.7 Every bearing needs to be added the lubricate oil everyday.
3.8 Please also check if the water in the water tank is enough everyday,

and you also need to change the new water according to the cleanliness.
3.9 Please keep the transmission roller clean and dry.
IV. Notice
4.1 After turning off the heating, please keep the blower work for 3-5
minutes, to prevent distortion on the rubber transmission rollers. Then
you can turn off the blower after the heating wires in the heating box get
cooled.
4.2 The heating section has self-locking function, only after starting the
blower, the heating switch can be gone electricity.
4.3 Scratches on the surface of the sponge rollers, will affect their
absorption capacity. Their normal using life is 3-6 months, you would
better to change them after this duration.
4.4 Sponge rollers should be maintained into water without pressure, to
prevent from distortion.
If you need to turn off the machine for long time, please lift the
sponge rollers, from preventing pressure and distortion, which will affect
the absorption capacity.
4.5 When the machine is working and emergent stop is needed, please
press the emergent stop button.
