QUICK START GUIDE
Matching Transmitter and Receiver Channels
Turn on the transmitter and receiver using the side switch.
The screen will display volume level and then the channel
number. Both devices will automatically be set to Channel 01.
Confirm that the channel number on the guide’s transmitter
matches the channel number on the guests’ receivers.

Setting Individual Volume
The factory volume level is set to 5 for the transmitter. It
is highly unlikely that you will need to adjust the
transmitter’s volume.
Receiver Volume: Turn the power to on position.
Use the –and + buttons to adjust the volume level.
Battery Life
TGS-900 transmitters and receivers include built-in
rechargeable lithium-ion batteries.
After completing the full 2-hour charge cycle, the
transmitter delivers up to 16 hours of operation and
the receivers deliver up to 25 hours of operation.

With the purchase of additional transmitters,
you can host multiple tours and add up to 25
guides for simultaneous tours.
Contact us for additional equipment.
When powering on
the transmitter, avoid
pressing other
buttons at the same
time. This could
trigger unwanted
changes in settings.
