The brief introduction of TT-K122 Dishwasher’s structure and installation.
Note:
This installation and the operation must be operated by the professional person. Please read the
instruction before installation and operation.

The machine use rotate washing arm and make sure the best washing purpose. In electricity, it
has electro CMOS clip control system and newly operation panel. It is an idea product used in hotels,
restaurants, and so on. The product has the merits as follows:
1. The stainless steel cover, front handle are easy to operate and save the energy. The rear open
cover can make the steam overflow. 400mm height can wash the big bowl.
2. The curve washing groove is beautiful, easy to operate, and easy to clean.
3. Computer control system, three speeds control is easy to operate and maintenance.

D. Main structure and working elements
The product is made of flame, washing system, rinse system and electric control.
The water pump draws out water from water groove, and circle use. The temperature is between
50℃and 60℃.The product is act by wash and rinse circle. During the washing, the basket doesn’t
move, the up and down arm are rotate by the water. The washing arm can wash the dishes from
each angle. Add the special cleaner in the water groove. The purpose of the cleaner is getting rid of
the oil and residue. After washing, the arm sprinkles 80℃(80~85℃)water (the temperature is
65℃during washing the cups). The last processing water can be used, and it can save water.
During the rinse, the distributor adds the drier, which can volatilize water rapidly, and reach the
sterilized purpose.

E. Installation and adjustment
1. Check-up: Whether the connection is firm.
2. Adjustment: Adjust the four feet of the product. Use the level machine adjusts the product from
horizontal and vertical direction, and put the product at a steady situation. (The height doesn’t above
2500m)
3. The wire connection: AC380V, 50Hz, 40A electric protector switch. Well grounded.
4. Water connection: DN15 tubes connect the waterpower and valve. Water pressure is 0.2Mpa to
0.5Mpa.
5. The installation of the cleaner and drier: It must be installed by the professional person.

G. Operation panel
1. Connect the power, the buzzer ring, and then show the current temperature. It means the
machine is normal. (Connect the electric)
2. Press ON/OFF key, and turn on the machine. The machine adds water automatically. All the
operation must be operated at start condition.
3. The indicator light during the waiting time. When the temperature reaches the needed, press
enter key start washing process (it can work when the temperature doesn’t reach the needed); the
indicator doesn’t light during the waiting time (the water doesn’t filled or the door is open), press
the enter key doesn’t start washing.

4. During waiting time, press the mode key to choose washing mode. The mode can be
memorized automatically. Press the set key chooses the distributor mode. If you don’t choose, it will
continue according to the primary mode. (Note: refer to the distributor setting mode)
5. After washing, it will rinse automatically. After rinse, it will stop automatically. (Waiting
condition)
6. During the working time, other key is useless except ON/OFF key.
H. Clean the machine
Note: clean the machine after every washing.
Washing processes:
(1) After washing, take out the last basket, and open the overflow stick, eject the sewage.
(2) Press 5-start key, the machine will clean automatically, and the indicator will light.
(3) The breaker is disconnection when the indicator isn’t light.
(4) Open the overflow staff and eject the sewage.
(5) Use the brush to clean the residues in the groove or on the net.
(6) Use the towel to clean the cover.
(7) Clean the washing arm everyday.
(8) Clean the spout every week.

J. Trouble-shooting
When there have something with wrong, the left window will show ‘一一’，right window show the
code “XX”. After dealing with the troubles connect the electricity.
Note:
The vat will heat when the water reach the setting situation. Suggest start after the temperature is
satisfied.

Dishwasher operation instruction
A. Brief introduction
Please read the manual carefully before using the machine.
B. Safety note
1. The using voltage must be coordinated with the supplied voltage. All the installation,
maintenance must be operated by the professional person. During the installation and maintenance,
please cut off the electric power and waterpower.
2. Purpose
The machine is used to wash the bowls, dishes and knives.
Please note! The residues must be clean before put the dishware in the machine. Dip them into the
groove to clean the residues.
3. Operator
The machine only be done by technician or qualified person.
4. Cleaner and drier
The cleaner and the drier is specially.
The wrong use of the cleaner and the drier is danger to body, please read the manual carefully.
5. Operation
During taking out of the washed basket, please use the gloves in case of scald.
Don’t put any heavy things on the machines to prevent the machine overturn.
The water in the groove is non-drinking water.

Be carefully when open the cover.
Don’t add any dose into the water to prevent blast.
6. Sanitation
Don’t wash the machine shell during the using time.
7. Storage and installation area
If the storage or installation temperature is below 0℃, please eject the sewage after washing. If
the water is frozen in the machine, the spare parts will be damaged, such as water pump, valve and
heater.
8. Discard the machine
To avoid the accidents, don’t use the discard machines. Cut off the power, and dispose the stainless
steel and the plastic.
C. Installation
(1) Delivery, transportation, and open the box.
After receiving the machine, Pease write down the number of the product, you can use it in inquire
the product.
After open the box, please check the machine, and find out if the machine is damaged. If there has
any damaged, please contact with the company.
Stop using the damaged machine.
Please check the goods in the packing list.
(2) Installation
Please install and connect the machine according to the installation graph.
There will have little steam overflow from the door, so protect the furniture near the door. Use the
level machine adjusts the product from horizontal and vertical direction.
D. Working
(1) Introduction
The machine work in washing and rinse mode working.
The water pump draws out water from water groove, and circle use. The temperature is between
50℃and 60℃.The product is act by wash and rinse circle.
(2) Square washing basket fixation
During the washing, fix the basket; the up-and-down arms are rotate by the high-pressure
water. The washing arm can wash the dishes from each angle.
After washing, is rinsing the dishes. The rinse arm sprinkle the 80℃~ 85℃water.
(3) Water situation control.
Washing vat: press the on/off key, water doesn’t reach the setting situation, the valve start add water.
It will stop adding water after reach the setting situation. The vat starts heating.
Rinsing vat: The same control mode as the water vat.

Stop working after open the door. Continue working after close the door.
(5) Water situation switch
The switch is closed when the water reach the setting situation.
(6) The control of the temperature
The temperature control automatically when press the on/off key.
When the water reaches the setting situation, it starts heating. It will stop heating if reach the setting
temperature.
(7) Change the washing mode
During the waiting time, press one time: light washing/plus or heavy washing/set key, and choose
the washing mode. The time are: 60s, 90s, 120s.They will memory the mode automatically.
(8) Change the distributor mode
During the waiting time, press the heavy washing/set key 3minutes, get into the setting condition,
the left window shows the distributor mode. The right window shows the time, Press the key again
shows the distributor mode. At the needed mode, press the light washing/minus or normal
washing/plus again. At the needed time, press the enter/memory key to affirm. The mode will be
memorized or memorized automatically after 10seconds.

Every key has an indicator. After choosing the key, the water will be heated and added to the
washing vat.
The preparation time of the washing is decided on the water temperature and the heating ability of
the rinse heater. If adding the cold water, heat hour is about 10~30 minutes.
(1) Cleaner and the drier
The cleaner and drier are especially. The details please refer to the manufactory’s using manual.
Please note! If use improper cleaner, the life of the cleaner distributor will be short. We suggest the
cleaner pH more than 7 and the drier pH between 2 and 7. The vat storage the dose must be check
regularly.

Adding the cleaner automatically
If the machine has cleaner distributor, the distributor will add proper cleaner automatically
according to the water capacity and water’s dirty.
Adding the cleaner manual
If the machine doesn’t have cleaner distributor, add 36g cleaner in the water, then add 24g in every
five-water circle.
The powder cleaner must put in equality to avoid defile the stainless steel.
Drier
F. Washing and rinsing operation
The dishes must stick in the basket, please note as follows:
All the vacant container must be put up side down, otherwise, there will have some water inside.
The washing effect is connected to the
cleaner. Please Check the requirements
during using.
The purpose of the drier is reducing the tension of
the water to ensure the well dryness effect.
