NOTICE TO RIDERS
ONLY 1 RIDER AT A TIME ON EACH PONY HOP! MULTIPLE RIDERS INCREASE THE
RISK OF INJURY, SUCHAS BROKEN BONES (HEAD, NECK, LEG or BACK)
DO NOT ATTEMPT TODO ANYTHING ELSE, BESIDES RACING ON FLAT SURFACES!
HORSING AROUND CAN CAUSE SERIOUS INJURYAND SHOULD BE PROHIBITED!
ALL SIZES HAVE A 750LB WEIGHT LIMIT
USING AN AIR COMPRESSOR MAY CAUSE THE PONY HOP TOOVER INFLATE.
KEEP AWAY FROM SHARP OBJECTS!
SHARP OBJECTS MAYCAUSE YOUR PONY HOP TO LEAK OR BURST.
MAKE SURE YOUR ON THE CORRECT SIZEPONY HOP.
THIS INSURES A GOOD EXPERIENCE AND LESS MANPOWER TO OPERATE.
BOUNCING TOOHIGH OR TOO FAST WILL CAUSE YOU TOLOSE CONTROL AND
POTENTIALLY CAUSES INJURY.

INTRODUCTION TO PONY HOPS
PONY HOPS COME IN 3 SIZES
SMALL INTENDED FOR AGES 3-6
MEDIUM INTENDED FOR AGES 7-12
LARGE INTENDED FOR AGES TEEN TO ADULT
EACH PONY HOPREQUIRES 2 AIR VALVES
(Colors May Vary)
THESE AIR VALVES ARE “NO-LEAK, NO-OVERINFLATION” VALVES
MEANING IF YOU USE THE PROPER PONY HOP INFLATOR YOU CAN NOT OVER
INFLATE. AIR COMPRESSORS CAN CAUSE OVER INFLATION. WEDO NOT
RECOMMEND USINGAIR COMPRESSORS.
MAKING SURE THATNOTHING IS IN THEWAY OF THESE BLACK O-RINGS IS KEY TO
KEEP THE PONY HOPS INFLATED PROPERLY. IF THERE IS SOMETHING IN THE WAY
OF THESE O-RINGS ITWILL CAUSE LEAKING TO OCCUR.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION
*TWO PEOPLE RECOMMENDED FOR ASSEMBLY*
*PLEASE FOLLOWEACH STEP TO START HOPPING AROUND ONYOUR PONY HOP*
STEP 1:
TAKE YOUR PONY HOP(S) OUT OF THEBOX AND IDENTIFY YOUR PARTS. FOR
EVERY PONY HOPYOU HAVE YOU SHOULD HAVE2 AIR VALVES TOINFLATE.

TAKE THE OUTSIDE RING, SHOWN IN FIGURE 1, AND ATTACH ITOVER THE
LOCATION AS SHOWN IN FIGURE 2. MAKESURE IT IS DONE CORRECTLY AS
SHOWN IN FIGURE 3BELOW.

ONCE YOU HAVE ATTACHED THE VALVETO THE VALVE LOCATION, SCREW IN
YOUR AIR VALVE. MAKE SURE THERE IS NOTHING IN THE WAY OF YOUR BLACK O-
RINGS. ONCE YOU HAVE SCREWED IN YOUR AIR VALVE LOOSEN THESMALLER
CAP ON TOPOF THE AIR VALVE AS SHOWN IN FIGURE 4 BELOW

ONCE YOU HAVE THEFIRST VALVE HOOKED UP, LOCATE THE OTHER VALVE
CONNECTION ON THE BACK OF THE PONY HOP AND REPEAT STEP 1
STEP 2:
YOU WILL NEED AN INFLATOR/PUMP FORSTEP 2. INSERT YOUR PUMP INTO THE
AIR VALVE AS SHOWN IN FIGURE 6 BELOW. INFLATE THE HEAD OF THE PONY HOP
UNTIL IT IS COMPLETELY INFLATED.

ONCE THE HEAD IS COMPLETELY INFLATED SCREW ON THE TOP CAP TO CLOSE
OFF THE SEAL. NOW YOUWILL NEED TO INFLATETHE OTHER SIDE.
WE RECOMMEND A HELPER WHEN INFLATING THE BOTTOM VALVE
HAVE YOUR HELPERHOLD THE INFLATED HEAD OF THE PONY HOPWHILE
INFLATING THE BOTTOM VALVE. THIS WILLINSURE THAT THEREISN’T ANY STRESS
ON THE BLUE SLEEVEAROUND THE NECK OF THE PONY HOP. WHEN THE BLUE
SLEEVE IS STRESSED AGAISNT THENECK IT HAS THE POTENTIAL TO CREATE A RIP
IN THE BLUE SLEEVE AND WILL NOT BE COVERED UNDER WARRANTY!
SEE FIGURE BELOW TOIDENTIFY STRESS ON THE PONY HOPS NECK.

ONCE YOU HAVEINFLATED BOTH SECTIONS AND YOU HAVE MADE SURE THAT
BOTH VALVES ARE SEALED PROPERLY,YOU ARE NOW READY TO USE THEM!

DISASSEMBLY
TO DISASSEMBLE FOLLOWTHE STEPS IN REVERSE ORDER. TO DEFLATE YOU WILL
HAVE TO UNSCREW THEENTIRE AIR VALVE TORELEASE AIR PRESSURE. ONCE
DEFLATED YOU CAN PUT THEM BACK INTO THEIR BOX.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE
PONY HOPS CAN BE USEDON ALMOST ANY FLAT SURFACE AND HAVE EVEN BEEN
USED ON BASKETBALLCOURTS AND BASEBALLFIELDS!
CLEANING IS A SIMPLE TASK. ONCE DEFLATED THE BLUE SLEEVECAN BE EASILY
REMOVED TO WASH.WE RECOMMEND HOT SOAPY WATER TO USE FOR
CLEANING. DO NOT LEAN PONY HOPS AGAISNT THINGS THAT CAN CAUSE
PUNCTURES! THIS IS NOT COVERED UNDER THE WARRANTY!!!

for this product. Trampolines USA neither assumes nor authorizesanyone to
assume for it any other liabilities. Some states do not allow theexclusion or
limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or
exclusion may notapply to you. This warranty gives youspecific legal rights, and
you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Misuse, improper handling or storage, improper maintenance and or care, or
accidental,abusive and or negligent treatment of the product will invalidatethe
Trampolines USA warranty coverage.
All requests of buyerfor warranty work andreplacements are subject to product
inspection atTrampolines USA factory. Final evaluation of warranty claim will be
done when product arrives at Trampolines USA factory. A photoor photos of the
suspected area requiring repair is required.
Warranty repair work will be provided by Trampolines USA. Warranty will be null
and void if anymodifications and repairs are performed at an unauthorized
inflatable repair company at any time. Return shippingwill be at the expense of
the product owner and will be refunded if unit meets warrantyguidelines
