The powercord should not belengthened or
folded whilein operation. Please makesure
that thecord is accessible andany excesscord
is keptclose to the compressorat theback of
the refrigerator. Make sure thatthe power
cord isn'tdamaged before plugging intopower
socket.

Please ensurethat the refrigerator isplaced
on aflat, solid floor. It shouldnot be placed
on anysoft surface. If therefrigerator isnot
on astable surface adjust thefeet onthe bottom.
Do notplace the refrigerator nearcombustible
or flammablesubstances such as, gas,petrol,
alcohol, lacqueror oils.
When movingor relocating the refrigerator,
to tryavoid having the refrigeratortilt more
than 45degrees. At nopoint shouldthe
refrigerator beturned upside down.
The refrigeratorshould not be placednear
any kindof heat source orin directsunlight.

Water containedin foodor getting into airinside therefrigerator by
opening doorsmay form a layerof frostinside, It will weakenthe
refrigerator whenthe frost is thick,while itis more than 2mmthick,
you shoulddefrost.
Defrosting infreezer chamber is operatedmanually.Before defrosting,
take thefood, the ice trayand theshelf out into thecold storing
chamber temporarilythen set the knobof thetemperature regulator
to position"0"(wherethe compressor will stopworking) andleave the
door openuntil ice and frostdissolve thoroughlydeposited at the
bottom driptray of the freezerchamber.Take out the driptray and
discard thewater carefully. Inthe caseof speeding up thedefrosting,
you mayput a bowl ofwarm water(about 50 ) intothe freezer
chamber,and be sure toset theknob of the temperatureregulator to
original positionafter defrosting.
It's inadvisableto heat the freezerchamber directlywith hot water
or hairdryer while defrosting toprevent deformationof the inner
case.
It's also inadvisable to scrape of ice and frost or separate food from the
containers which have been congealed together with the food with
sharp tool or wooden bars, so as not to damage the inner casing or
the surface of the evaporator.
If thesupply cord of thisappliance isdamaged, it must onlybe
replaced bya repair shop appointedby themanufacturer,
because specialpurpose tools are required.

If youwish to change theopening direction,follow the instructions

1. Removethe upper hinge cover(6)first.
2. Removethe two screws (1)that holdthe upper hinge (5)(right side)
to theframe. Take awaythe upperhinge (5).
3. Liftthe door and placeit ona padded surface toprevent scratchingit.

5. Removethe left front leg(4) andtransfer it to theright side.
6. Removethe hole cover plate(7)to theright side.
7. Beforeplacing this lower hinge(2),remove thebolt-pin (9) and
reverse thedirection ofthe lower hinge(2). Theninstall thelower
hinge (2)onto theleft side of thelower framewith two screws (8).
8. Insertthe bolt-pin(9) to thelower hinge(2).
9. Setthe door to itsplace makingsure the door seatat thelower hinge(2).

11.Install the upper hingecover(6) onthe upper hinge.
Remove thetwo screws (8) thathold thelower hinge (2) and
then removethe hinges(2).
Hold thedoor in the closedposition andsecure the top hinges(5)
to thetop frame of \theleft sidewith the two screws(1).
Do notover tighten the twoscrews. Onlytighten until the topof
the dooris levelled with thecounter top.

The refrigeratorshould be cleaned andmaintained oncea month.
The powerplug should always bedisconnected fromthe
power outletbefore any cleaning ormaintainance iscarried out.
For cleaning,do not use hotwater,petrol, alcohol, kerosene,
washing powder, cleanser, alkalinedetergent, acidor chemical
clothes. Neverdirectly spray the refrigeratorwith water.
This couldcause rust or weakenthe insulation.
Wipe theinner, outer andaccessories ofthe refrigerator only
with lukewarm water. Forheavier cleaning,use a small amount
of washingdetergent in luke warmwater,then wipe down with
water anddry with a cleancloth.
Make surethat the rubber sealson thedoor are clean andnot
damaged.
Avoid leavingoils and solubles onthe plasticparts of the refrigerator.
Try towipe upas it is stain. Not doing so couldeasily agethe plastic.
Bad odourscan also occur ifnot cleanedregularly.

Check ifthere isa power failure.
Check ifthe powerplug is plugged intothe poweroutlet.
Check thatthe fusehas not blown.

The doormay not have beenclosed properly.
The doorgaskets may be damaged.

Condensation mayform onthe outside when thehumidity ishigh
such asduring awet season. This isthe same result asthe
condensation formedwhen chilledwater is poured intoa glass.
It doesnot, therefore,indicate a failure, wipedry witha dry cloth.
6. Whenyou hear a soundlike waterflowing.
Asound like water flowingis therefrigerant flowing.
It doesnot Indicatea malfunction.
7. Whenthe cabinet's side panelheats up.
The sidepanel of the cabinetwill heat up whenthe dooris opened
or closedfrequently,when startingthe unit and whenthe unit
operates insummer withhigh ambient outside temperature,In
such case,do nottouch the panel, itresults fromthe dissipation
of theheat frominside the cabinet, andit doesnot mean that
something iswrong withthe refrigerator.
Youmay haveput something hot in.
Allowit tocool down.
There istoo much food inthe refrigerator.
The doorgasket/seals may be damaged.
The refrigeratormay not be wellventilated.
There maybeInsufficient clearance between therefrigerator
and surroundingwalls.
While defrosting,water overflows the refrigeratorand ontothe floor.
