Product Overview

TS-SEWH is an IOT Wi-Fi Device, Specially designed for Gas, Electric
and Hybrid Water heaters. It is highly efficient and programmable
device, which reduces bills up to 70%. Autonomous learning
function matches water heating with usage patterns and can be
remotely programmed and monitored via remote web dashboard or
mobile app. 24 hrs device scheduling avoids heating during most
expensive tariff hours of the day while assuring hot water availability.

1. Settings
As you click on “Settings” following screen will appear .

1.1 Clock :
This option is used for setting up time as shown below.
1.2 Wifi:
This option is used for connecting your geyser with Internet
as shown below.

Clicking on the desired network, the following page appears.
Tap to enter password.
Type password and click on “OK”

1.3 Temperature:
This page is used for setting temperature limit (e.g 50°C)
for heating up water and select your mode of heating
i.e Gas / Electric / Hybrid.
Auto Mode:
In hybrid mode, geyser will make 3 attempts to use gas source
with the interval of 30 seconds. If the gas source is not available
it will be automatically shifted to electric source. After 45 minutes,
the same procedure will be repeated.

1.5 Vacation :
When you click on Vacation button, geyser will turn to idle mode
and it will stop working untill you remove it from Vacation Mode.
1.4 Tag:
This is the device ID for registration on mobile app. Open your
XGen app and scan the QR Code to connect it with your geyser.

2: Boost
If you click on BOOST, geyser will start heating up water for
continous 2 hrs upto 65ºC. 11

3: Timer
This option allows you to set time on which you want geyser to
be turned on and turned off as shown below in picture.
Green light indicates that geyser will be on in selected time
period.
e.g 1 am – 2pm
(ON) - (OFF)
As the temperature reaches 65 ºC the heating source will be
cut off, but the boost will remain active till the 2 hrs are
completed.This function is independent of timer.
