LUGGAGE LOCATOR™PRO INSTRUCTIONS
Locate your luggage with the push of a button! Using new, patented technologies Luggage Locator™Pro allows a unique signal to be
sent from a remote to a receiver attached to your bags, making it fun and easy to locate your luggage after a trip.
The Luggage Locator™Pro system consists of a remote and receiver(s).The remote and receiver(s) have a 60 ft signal range and
operate using radio frequency (RF) technology. Luggage Locator™Pro allows you to program an unlimited number of receivers so you
can locate several bags with the same remote, making it ideal for family or group travel. (Note:Additional receivers can be purchased
separately.)
TO USE:
1. Slide off the battery cover located on the back panel of the receiver and insert the LR03 1.5V alkaline battery. Replace the battery
cover.
2. Slide off the battery cover located on the back panel of the remote and insert the 27A 12V alkaline battery. Replace the battery
cover.
3. Fasten the receiver to the handle of your luggage with the attached cable strap.
4. Before checking your luggage with the airline, cruise line or bellhop, activate Luggage Locator™ Pro by sliding the button located on
the back panel of the receiver to the ON position.
5. Turn on the remote by sliding the small switch located on the side of the remote to the ON position. The tab below the switch will
appear green when the remote is on and red when the remote is off.
6. Push the button located on the front of the remote to test the system.The LED light will turn on and the receiver will beep and
flash. *If your receiver fails to beep when tested, follow the instructions below “TO PROGRAM MULTIPLE RECEIVERS”.
7. After testing, slide the switch on the remote to the OFF position to prevent involuntary activation during your trip. Place the
remote in your pocket or attach it to a key chain or carry on using the attached cable strap.
8. Slide the switch on the remote to the ON position when you are ready to locate your luggage.
9. When you are within a 60 ft radius of your luggage, push the button on the remote. The receiver will beep and flash, helping you
quickly and easily locate your luggage.
TO PROGRAM MULTIPLE RECEIVERS:
You can add additional receivers to your Luggage Locator™Pro set allowing you to locate multiple bags using just one remote. To pro-
gram a new receiver(s), follow the instructions below. In the event that your Luggage Locator™Pro set becomes de-activated for any
reason and does not beep when you press the button on the remote, you can also use these instructions to re-program the system.
1. Place remote and receiver within 2 inches of one another.
2. Slide the switch on the remote to the ON position.
3. Slide the button on the back panel of the receiver to the ON position.
4. Using a pen or other small device, press and hold the reset button located on the back panel of the receiver while at the same time
pressing and holding the activation button on the remote until the receiver beeps.
5. The receiver is now programmed to work with the remote.
REPLACING THE BATTERY:
Check battery life before each use. If the receiver battery power is low, the small red LED light on the receiver will blink every four
seconds.
To Replace the Receiver Battery:
1. Slide off the battery cover located on the back panel of the receiver.
2. Replace the depleted battery with one fresh LR03 1.5V alkaline battery.
3. Replace the battery cover.
To Replace the Remote Battery:
1. Slide off the battery cover located on the back panel of the remote.
2. Replace the depleted battery with one fresh 27A 12V alkaline battery.
3. Replace the battery cover.

• Changes or modications not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could void the user’s authority
to operate the equipment.

eta™travel gear warrants Luggage Locator™Pro to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from
the date of original purchase. This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser of the product and does not include any third
party damage. This warranty does not apply to any defects or failures of product due to neglect, misuse, negligence, accident, abuse,
mishandling, misapplication, alteration, modication, power outage, unauthorized/unreasonable use or any uncontrollable environmental
damage. This warranty gives you specic legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. In the unlikely
event of a defect or malfunction during the warranty period, we will repair or replace merchandise with the same or similar product
free of charge if you return the product to our authorized repair center, postage paid, together with a return authorization number
and your original sales receipt validating the date of purchase. To obtain a return authorization, please contact our Customer Service

INSTRUCCIONES DEL LUGGAGE LOCATOR™PRO
¡Ubique su equipaje sólo apretando un botón! Con la nueva tecnología patentada de Luggage Locator™Pro, se envía una señal única
de un control remoto a un receptor colocado en su equipaje, lo que hace que encontrar su equipaje después de un viaje sea fácil y
divertido.
El sistema del Luggage Locator™Pro consta de un control remoto y un receptor. Estos dispositivos tienen una señal con un alcance de
60 pies (18 metros) que utiliza tecnología de frecuencia de radio. Luggage Locator™Pro le permite programar una cantidad ilimitada

FORMA DE USARLO:

4. Antes de despachar el equipaje con la aerolínea, el crucero o el botones, active su Luggage Locator™ Pro deslizando el botón
ubicado en la parte trasera de su receptor a la posición de ON, que indica que está encendido.
5. Encienda el control remoto deslizando el pequeño interruptor ubicado a un lado del control remoto, a la posición de ON. La
pestaña debajo del interruptor se pondrá verde cuando el control remoto esté encendido, y roja cuando esté apagado.
6. Encienda el botón ubicado en el frente del control remoto para probar el sistema. La luz LED se encenderá y el receptor emitirá un
sonido y una serie de luces. *Si su receptor no emite sonido cuando lo prueba, siga las instrucciones que se indican más abajo
“PARA PROGRAMAR VARIOS RECEPTORES”.
7. Luego de probarlo, deslice el interruptor del control remoto a la posición OFF, de apagado, para evitar que se active
involuntariamente durante el viaje. Guarde el control remoto en su bolsillo o en un llavero, o llévelo con usted utilizando la correa
de cable adjunta.
8. Deslice el interruptor del control remoto a la posición de ON cuando esté listo para ubicar su equipaje.
9. Cuando se encuentre en un radio de 60 pies/18 metros de distancia de su equipaje presione el botón de su control remoto. El
receptor emitirá un sonido y una serie de luces, ayudándolo a encontrar su equipaje rápida y fácilmente.
PARA PROGRAMAR VARIOS RECEPTORES:
Se pueden agregar receptores adicionales a su Luggage Locator™ Pro, lo que le permitirá ubicar varios bolsos a la vez con un solo
control remotor. Para programar nuevos receptores, siga las instrucciones que se indican más abajo. En el caso de que su Luggage Loca-
tor™ Pro se desactive por cualquier razón y no suene cuando usted presione el botón del control remoto, también podrá usar estas
instrucciones para reprogramar el sistema.
1. Coloque el control remoto a una distancia de 2 pulgadas / 5 centímetros del receptor.
2. Deslice el interruptor del control remoto a la posición de ON.
3. Deslice el botón del panel trasero del receptor a la posición de ON.
4. Con un bolígrafo u otro artículo pequeño presione y mantenga presionado el botón de reset ubicado en el panel de atrás del
receptor mientras a la vez mantiene presionado el botón de activación del control remoto hasta que el receptor emita un sonido.
5. Ahora el receptor está programado para funcionar con el control remoto.
CÓMO CAMBIAR LA BATERÍA:
Compruebe la energía de la batería antes de cada vez que la use. Si la batería del receptor tiene poca carga, la pequeña luz roja LED
del receptor destellará cada cuatro segundos.
Para Cambiar la Batería del Receptor:
1. Deslice la tapa de la batería ubicada en el panel trasero del receptor.
2. Cambie la batería agotada con una nueva batería alcalina LR03 1.5V.
3. Coloque la tapa de la batería.
Para Cambiar la Batería del Receptor:
1. Deslice la tapa de la batería ubicada en el panel trasero del control remoto.
2. Cambie la batería agotada con una nueva batería alcalina 27A 12V.
3. Coloque la tapa de la batería.
