Med uporabo upoštevajte spodaj opisana navodila:

OPOZORILO –Zmanjšajte nevarnost poškodb, požara ali električnega udara:
1. Naprave ne izpostavljajte dežju. Shranjujte jo v zaprtih prostorih.
2. Naprava ni igrača. Otroke je potrebno nadzirati, da se ne igrajo z napravo.
3. Napravo uporabljajte samo v skladu z navodili. Uporabljajte samo opremo in pribor, ki

punjačima. Oprema in pribor, ki je primeren za uporabo z enim akumulatorjem, lahko v
primeru uporabe z drugim modelom ventilatorja povzroči nevarnost poškodb.
10. Akumulatorja nikoli ne polnite zunaj.

17. Poškodovan napajalni kabel morate takoj zamenjati. Kabel lahko zamenjajo samo na
pooblaščenih servisih.

PREBERITE IN SHRANITE TA NAVODILA.
PRAVILNA UPORABA IN NEGA VENTILATORJA
1. Uporabljajte ustrezen ventilator za vrsto dela, ki ga opravljate. Ventilator uporabljajte
samo za predpisan namen.
2. Akumulatorski ventilator za delovanje potrebuje 18 V litij-ionski Villager akumulator
(model je naveden v tehničnih podatkih). Uporaba drugih akumulatorjev lahko povzroči
nevarnost požara. Akumulatorje polnite samo s predpisanimi polnilniki.
3. Napravo shranjujte izven dosega otrok in nepooblaščenih oseb.
4. Pred shranjevanjem z naprave odstranite akumulator. Takšen preventiven ukrep
preprečuje nevarnost nezaželenega zagona. Pred pregledovanjem, čiščenjem,
vzdrževanjem ali popravljanjem vedno izklopite napravo in odstranite akumulator.
5. Ko akumulatorja ne uporabljate, ga shranjujte stran od ostalih kovinskih predmetov,
kot so sponke, kovanci, ključi, žeblji, vijaki ali drugi manjši kovinski predmeti, ki lahko
povzročijo kratek stik akumulatorja. Kratek stik lahko povzroči nevarnost opeklin ali
požara.
6. Pred čiščenjem ali vzdrževanjem odstranite akumulator in počakajte, da se naprava
ohladi.

7. Zagotovite, da je naprava izključena iz napajanja (vtič odstranjen iz vtičnice ali
akumulator odstranjen iz ventilatorja) pred snemanjem ščitnika ventilatorja zaradi
čiščenja.
8. Nikoli ne uporabljajte ventilatorja brez montiranega ščitnika na svojem mestu.

UPORABA
OPOZORILO
•Pazite, da med uporabo ne postanete neprevidni. Trenutek nepozornosti lahko povzroči
nevarnost težjih telesnih poškodb.
OPOZORILO
•Ne uporabljajte opreme ali pribora, ki ni priporočen s strani proizvajalca, saj obstaja

•Ventilator ima stikalo za nastavitev hitrosti (3 stopnje). Poleg tega lahko nastavite čas
delovanja na 1 uro, 2 uri ali 4 ure. Napajanje naprave je lahko tudi z akumulatorjem.
Uporaba AC napajalnika
Preverite, da je napetost omrežja ustrezen glede na tistega, ki je naveden na ploščici s
tehničnimi karakteristikami.
Napravo vklopite tako, da pritisnete stikalo za vklop (8 na sliki A-1). Ventilator se vklopi
in deluje v načinu visoke hitrosti . Če želite spremeniti hitrost, pritisnite gumb za
spremembo hitrosti (4 na sliki A-1) in nastavite srednjo ali nizko hitrost .

Pritisnite gumb za vklop (8 na sliki A-1) da bi ugasnili napravo po končani uporabi,
potem izključite vtič iz vtičnice (odstranite akumulator) in počakajte, da se ventilator
kompletno ohladi pred izvajanjem kakršnegakoli pregledom, vzdrževanjem, čiščenjem ali
pred skladiščenjem.
Nastavitev naklona
Naklon ventilatorja nastavite tako, da primete sprednji del glave z obema rokama in ga
nežno pritisnete v želeni smeri.
Ventilator lahko pritrdite na vsakih 15 stopinj v nastavljivem območju, ki je prikazan na sliki
C.
Uporaba akumulatorja
1. Pred uporabo akumulatorja preberite navodila in se seznanite s pomenom opozorilnih
simbolov na polnilniku, akumulatorju in napravi.
2. Akumulatorja ne smete razstavljati.
3. Če se je čas uporabe naprave močno zmanjšal – takoj prenehajte z delom. To lahko
povzroči nevarnost pregrevanja, opeklin ali celo eksplozije.
4. Ob stiku elektrolita z očmi oči takoj izpirajte z veliko količino tekoče vode ter se
posvetujte z zdravnikom. To lahko povzroči izgubo vida.
5. Ne ustvarjajte kratkega stika akumulatorja.
1) Ne dotikajte se priključnih terminalov s prevodnimi predmeti.
2) Ko akumulatorja ne uporabljate, ga shranjujte stran od ostalih kovinskih
predmetov, kot so sponke, kovanci, ključi, žeblji, vijaki ali drugi manjši kovinski
predmeti.
3) Akumulatorja ne izpostavljajte dežju ali vodi.
Kratek stik lahko povzroči pregrevanje in posledično opekline ali poškodbe
akumulatorja.
6. Ne shranjujte akumulatorja ali naprave na mestih, kjer lahko temperatura preseže 30°C.
7. Poškodovanega ali izrabljenega akumulatorja ne vrzite v ogenj. Akumulator lahko v
ognju eksplodira.
8. Pazite, da akumulator ne pade na tla.
9. Ne uporabljajte poškodovanega akumulatorja.
SHRANITE TA NAVODILA.
Nasveti za vzdrževanje dolge življenjske dobe akumulatorja.
1. Akumulator napolnite, preden se popolnoma izprazni. Ko opazite zmanjšanje moči
naprave, prenehajte z delom in napolnite akumulator.

2. Akumulator polnite pri sobni temperaturi od 10°C do 40°C. Vroče akumulatorje pred
polnjenjem ohladite.
3. Ko akumulatorja ne uporabljate, na terminale namestite pokrovček.
Namestitev in odstranitev akumulatorja (Sliki F in G)
Pred namestitvijo ali odstranitvijo akumulatorja vedno izklopite napravo.
Da odstranite akumulator –ga vlecite iz naprave ob tiščanju gumba na sprednji strani
akumulatorja.
Poravnajte jeziček na akumulatorju z utorom na ohišju in ga potisnite v ležišče. Akumulator
vstavite do konca, da se razločno zaskoči (zasliši se „klik“).
Akumulator vstavite brez uporabe sile. Če akumulatorja ni mogoče vstaviti do konca, je
narobe obrnjen.
Če želite ventilator uporabljati z akumulatorjem, upoštevajte ta navodila.
Nastavitev časovnika
Čas delovanja ventilatorja lahko s časovnim stikalom (5 na sliki A-1) nastavite na 1 uro, 2
uri ali 4 ure.
OPOMBA:
•Če je na napravi nameščen akumulator, lahko ventilator deluje manj časa, kot ste ga
nastavili.
VZDRŽEVANJE
OPOZORILO
•Popravila lahko opravljajo samo na pooblaščenih Villager servisih, kjer uporabljajo
samo originalne nadomestne dele. Uporaba drugih delov lahko povzroči nevarnost
poškodb naprave in težjih telesnih poškodb.
OPOZORILO
•Pred čiščenjem ali vzdrževanjem vedno izklopite napravo in odstranite
akumulator/vtikač iz vtičnice.
SPLOŠNO VZDRŽEVANJE
Za čiščenje plastičnih delov ne uporabljajte topil ali agresivnih čistil. Ne uporabljajte čistil
ali drugih korozivnih sredstev, saj lahko poškodujete plastične dele naprave. Ko se naprava
ohladi, jo očistite s čisto krpo in odstranite prah, olje, maščobo in drugo umazanijo.

•Pazite, da plastični deli ne pridejo v stik z zavorno tekočino, bencinom, petrokemičnimi
izdelki ali topili. Kemikalije lahko povzročijo poškodbe plastičnih delov, kar povzroči
nevarnost težjih telesnih poškodb.
•Vse sestavne dele lahko zamenjajo samo na pooblaščenih servisih.
SHRANJEVANJE
Pred shranjevanjem počakajte, da se naprava ohladi in zmanjšajte nevarnost požara.
Ne shranjujte praznega akumulatorja dlje časa, saj se s tem skrajšuje življenjska doba
akumulatorja.
ODLAGANJE IN ZAŠČITA OKOLJA
Po koncu življenjske dobe odstranite akumulator z naprave. Akumulatorje,
električne naprave in embalažo reciklirajte ločeno in jih odlagajte v skladu s
predpisi. Naprave in embalaže ne smete odlagati med ostale domače odpadke.
Ne odlagajte odpadnih akumulatorjev med ostale domače odpadke, ne uničujte
jih z ognjem in ne vrzite jih v vodo. Hlapi in tekočina iz akumulatorja lahko
škodujejo okolju.

SAFETY INSTRUCTION
When using an electrical appliance, basic precautions should always be followed, including
the following:
READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING THIS APPLIANCE.
WARNING - To reduce the risk of fire, electric shock or injury:
1. Do not expose to rain. Store indoors.
2. Do not allow to be used as a toy. Close attention is necessary when used by or near
children.
3. Use only as described in this manual. Use only manufacturer’s recommended
attachments.
4. Do not use with damaged battery. If appliance is not working as it should has been
dropped, damaged, left outdoors, or dropped into water, return it to a service center.
5. Do not handle the appliance with wet hands.
6. Do not put any object into openings.
7. Keep hair, loose clothing, finger and all parts of body away from openings and moving

8. Turn off all controls before removing the battery.
9. Device shall only be used with recommended Villager 18 V batteries and chargers.
Accessories that may be suitable for one cordless fan may become hazardous when
used on others.
10. Do not charge the battery outdoors.
11. This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with
reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if
they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a
safe way and understand the hazards involved. Otherwise there is a risk of operating
errors and injury.

12. Children shall not play with the appliance.
13. Supervise children to prevent them from playing with the appliance.
14. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by childred without supervision.
15. Do not expose to fire or high temperatures.
16. Do not use near open flames, glowing embers or explosive atmospheres, such as in
presence of flammable liquids, gases or dust. Cordless fans create sparks which may
ignite the dust or fumes.
17. If the supply cord is damaged have it replaced by a qualified person.
This appliance is intended for household use.
ADDITIONAL SAFETY RULES
1. Read this instruction manual carefully before use.
2. Stop operation immediately if you notice any abnormal.
3. If you drop or strike the fan, check it carefully for cracks or damage before operation.
4. Do not bring it close to stoves or other heat sources.
5. Do not use if broken, bent, cracked or damaged parts are present. Any cordless fan
that appears damaged in any way or operates abnormally must be removed from
service immediately. Inspect before each operation.
6. Do not leave cordless fan energized and unattended.

FAN USE AND CARE
1. Use the correct fan for your application. Do not use the fan for a purpose for which it is
not intended.
2. The fan can work by 18 V Li-Ion battery cartridge (listed in specification). Use of any
other batteries may create a risk of fire. Recharge batteries only with the specified
charger.
3. Store idle fan out of reach of children and other untrained persons.
4. Disconnect battery cartridge from the power source before storing the fan. Such
preventive safety measures may reduce the risk of starting the fan accidentally.
Always unplug the fan from its electrical outlet before performing any inspection,
maintenance, or cleaning procedures.
5. When battery cartridge is not in use, keep it away from other metal objects. Shortening
the battery terminals together may cause sparks, burns or a fire.
6. Unplug unit and allow it to cool before attempting any cleaning or maintenance.

7. Ensure that the fan is switched off from the supply mains (the plug is disconnected
from the power source or the battery pack is removed) before removing the guard in
order to perform cleaning.
8. Never use the fan without guard in place.
SERVICE
1. Cordless fan service must be performed only by qualified repair personnel. Service or
maintenance performed by unqualified personnel could result in a risk of injury.
2. When servicing a cordless fan, use only identical replacement parts. Use of
unauthorized parts or failure to follow maintenance instructions may create a risk of
electric shock or injury.

HOW TO OPERATE THE UNIT
WARNING
•Do not allow familiarity with tools to make you careless. Remember that a careless
fraction of a second is sufficient to inflict serious injury.
WARNING
•Do not use any attachments or accessories not recommended by the manufacturer of
this tool. The use of attachments or accessories not recommended can result in
serious personal injury.
•This fan is equipped with a 3-speed control using the speed switch; you can also set
run time for 1 hour, 2 hours, or 4 hours. Power supply can be with battery cartridge.

Using AC Voltage
Make sure that the voltage rating of the main power supply corresponds with that shown
on the rating plate.
To operate the fan, first you need push the power switch button (8 in Fig. A-1) to turn
on the fan, now the fan starts to work on high speed mode . If you want to change to
middle or low speed mode, push the speed change button (4 in Fig. A-1) and
the speed indicator will show on middle or low speed mode .
Push the power switch button (8 in Fig. A-1) to turn off the unit after you finish using,
then unplugged the power cord from the main power supply (or remove the battery pack)
and allow the fan to cool completely before performing any inspection, maintenance,
cleaning procedures or storage.
Head adjustment
To adjust the direction of the fan, hold the front of the fan head with both hands, and
gently push it to the desired position.
The angle is adjustable by every 15 degrees between the range illustrated in Fig. C.
Using battery cartridge
1. Before using battery cartridge, read all instructions and cautionary markings on battery
charger, battery and product using battery.
2. Do not disassemble battery cartridge.
3. If operating time has become excessively shorter, stop operating immediately. It may
result in a risk of overheating, possible burns or even an explosion.
4. If electrolyte gets into your eyes, rinse them out with clear water and seek medical
attention right away. It may result in loss of your eyesight.
5. Do not shorten the battery cartridge.
1) Do not touch the terminals with any conductive material.
2) Avoid storing battery cartridge in a container with other metal objects such as
nails, coins, etc.
3) Do not expose battery cartridge to water or rain.
A battery short can cause a large current flow, overheating, possible burns and even a
breakdown.
6. Do not store the tool and battery cartridge in locations where the temperature may
reach or exceed 30°C.
7. Do not incinerate the battery cartridge even if it is severely damaged or is completely
worn out. The battery cartridge can explode in a fire.
8. Be careful not to drop or strike battery.

9. Do not use a damaged battery.
SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS
Tips for maintaining maximum battery life.
1. Charge the battery cartridge before completely discharged. Always stop tool operation
and charge the battery cartridge when you notice less tool power.
2. Charge the battery cartridge with room temperature at 10°C –40°C. Let a hot battery
cartridge cool down before charging it.
3. Cover the battery cover when not use.
Installing or removing of battery cartridge (Fig. F & G)
Always switch off the tool before installing or removing of the battery cartridge.
To remove the battery cartridge, slide it from the tool while hold pressing the button on the
front of the cartridge.
To install the battery cartridge, align the tongue on the battery cartridge with the groove in
the housing and slip it into place. Always insert it all the way until it locks in place with a
little click.
Do not use force when installing the battery cartridge. If the cartridge does not slide in
easily, it is not being inserted correctly.
To operate the cordless fan using battery cartridge, please refer to the instruction of
battery charger.
Timer setting
The cordless fan can set a run time for 1 hour, 2 hours, or 4 hours by the timer switch (5 in
Fig. A-1).
NOTE:
•The cordless fan may run less time than the time you set when you use the battery
cartridge.
MAINTENANCE
WARNING
•When servicing, ask Villager authorized service centers and with only identical
replacement parts. Use of any other parts may create a hazard or cause product
damage.

WARNING
•To avoid serious personal injury, always remove the battery cartridge from the unit
when cleaning or performing any maintenance.
GENERAL MAINTENANCE
Avoid using solvents when cleaning plastic parts. Most plastics are susceptible to damage
from various types of commercial solvents and may be damaged by their use. After the
portable fan cooled, use clean clothes to remove dirt, dust, oil, grease etc.
WARNING
•Do not at any time let brake fluids, gasoline, petroleum-based products, penetrating oils
etc., contact with plastic parts. Chemicals can damage, weaken or destroy plastic
which may result in serious personal injury.
•All parts should be replaced at an Authorized Service Center.
STORAGE
To prevent fire or burning, allow the oscillating fan to cool down completely before you
store it.
Do not store the discharged battery for long periods, as it can shorten its service life.
DISPOSAL AND PROTECTION OF THE ENVIRONMENT
