has been exposed to rain or moisture, does not operate normally, or has been dropped.

DC Power On / DC Power Off / Auxiliary Power

•DC Power On
•Turn on bottom batteryswitch and then plug DC connector
•If user plug DC connector whilebattery switched off then
screen display “WAIT” until battery switch turned on.
•DC Power Off
•Unplug DC connector and turn off bottom battery switch
•Auxiliary Power On/Off
•When user press power button then it will turn off non-
battery operated parts(HUB function will keep working)
•However if WSmartHUB need to be charged then it will
automaticallyturned on.

•Battery Status
•B1 : Battery Bank 1
•B2 : Battery Bank 2
•Active Bank : Upper side
•Charging Bank : Lower left
•USB Voltage Monitor
•Show USB BUS Power voltage
ex) B1 discharging and current voltage is 7.83V, B2 is charging and
current voltage is 8.20V. USB VBUS voltage is 5.01V.

How to Force Charging when Fully Discharged

•When fully discharged then LCD indicate “WAIT” or “CHARGE”
•Then turn off battery switch and plug DC connector for about 6
hours.
•Unplug DC connector and turn on battery switch.
•Plug DC connector and check battery voltage for each bank
•Normal range is 7.5V ~ 8.4V
NOTICE : Do not leave unplugDC connector while battery switch
turned on. It will cause fullydischarge and battery performance will
be degraded.

- Charge Mode

Battery Charge Mode
1. MODE CHG : Charge Priority Mode
1. This mode does not wait until fullydischarged and switch to
the other battery bank.
2. If user uses heavy load then CHG mode is recommended.
2. MODE NOR : Discharge Priority Mode
1. This mode wait for fully discharged and switch to the other
battery bank.
2. If user uses minimum load then NOR mode is
recommended.

Battery Switch Threshold
1. SW 3.3V : Ethernet Only Mode
1. If user uses Ethernet only then this mode is recommended.
2. This mode does not care about 5V USB VBUS.
2. SW 5V
1. If user uses USB then it is stronglyrecommended
2. This mode care about stable 5V USB VBUS.

Screen On/Off
Automatic screen turn off control when SCR OFF. It will turn on when
user wants enter menu or check status by pressing buttons.

Main Screen(including charging system) Off Timeout
1. TMR OFF : Does not turn off
2. TMR 60m ~ 90m : Turn off when the specified time elapsed.
1. Turn off all Non-battery operated part will be turn off
2. If WSmartHUB need to be charged while turned offed then
it will automatically turned on.

- Update Firmware

Update Firmware
Press “select” then WSmartHUB will connect to Waversa Update
server and update to new firmware if exist.
NOTE : Internet should be connected. And please unplugand plug DC
connector before update firmware(reboot).

- Force Battery Switch

Force Battery Switch
Press “select” then WSmartHUB will switch battery to the other
battery bank. This menu is useful for identify actual battery voltage of
each bank.

Rear Connection
- Ethernet / USB / Power Supply

①Router, DAC, NAS can be connected to Ethernet Port
②USB A port is for USB DAC –USB DAC should not use 5V
VBUS power. If5V output is used by external DAC then
battery bank will be depleted.
③USB B port is for PCor Network Player
