WAYPOINT®LV POST CAP LIGHTING
GUIDELINES AND INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
Please consult your local codes before installing low voltage products.
BEFORE YOU START!
The Junction Box is used as a power source for up to six
separate light sources and will typically be placed in each
post. All lighting in the Waypoint system easily plugs
into the Junction Box. See gure 1, letter A. Wire runs
from the transformer to a Junction Box and then between
Junction Boxes throughout your project. No longer is
there a need to string one wire through the entire railing,
simply cut wire in lengths of each section and attach to the
Junction Box located in every post. See gure 1, letter B.
HOW TO:
USE THE JUNCTION BOX
gure 1.
Remove cover and attach low voltage wire to the Junction Box.
After stringing your wire and connecting it to the
Junction Box simply plug the post cap lead into one of the
six ports of the Junction box. See gure 2. Once entire
job is complete and all lighting is working, use a small
amount of Waymark PVC glue on opposite corners of the
base to secure light to post.

for the plug to pass through easily.
STEP 1:
HOW TO: INSTALL POST SCONCE
Select mounting location for light, be certain you have enough
room to run wires before drilling hole.
STEP 3:
Remove Sconce cover by twisting. Attach sconce to post using screws (included). Note: Vertical line on light
