Assembly Steps:
Step 1 Assembling the Ladder
1.-1 Fix step H to handrail tube L using bolt set (bolt S x 1 + square washer
U x 1 ). Insert plastic cap R x 2 into upper handrail tube L
1.-2 Attach the handrail tube L to ladder stabilizer bar I using bolt set
(bolt B x 1 + washer D x 1 + spring washer E x 1 + domenut F x 1).
Insert plastic cap R x 2 into both sides of ladder stalilizer bar I

Step 2 Combine the Chute and the Ladder
2.-1 Attach the slide chute J with handrail, handrail L go through top hole of
chute
2.-2 By using bolt set ( bolt B x 1 + washer D x 1 + spring washer E x 1 +
domenut F x 1) to make slide chute and handrail L tie together.
Step 3 Assembling the Tie Bar
3.-1 Attach the tie bar K and G using bolt set (bolt C x 1 + washer D x 1 +
spring washer E x 1 + domenut F x 1).
3.-2 Attach the tie bar G to ladder stabilizer bar using bolt set (bolt B x 1 +
washer D x 1 + spring washer E x 1 + domenut F x 1).

Step 4 Assembling the Bottom Chute
Support Tube
4.-1 Attach the bottom chute support tube P with tie bar K using bolt set
(boltA x 1 + washer D x 1 + spring washer E x 1 + domenut F x 1).
4.-2 Fix slide chute to the bottom chute support tube P, through bottom
sided holes on slide chute using bolt set (bolt T x 1 ).

Step 5 Assembling the Ground Anchors
5.-1 Fix each side of ladder stabilizer bar on ground using ground anchor O.
5.-2 When selecting a place to install the equipment, take into account the
space required for the training activity. Allowing a margin of at least 1.5 m
on all sides. For this reason, avoid positioning the equipment near
protruding elements, walls, treescape, etc.
5.-3 Once the equipment has been assembled, make sure that it is placed
safely and completely stable, never on carpet (it must be perfectly stable,
not least under conditions of maximum load).
5.-4 Do not install the equipment inside the sauna or any wet area.

Care and maintenance
1. This equipment must be assembled and checked by an adult.
2. Regularly check all nuts and bolts for tightness before use and replace any worn, defective
or missing parts. DO NOT try to repaire broken parts.
3. Regularly check wavy slide, steel tube, step, ground anchor and other parts are tightened
completely and replace worn & damaged parts when necessary.
4. Remove wore and damage parts from use when necessary until replacement parts are
fitted.
5. At the beginning of each season, please oil all metallic move parts to maintain and regularly
oil when necessary during the usage season.
6. Wavy Slide placement:
(a) Place this equipment on a level surface at least 2 meters from any structure or
obstruction. Such as a fence, garage, house, overhanging branches, laundry line or
electrical wires.
(b) DO not install this equipment over concrete, asphalt or any other hard surface.
(c) Place this equipment on a well-lighted area.
(d) Do not use indoor.
7. Weather condition:
(a) Slide should be kept dry--do not use when these parts are wet.
(b) Wind or air movement shall be calm and gentle.
(c) Please do not use when face sun directly to affect visibility or change orientation to
leave sun behind.
8. This item is not designed for adults or maximum weight of 1 child not to exceed 35kgs.
