1. Welcome
Thank you or purchasing our Network camera!
This manual applies to VIPC-J Series cameras IP and only or simple operation instructions; you can get
more in ormation through the CD in the box. I you have any needs, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Please keep this user’s manual well or uture re erence!
2. Network con iguration
In order to make the camera get access to the network smoothly, please make sure IPC share the same
network segment with the router, con orm to the router’s IP and it is a useable IP address according to the
actual network environment.
2.1 Modi y IP Address
In this chapter, it will only introduce the modi ying IP address via “Device Manage” way.
Step 1: Download product CD, double click DeviceManage.exe to install and open it.
Step 2:ClickIP search, all online IP address o the monitoring devices within the LAN will be searched
and displayed. See Figure2.1 or more details.

Step 3: Click one IP address, modi y it on the right and click “Modi y” to save.

3. IE Access
Step 1: Open IE and input the modi ied camera IP address in the address bar.
Step 2: Install plug-in. IE is de ault to intercept plug-in. Please set IE security level. Go to [internet
options]—[security]—[Customized level]—[ActiveX], enable them all. Or go to our tp site
(tp://81.168.130.251 User and pass: serwis) to download and install plug-ins . Or get it rom the CD and
install IE plug-in.exe.
Step 3: The login inter ace is shown as below, please input your user name and password (De ault
user name is admin and password is null).Change the administrator password timely a ter login.
Step 4: Click “login”. See Figure 3 or more details.
A ter login success ully, you can see the device operator inter ace and the tips will come out, as below
igure.

Then you can choose the main stream or extra stream or previewing at the tips, or click the button
at the le t side o preview page.
At the preview page, you can see the device system date, time and channel name , as below igure.

3.1Main Menu Operation
3.1.1 Playback
You can download local or remote video playback by ile name or by time.
3.1.2 Log
You can see alarm log and operate log here.
3.1.3 Device C g
You can modi y device’s con iguration here. See more details in Figure 3.1.
3.1.4 Local C g
You can change the save path o videos and pictures here.
3.1.5 Log Out
You can exit here.
3.2 Stream Selection Operation
You can choose main stream or extra stream to connect preview screen here.
