1.0 INTRODUCTION
1.1 Overview
The PTT-100 PTZ Touch Panels offer simple touch based camera control operation with the VoteLynx XLG
Meeting Management System. The PTT-100 PTZ Touch Control Panel connects to an Energize or VoteLynx
controller to easily control up to 16 robotic cameras. The simple straightforward design provides unified
remote control of camera robotics and camera shading. An intuitive 4.3” touchscreen display quickly
guides operators through control and configuration selections.
The PTT-100 supports many PTZ cameras & robotics including Hitachi Panasonic Pelco Sony and
Telemetrics Vaddio and others using the Energize Dynamic Control technology.

1.5 Warranty
For a period of one year from the date of purchase as shown on the sales invoice INTENT DIGITAL
warrants to the original purchaser that the VoteLynx module (the “Product”) is free from defects
in material and workmanship when subjected to normal use and service. If during this one year
period such a defect due to faulty workmanship or materials should occur the Product will be
repaired or replaced (at INTENT DIGITAL's discretion) free of charge after the Product is returned
shipping prepaid to INTENT DIGITAL. Units returned for warranty service must be shipped
prepaid to INTENT DIGITAL for repair or replacement.
Purchaser’s exclusive remedy and INTENT DIGITAL’s sole obligation for any and all causes of
action claims loss property damage personal injury or liability resulting from or related to any
malfunction interruption or loss of use of the Product or related system is limited to the repair or
replacement of the Product under the limited warranty provided herein. INTENT DIGITAL shall
not be liable for any consequential damages (even if advised of the possibility of the same) or
incidental liability or loss. In no event under any legal theory of liability shall INTENT DIGITAL’s
liability for any and all claims arising under or related to this Agreement exceed the purchase
price of the Product.

2.0 INSTALLATION & OPERATION
2.1 Getting Started
SUPPLIED HARDWARE AND CABLES
Check to make sure that you have received the following equipment and accessories with
each Vote Panel.
•PTT-100 Desktop Vote Panel
If any of these items is missing please contact INTENT DIGITAL immediately for replacement.

2.4 Initial Configuration
Plug the panel’s Ethernet cable into network. From a PC connected to the network run the
Lantronix DeviceInstaller software version 4.3 or higher. Software will discover any PTT-100
panels on the network. Select the panel to configure by double clicking on the desired
device.
Click on the “Web Configuration” tab. Click the green arrow to access the configuration web
page. If this is an initial configuration the click OK while leaving the User Name and
Password fields blank. Once the panel has been configured enter the default “2005” for
password but leave the User Name field empty. Then click OK. The password can be
changed at any time.
Network Configuration
1) Select Network from the internal web configuration menu.
2) Select “Use following IP Configuration:” option. Enter desired IP address mask and
gateway values.
3) Click OK button at bottom of page.
Channel 1 Serial Settings
1) Select Serial Settings under the Channel 1 item in the internal web configuration
menu.
2) Set Protocol is RS232 no flow control no parity one stop bit 8 Data bits.
3) Set baud rate to 115200.
4) Under “Flush Output Buffer”:
i. Set With Active Connect to “Yes”
ii. Set With Passive Connect to “Yes”
5) Click OK button at bottom of page.
Channel 1 Connection Settings
1) Use the default settings
Server Configuration
2) Enter value of “2005” for Telnet password.
3) Click OK button at bottom of page.
Save Settings
1) Select the Apply Settings item from the menu. Progress bar will show update and
indicate when saving device configuration is complete.

Select desired camera to control. If video switching is enabled on the VoteLynx XLG or
Energize controller then the panel will also control the selected video bus. The controlled
video bus can be set as:
•Production switcher’s preview with Take function
•Production Switcher Aux bus
•Matrix or single output routing switcher bus
Cameras 1-8 Cameras 9-16
Selects camera bank 1-8 or 9-16.
Take
Executes a switcher take command when preview or preset cameras switching is enabled
for the camera select buttons.
Camera Settings
Auto / Manual Iris
Selects whether to use auto or manual iris on the camera.
Auto / Manual Focus
Selects whether to manually focus the camera or enable continuous auto focus.
Camera Video
Display the camera video out of the video output
Color Bars
Display color Bars on the camera’s video output
Low Mid Normal High Gain
Selectable gain settings for the camera. Note that not all cameras support all
gain settings.
Camera Balance
White Balance
Push the White Balance button to automatically white balance the camera when
in the Auto White mode.
Black Balance
Push the Black Balance button to automatically black balance the camera when
in the Auto Black mode.
Auto / Manual Black
Select whether camera is in auto or manual black mode. In Auto Black mode
pushing the Black Balance button will automatically black balance the camera.
Auto / Manual White
Select whether camera is in auto or manual white mode. In Auto White mode
pushing the White Balance button will automatically white balance the camera.
Tracking White
Turn on Tracking White to allow camera to dynamically white balance the
camera in real time based on lighting and scene conditions. Not available on all
cameras.
Cam Vid Adjust
Red Blue Gain
Use Data dial to adjust the camera’s red and blue gains when in manual white
mode.
Red Blue Black
Use Data dial to adjust the camera’s red and blue blacks when in manual black
mode.

Use Data dial to adjust the camera’s red and blue gammas when in manual
video mode.
Video Gain
Use Data dial to adjust the camera’s overall video gain. Note on some cameras
this control interacts with four selectable gain settings.
Master Black
Use Data dial to adjust the camera’s master black or pedestal level.
Gamma Level
Use Data dial to adjust the camera’s overall gamma level.
Detail Level
Use Data dial to adjust the camera’s detail level.
Camera Scenes
Save Scenes 1-4
Save current camera configuration to each of four scenes. Note that not all
cameras support scenes.
Recall Scenes 1-4
Recall a camera configuration from one of four scenes. Note that not all
cameras support scenes.
Camera Menus
Menus On / Off
Turns screen menu display on and off.
Cursor Up Down Left Right
Move the on screen menu cursor as needed
Select Item
Select an on screen menu item as highlighted by moving the cursor.
Pan Tilt Settings
Pan L/R Limits
Push button to set the pan left and pan right limits at the current pan position.
Tilt U/D Limits
Push button to set the tilt up and down limits at the current tilt position.
Clear Limits
Clears all previously set pan and tilt limits.
Pan Tilt Zoom Speed
Allows user to rotate Data encoder dial to set maximum Pan Tilt and Zoom
Speeds when using the joystick.
Pan Tilt Functions
Power On/Off
Turns camera power On and Off.
Wiper On/Off
Turns camera enclosure’s wipers on and off if so equipped.
Wiper Pulse
Push button to momentarily turn on the enclosure’s wipers.
Washer Pulse
Push button to momentarily turn on the enclosure’s washer.
Heater On/Off
Turns camera enclosure’s internal heater on and off if so equipped.
Recall Presets
Recall Presets 1-8

Recalls current settings from one of eight presets. Note that not all cameras

Save Presets
