Product de cription
As an integral part of the modular firing system VITA
VACUMAT New Generation, the premium combined
pressing furnace VITA VACUMAT 6000 MP offers all the
advantages of the VITA VACUMAT 6000 M ceramic firing
unit plus the additional function of pressing. The firing unit
can be used for all dental ceramic materials on the market
as well as a variety of different muffle systems. The firing
unit is distinguished by its state-of-the-art, compact design
and its operation status ( ED bar) display which can be
easily read at a distance.
To operate the firing/pressing unit, the user can choose
between the VITA vPad comfort and the VITA vPad ex-
cellence control units. These offer intuitive "one-touch"
operation as well as the possibility of operating several
firing units simultaneously.

Explanation of th firing param t rs:
The unit features press stroke monitoring. When the muffle
is entirely filled, the pressing time changes automatically
from pressing time 1 to pressing time 2. Therefore the total
pressing time can be less than 8 minutes.
* The user should consider this information only to provide
basic values. If shape, volume, surface, transparency and
degree of gloss do not correspond to the firing result that
is achieved under optimal conditions, the pressing
parameters must be adjusted correspondingly. The crucial
factors for the pressing procedure are not the pressing
parameters displayed by the furnace but the appearance
and the surface condition of the firing object after the
pressing process.
