SAFETY NOTES
To prevent damage and accidents to persons and/or property, the following instructions
and advice must be followed:
1. Read these instructions carefully & strictly follow the instructions before assembling
the product or using it for the first time.
2. Do not use any accessories other than those provided and /or specified by the manufacturer.

4. This equipment must be assembled and checked by an adult.

If not, please tighten before use.
7. Check all nuts and bolts for tightness and tighten when required.
8. Check all coverings and bolts for sharp edges and replace when required.
9. Place this equipment on a level surface at least 2 meters from any structure or obstruction
such as a fences, garages, houses, overhanging branches, laundry lines or electrical wires.
10. Other persons must never be allowed to stand within the range
of action of the equipment when in use.
11. DO NOT install this equipment on concrete, asphalt or any other hard surface.
12. Do not fully tighten all nuts and bolts until the full unit has been assembled,
this will ease the assembly process and enable changes to any mistakes made.
13. Always supervise young children at play, until they are physically competent and
confident.
14. This item is not designed for adults or maximum weight of 1 child not to exceed 50kgs.
15. DO NOT allow children to stand on the slide chute and over load in one play element.
16. DO NOT allow loose, baggy (or hooded) clothes to be worm, since children can get
trapped and may be unable to free themselves.
17. DO NOT allow children to climb on parts on this equipment not intended for this purpose.
18. Regularly check the item for wear and damage, removing the item from use when
necessary until replacement parts are fitted.
19. Please remove all packaging including shrunk-on film, polybag, carton, pallet, etc.
before giving to a child.
20. This product is for home use only and has not been designed for commercial use
in play fitness centers, nurseries, etc.

Wavy Slide Assembly
For ease of installation, it is recommended two adults assemble the wavy slide while
one adult is connecting the relevant pieces, the other adult can assist by supporting the
slide chute and holding the connecting pieces in the appropriate position.
Step 1
■Attach the Support bar for bottom slide chute (W) to Cross tie bar (O)
with bolt Cx1 + washer Fx1 + spring washer Gx1 + domenut Hx1.

■Turn the back side of Bottom wavy slide chute (M) upward and
connect the Support bar for bottom slide chute (W) onto the
Bottom wavy slide chute (M) with bolt Ex1.
Step 3 Upper screw hole
Lower screw hole
■Connect the Middle wavy slide chute (L) and Bottom wavy slide chute (M)
by embedding tongue-and-groove joint firmly, ensure the connection meet
closely and without any gap between the chutes.
■Thread the upper screw hole of Middle and bottom slide chute with
bolt Ex1 + washer Fx1 + spring washer Gx1 + domenut Hx1.
■Leave the lower screw hole of Middle and Bottom slide chute unassembled.

■Connect the Top wavy slide chute (K) and Middle wavy slide chute (L)
by embedding tongue-and-groove joint firmly, ensure the connection meet
closely and without any gap between the chutes.
Step 5
■Insert the Plastic end-cap (Z) into the Support-frame of top slide chute (T).
■Place the Plastic spacer (M1) between Top slide chute (K) and Top handrail (S).
Attach the Support-frame of top slie chute (T) to Top handrail tube (S) and
fix (T), (K), (S) and (M1) 4pcs together with bolt Bx1 + washer Fx1 +
spring washer Gx1 + domenut Hx1.

■Embedding the 1st, 2nd and 4th Ladder step (J) to Main handrail (R)
with bolt Cx1 + spring washer Gx1 + square domenut Ix1 as figure 1
and leave the 3rd ladder step unassembled.
■Insert the Plastic end-cap (Z) into the end of short steel tube close to
the 4th step.
Step 7
■Attach the Main handrail (R) with ladders (J) into the top handrail (S)
with bolt Cx1 + washer Fx1 + spring washer Gx1 + domenut Hx1.

■Place straight side of the support bar (V) outward to the bottom hole of
the middle wavy slide chute (L) and bottom wavy slide chute (M).
■Secure the top of (V) to the bottom hole of (L) & (M) with bolt Dx1 +
washer Fx1 + spring washer Gx1 + domenut Hx1.
■Secure the bottom of (V) to the cross tie bar (O) with bolt Ex1.
Step 9
■Attach the Ladder stabilizer bar (P) to pre-assembled Main handrail (R)
with bolt Cx1 + washer Fx1 + spring washer Gx1 + domenut Hx1.
■Secure the Tie bar (N) to Ladder stablilizer bar (P) with bolt Cx1 +
washer Fx1 + spring washer Gx1 + domenut Hx1.
Step 10
■Slide the Cross tie bar (O) into the Tie bar (N) as figure 1 and place
the Support bar for middle slide chute (U) into rounded-pedestal on

■Connect the Support bar (Q) into the Ladder stablilizer bar (P) with bolt Cx1 +
washer Fx1 + spring washer Gx1 + domenut Hx1)

■Thread the Support bar (Q) and Main handrail tube (R) and the 3rd step (J)
with bolt Ax1 + spring washer Gx1 + square domenut Ix1.
■Insert the Plastic end-cap (Z) into the end of Support bar (Q).
Step 13
■Fix both sides of ladder stablilizer bar (P) to the ground with ground anchors (Y).
■When selecting a place to install the equipment, please consider the space
requirement which need a margin 1.5m on all sides at least. Please avoid
positioning the equipment from protruding elements, walls, treescape, etc.
■Once the equipment has been assembled, please make sure that it is placed
safely and completely stable. Please DO NOT place the equipment on carpet
(it must be perfectly stable, not least under conditions of maximum load).
■Do not install the equipment inside the sauna or any wet area which may
cause the equipment rusty.

Care and Maintenance
1. This equipment must be assembled and checked by an adult.
2. Regularly check all nuts and bolts for tightness before use and replace any worn,
defective or missing parts. DO NOT try to repair broken parts.
3. Regularly check wavy slide, steel tube, step, ground anchor and other parts
are tightened completely and replace worn & damaged parts when necessary.
4. Remove wore and damage parts from use when necessary until replacement
parts are fitted.
5. At the beginning of each season, please oil all metallic moving parts to maintain
and regularly oil when necessary during the usage season.
6. Wavy Slide placement:
(a) Place this equipment on a level surface at least 2 meters from any structure
or obstruction. Such as a fence, garage, house, overhanging branches, laundry
line or electrical wires.
(b) DO not install this equipment on concrete, asphalt or any other hard surface.
(c) Place this equipment in a well-lit area.
(d) Do not use indoors.
7. Weather condition:
(a) Slide should be kept dry--do not use when these parts are wet.
(b) Do not use in strong or gusty wind conditions.
(c) Please position the equipment so the user is not facing into the sun.
Always have the sun behind the user.
8. This item is not designed for adults or maximum weight of 1 child not to exceed 50 kgs.
9. Please keep these instruction in a safe place for future reference.
