AdjustmentProcedure
Check Setting
Using aTorqueAnalyser, checkthesettingof
thescrewdriver.
InsertAdjustingKey
Ifadjustment isnecessary,usea3/16”Hexagon
Keytoremovetheplasticendcapandengage
withtheadjustingscrewinside.
OntheTLS1360,the‘T-Bar’mustberemoved.
TorqueLimiting Screwdriversaredesignedfor
usewithsockets, screwdriverbitsandblades.
At thesettorque,thehandlerotatesthrough
an angleof 60Obeforeresetting.

Reduce Torque
When adjusting,alwaysapproachtherequired
torquefromalowersetting.
Toreducethetorque,rotatethekeyanti-
clockwisepastyoursetting,thenincrease
torquetotherequiredvalue.
IncreaseTorque
Rotatethekeyclockwiseuntil thecorrect
torqueisshownconsistentlyontheanalyser.
