Hades Quick Start Guide
Hardware Connection
To install Hades, perform the following steps:
[Step 1] Connect the power adapter.
[Step 2] Connect net or RS232 control cable.
Cable
To use network connection to control device,
connect an Ethernet cable to the RJ45 port labeled
“NET” with your PC.
To use serial communication to control device,
connect serial cable to the RS232 port labeled
“COM-IN” with your PC.
[Step 3] Power on the device by pressing the
POWER button on control card.
Software Operation
[Step 4] Run HadesView software.
[Step 5] Login-in as follows:
User: ADMIN
Password: (blank)
[Step 6] Go to menu Software Operation >>
Communication Setting to configure connection
between device and your PC.
To use NET Connection, set Device IP to
192.168.1.65 and set Port to 1024, click OK.
Net Connection
Default Device IP: 192.168.1.65 / 255.255.255.0
Your PC: 192.168.1.100 / 255.255.255.0
To change device IP, go to Advance>> to set your
preferred IP address.
COM Connection
COM: Active COM port on your PC
BaudRate: 9600
[Step 7] Click Software Operation >> Connect to
connect the device with your PC.
Congratulations! Basic installation is completed.
Now you can make your own settings for video-wall display.
