You have just purchased a S510 Universal 195cm Mitre Saw Stand. This
product has been specifically designed to assist you in the use of your 25-30cm
mitre saw, as well as increasing efficiency with other bench top tools such as
table saws, band saws, scroll saws, planers, etc.
Your S510 Universal 195cm Mitre Saw Stand is loaded with standard features
all designed and engineered to maximise the functionality and flexibility of
your Mitre Saw Stand.
• Universally compatible with most brands of mitre saws
• 2 work supports extend to 195cm
• Rugged 21.1cm solid rubber tyres roll effortlessly over rough
terrain, are stable and never go flat.
• Universal Tool Mounts allow saw to be used off the stand with level base
• Tool Mount twist locks are rugged and easy to use.
• Work stops left and right.
• Material support pegs allow safe & simple storage of materials off of the
ground.
• Easy cam locks for the material support extensions can be used
one-handed.
• 6.1cm cross beam creates an extremely strong structure.
• Quick-release leg locks make set-up and take-down simple.

Use caution when folding or unfolding legs to limit any finger pinch points.
Place stand on flat and level surface to keep from rocking or tipping.
Make sure that work support extensions are within safe operating limits, and are
properly locked in place before using tool. Do not exceed 226 kg. on main frame
table.
Test the setup for stability before proceeding with work.
Be sure the mitre saw is tightened securely at all mountings before use or folding
the stand for transport.

COLLAPSE EXTENSION RAILS TO
THE MOST COMPACT POSITION
STEP 2
UNLOCK AND SLIDE THE SAW
AWAY FROM THE HANDLE SIDE.
THEN RE-LOCK THE TOOL MOUNTS.
STEP 3
PRESS THE LEG-LOCK LEVERS,
COLLAPSE THE LEGS UNTIL THE
LOCK PINS ENGAGE.

GRASP THE PULL HANDLE AND
ROLL LIKE A WHEELBARROW.
