Putting It Together
The saw chain has very sharp edges. Use thick
protective gloves for safety.
Open the box and install the front guard and
the saw chain on the power unit as follows:

What you need is:
The main unit.
The guide bar.
The saw chain.
The front guard.
The chain spike.

Fit the chain spike first.

Fit the chain spike with the appropriate tool as shown.
Take the cover off of the guide bar and the saw chain
out of its box.
Carefully fit the saw chain to the guide bar by slotting
the bits into the groove of the guide bar.
Fit the holes of the bottom of the guide bar onto the
two screws standing up from the main engine unit.

Using the appropriate tools from your kit, attach the
supplied bolts to the top of the screws and ensure that
there is a finger tight fit.
