IMPORTANT
Before you begin: Open, identify and count all parts prior to assembly. Lay out parts on a flat and non-
abrasive surface. You will need the parts identified on page 4 and 5 of this instruction manual.
NOTE: IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO USE GLUE WITH DOWELS. EXCESS GLUE CAN BE WIPED
OFF WITH DAMP CLOTH.
Insert the Dowel at least half way by tapping lightly with a rubber mallet, IF NECESSARY.
CAM LOCK SYSTEM OPERATION
HOW THE KNOCK DOWN (KD) ASSEMBLY SYSTEM WORKS
1. Screw the Cam Bolt into the threaded inserts on the panel. Connect both panels together; making sure Cam
Bolt goes into the pre-drilled hole on the end of panel for Cam Lock.
2. Insert the Cam Lock into the pre-drilled large hole on the panel. Make sure the arrow on the face of Cam
Lock faces out and points towards Cam Bolt.
3. Take a Phillips screwdriver and rotate the Cam Lock clockwise to lock the Cam Bolt in place.
4. Plug the Cam Lock Cover into the cross slot of the Cam Lock to conceal the Cam.
You are now ready to assemble the unit.

Assembly Instructions
1. Unpack the unit and confirm that you have all the hardware and required parts.
Assemble the unit on a
carpeted floor or the empty carton to avoid any scratch.
2. Securely screw 5 Cam Bolts (2) into the designated small holes on the Drawer Front Panel (L).
3. Connect Drawer Left and Right Side Panels (M and N) to the Drawer Front Panel (L) by engaging four
Small Cam Locks (8) (Refer to page 3 on Cam Lock system operation supplement).

4. Connect the Bottom Support (P) to the Drawer Front Panel (L) by engaging one M6 x 30 mm Wood
Dowel (3) and one Small Cam Lock (8).

5. Slide one Drawer Bottom Panel (Q) into the grooves between the Drawer Side Panels (M and N) until
fully inserted into the groove of the Drawer Front Panel (L).

6. Fasten the Drawer Back Panel (O) between the Drawer Side Panels (M and N) with six 38 mm Screws
(9). Make sure that Drawer Bottom Panel (Q) fits securely into the groove of the Drawer Back Panel (O).
Tighten all the screws with a Phillips screwdriver.
7. Repeat the same procedure to assemble the other drawer.

(B), the Left Side Panel (E) and the Right Side Panel (F) using a Phillips screwdriver.

9. Securely screw two Cam Bolts (2) into the designated holes on front upper corners of the Lower
Partition Panel (G) at both sides.
10.Connect the Middle Crossbars (I) to the Lower Partition Panel (G) by engaging two Large Cam Locks (1).

11. Insert six M8 x 30 mm Wood Dowels into the drilled holes on the Shelf Panel (B). Position the Middle
Crossbars (I) and the Lower Partition Panel (G) onto the Wood Dowels and attach in place with eight
Large Cam Locks (1).

12. Securely screw the Cam Bolts (2) into the holes on the Shelf Panel (B).
13. Connect the Upper Partition Panels (H) to the Shelf Panel by engaging four M8 x 30 mm Wood Dowels
(4) and four Large Cam Locks (1).

14. Connect the Left Side Panel (E) to the Shelf Panel (B) by engaging two M8 x 30 mm Wood Dowels (4)
and three Large Cam Locks (1).
15. Repeat the same procedure to attach the Right Side Panel (F) at the opposite end.

16. Insert eight M8 x 30 mm Wood Dowels (4) into the top holes on the Left Side Panel (E), Upper
Partition Panels (H) and Right Side Panel (F). Position the Top Panel (A) onto the Wood Dowels and
attach in place with eight Large Cam Locks (1).

17. Insert six M8 x 30 mm Wood Dowels (4) into the bottom holes on the Left Side Panel (E), Right Side
Panel (F) and Lower Partition Panel (G). Position the Bottom Panel (C) onto the Wood Dowels and
attach in place with six 50 mm Screws (10).

19. Attach four Legs (K) to the Base (J) with eight 2” Bolt (5) and eight Washers (6 and 7). DO NOT over
tighten the bolts.

20. Attach the Support Leg (S) to the Base (J) with one Wood Dowel (4) and four Screws (13). Set the
adjustable Floor Leveler to the correct height.

Assembly Instructions
21. Now, go back and tighten all Cam Locks and Screws. Make sure that all the parts are tight and there are
no gaps between the pieces. This will help keep the unit square.
22. Flip over the unit on its front edges. Lay the Back Panel (D) to the back edges of the assembled unit.
Make sure that the overlaps on the panels are even all the way around. Attach the Back Panel (D) in
place with the 15 mm Washer Head Screws (11).
NOTE: We recommend attaching the back panel with the screws at the corners first.
