ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
STYLE#: 28193-1
Carefully unpack all lamp parts from the carton.
1. Place the Lamp Base in an upright position on the floor, be sure the power to the installation
point is power off
2. Thread Part C into Lamp Base, turn clockwise to tighten until snug.
3. Thread Part B into Part C, turn clockwise to tighten until snug.
4. Thread Part A into Part B, turn clockwise to tighten until snug.
5. Install the Edison Bulb (Included）onto the Socket before connecting the plug to
the electricity outlet Box.
6. Position the Part D through the hole on the top of the Glass Shade.
Turn Knobs to make the Glass Shade fixed. Hand tighten until snug.
IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
This floor lamp has a polarized plug ( one blade is wider than the other ) as a safety
feature to reduce the risk of electric shock.
This plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully in
the outlet,reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician.
Never use with an extension cord unless plug can be fully inserted.Do not attempt
to defeat this safety feature.
