identifiziert. Die Serien-Nummer befindet sich auf dem Typenschild und
dem Chassis Ihrer Maschine.
Beispiel:
00 04.MS. 060000981. 0001 = Serien-Nummer
04.MS = Baureihenschlüssel
0001 = Maschinennummer
Machine identification
All WIRTGEN machines are identified by means of their serial number.
The serial number is located on the machine‘s nameplate and chassis.
Example:
00 04.MS. 060000981. 0001 = Serial number
04.MS = Series code
0001 = Machine number
Identification des machines
Toutes les machines WIRTGEN sont identifiées à l‘aide du numéro de
série. Celui-ci figure sur la plaque signalétique et sur le châssis de la
machine.

0001 = Numéro de machine
Identificazionedellemacchine
Tutte le macchine WIRTGEN sono identificate mediante il numero
di matricola. Quest'ultimo è riportato sulla targhetta e sul telaio della
macchina.

Diese Betriebsanleitung soll Sie in die Lage versetzen, die Maschine
sicher zu betreiben und die zulässigen Einsatzmöglichkeiten, die sie
bietet, auszunutzen. Sie gibt Ihnen auch Hinweise über die Funktion
wichtiger Aggregate bzw. Systeme. Dabei werden in dieser
Betriebsanleitung bestimmte Begriffe verwendet. Um Mißverständnisse
zu vermeiden, sollten Sie stets dieselben Begriffe benutzen. An dieser
Maschine darf nur qualifiziertes und geschultes Personal tätig werden.
Die Betriebsanleitung und die am Einsatzort geltenden Bestimmungen
und Vorschriften (wie z.B. Unfallverhütungsvorschriften) müssen
beachtet werden.
Die Benutzung dieser Anleitung erleichtert, die Maschine
kennenzulernen und vermeidet Störungen durch unsachgemäße
Bedienung.
Die Beachtung der Anleitung erhöht die Zuverlässigkeit im Einsatz auf
der Baustelle, erhöht die Lebensdauer der Maschine, vermindert
Instandhaltungskosten und Ausfallzeiten.
Legen Sie diese Anleitung immer griffbereit, z.B. im Werkzeugfach der
Maschine oder in dem dafür vorgesehenen Behälter ab.

Les présentes instructions d’utilisation doivent permettre d’exploiter la
machine en toute sécurité et de tirer parti au mieux des possibilités
d’affectation qui lui sont propres. Elle fournissent par ailleurs toutes les
informations relatives aux fonctions déterminantes des organes et
systèmes. Les instructions d’utilisation font référence à une
terminologie spécifique. Afin d’éviter tout malentendu, nous vous
recommandons d’employer toujours les mêmes termes. Cette machine
ne doit être conduite et entretenue que par un personnel qualifié
spécialement formé. Son utilisation suppose le respect de la présente
notice d’instructions ainsi que des réglementations et prescriptions de

BESTIMMUNGSGEMÄSSE VERWENDUNG
- Die Maschine dient ausschließlich zum Vermischen von Füller,
Zement, Kalkhydrat, Emulsion, Heißbitumen etc. mit neuen
Baustoffen bzw. Recyclingmaterial, um ein homogenes Kaltmischgut
für unterschiedliche Anwendungen herzustellen. Dieses Kaltmischgut
kann auf Baustellen als Trag- oder Deckschicht eingebaut und
verdichtet- oder längere Zeit zwischengelagert werden.
- Die Anlage darf nur auf einem von WIRTGEN freigegebenen
Schwerlastanhänger betrieben werden.
- Zur bestimmungsgemäßen Verwendung gehört auch die Einhaltung
der vom Hersteller vorgeschriebenen Betriebs-, Wartungs- und
Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen.
- Jeder darüber hinausgehende Verwendung gilt als nicht
bestimmungsgemäß. Für hieraus resultierende Schäden haftet der
Hersteller nicht; das Risiko hierfür trägt allein der Betreiber.
NICHT BESTIMMUNGSGEMÄSSE VERWENDUNG
Die Maschine darf insbesondere nicht eingesetzt werden:
- zur Beförderung von Personen, soweit diese nicht zum
Bedienungspersonal dieser Maschine gehören
- als Hebezeug
- als Transportmittel für Stück- bzw. Schüttgüter
- zur Verarbeitung von Korngrößen größer 45 mm
DETERMINED APPLICATION
- The machine is exclusively designed to mix fillers, cement, lime
hydrates, emulsions, hot bitumen, etc with new or recycled
construction minerals in order to produce homogenous cold mixes for
various applications. This cold mixes can be paved as a base or
wearing course on construction sites, or be stored for longer periods
for later use.
- The unit must only be operated on a heavy-duty trailer approved by
WIRTGEN.
- Determined application also involves correct adherence to the manu-
facturer’s operating instructions, service instructions and
maintenance instructions.
- Any other applications are classed as non-determined and are not the
responsibility of the manufacturer. Any damages resulting from such
non-determined applications are at the sole risk of the operating
contractor.
NON-DETERMINED APPLICATION
The machine should not be used:
- To carry passengers who are not operating personnel of the machine.
- as a lifting device.
- as a transportation device for individual or bulk goods.
- to process mineral aggregates larger than 45 mm.

UTILISATION CONFORME
- La machine est exclusivement destinée au mélange de fillers, ciment,
hydrate de chaux, émulsion, bitume chaud, etc. avec des matériaux
vierges ou recyclés afin de produire un mélange à froid convenant à
différentes applications. Ce mélange à froid peut être étalé et
compacté pour la réalisation de couches de base ou de surface sur
les chantiers ou conservé en stock intermédiaire pendant un temps
relativement long.
- L’exploitation de l’installation n’est autorisée que sur une remorque
lourde homologuée par WIRTGEN.
- Une utilisation conforme aux spécifications présuppose également le
respect des prescriptions d’exploitation, de fonctionnement, de
maintenance et de remise en état stipulées par le constructeur.
- Toute autre utilisation des machines est considérée comme non
conforme aux spécifications. Dans ce cas, le constructeur n’est en
aucune manière responsable des dommages susceptibles d’en
résulter ; la totalité des risques est assumée par l’exploitant.
UTILISATION NON CONFORME
La machine ne doit en aucun cas être utilisée :
- pour le transport de personnes, si ces dernières ne font pas partie du
personnel de conduite de la machine.
- comme engin de levage
- comme engin de transport de produits en vrac ou unitaires
- pour le traitement de granulats d’un calibre supérieur à 45 mm
USO CONFORME
- La macchina è stata esclusivamente progettata per miscelare filler
cemento, calce idrata, emulsioni, bitume caldo, ecc con minerali
riciclati o non riciclati per produrre conglomerati a freddo omogenei
per varie applicazioni.
Questi conglomerati a freddo possono essere utilizzati per la stesa
di strati portanti o tappeti d'usura nei cantieri o essere conservati più
a lungo per un utilizzo successivo.
- Questa attrezzatura dev'essere utilizzata solo con un rimorchioper
lavori pesanti approvato da WIRTGEN.
- L'uso conforme presuppone inoltre l'osservanza delle disposizioni
d'esercizio, di manutenzione e di assistenza prescritte dal costruttore
- Qualsivoglia altro utilizzo della macchina non è da ritenersi conforme
alle disposizioni. Il costruttore non sarà in alcun modo responsabile degli
eventuali danni da ciò derivanti. Il rischio è tutto a carico del gestore.
USO NON CONFORME
La macchina non deve essere utilizzata:
- Peril trasporto di persone che non facciano parte del personale operativo
della macchina.
- comemezzo di sollevamento.
- comemezzo di trasportoper merci imballate individualmente o sfuse.
- perla lavorazione di minerali di grandezza superiorea 45 mm.

Die Maschine muß beim Arbeitseinsatz unbedingt sowohl in Quer- als
auch in Längsrichtung waagerecht stehen.
Der Untergrund des jeweiligen Aufstellungsortes muß so verdichtet
sein, daß ein Absinken bzw. Umkippen der Maschine nicht möglich ist.
Die Bodenverdichtung darf 200 kN/m2 nicht unterschreiten.
GEFAHR
Starten und bedienen Sie die Maschine nur vom Fahrerplatz/Bedienplatz aus.
Arbeiten mit Heißbitumen, Bitumenemulsion, Bindemittel, Kalk,
Zement, Lösungsmittel:
Hautkontakt vermeiden - Schutzkleidung tragen.
Augenkontakt vermeiden - Schutzbrille tragen.
Dämpfe nicht einatmen - ggf. Atemschutzmaske trage.
Ansammlung von Emulsionslachen etc. sind sofort zu beseitigen -
Ausrutschgefahr
Lösungsmittel sind so aufzufangen, daß sie nicht ins Erdreich gelangen
können.
Vor Öffnen der Rohrschnellverschlüsse ist das Rohrsystem drucklos zu
machen.
Sollte die Maschine nicht mit einer Kabine ausgerüstet sein, ist
unbedingt bei Staubentwicklung eine Atemschutzmaske zu tragen.
Vorsicht bei heißen Anlagenteilen - Verbrennungsgefahr
The machine must be positioned horizontally in lateral and longitudinal
direction during operation.
The ground underneath the machine's location must be sufficiently
compacted to prevent the machine from sinking or tipping over. The
ground compaction must not be less than 200 kN/m2 .
DANGER
Start and operate the machine from the operator’s stand only.
Working with bitumen, bitumen emulsion, binders, lime, cement,
solvents:
Avoid skin contact - wear protective clothing.
Avoid eye contact - wear protective goggles.
Do not inhale vapours - wear a face mask if necessary.
Remove emulsion puddles immediately - danger of slipping.
Apply any solvent so that it will not enter and contaminate the ground.
Any pressure is to be released before disconnecting the rapid-action
connectors.
If the machine is not equipped with an operator’s cabin, the operator
must wear a dust protection mask under dusty operational conditions.
Be careul of hot parts in the foam bitumen unit - danger of scalding.
En exploitation, la machine doit toujours se trouver en position
absolument horizontale sur les axes longitudinal et transversal.
A l’emplacement de stationnement, le sol doit être compacté de sorte à
interdire tout enfoncement ou renversement de la machine.
L’énergie de gâchage du sol ne doit pas être inférieure à 200 kN/m2 .
DANGER
Ne démarrer et ne manœuvrer la machine qu’à partir du poste de conduite.
Travaux avec du bitume, des émulsions bitumineuses, des liants,
de la chaux, du ciment et des solvants :
Eviter tout contact avec la peau - porter des vêtements de protection.
Eviter tout contact avec les yeux - porter des lunettes de protection. Ne
pas inhaler les vapeurs - porter un masque de protection si nécessaire.
Eliminer immédiatement les flaques d’émulsion, etc. - risque de
glissade. Récupérer les solvants de sorte à éviter leur infiltration dans
le sol. Annuler la pression dans les conduites avant l’ouverture des
systèmes d’accouplement rapide des tuyaux. Pour tous travaux
occasionnant un fort dégagement de poussière, porter impérativement
un masque de protection si la machine n’est pas équipée d’une cabine.
Attention aux composants chauds de la machine - risque de brûlures.
Durante il lavoro la macchina deve essere posizionata orizzontalmente

Il terreno sottostante deve essere sufficientemente compatto per evitare
che la macchina sprofondi o si ribalti. La compattazione del terreno non
deve essere inferiorea 200 kN/m2 .
PERICOLO
Avviare e azionare la macchina solo dal posto di guida
Quando si opera con bitume, emulsione bituminosa, leganti,calce,
cemento esolventi:
Evitareil contatto con la pelle -Indossare indumenti di protezione.
Evitareil contacto con gli occhi - Indossare occhiali di protezione.
Nonaspirareivapori. Indossareeventualmente una maschera protettiva.
Rimuovere immediatamente le pozzanghere di emulsione ecc.- Pericolo
di scivolamento.
Raccogliere i solventi in modo che non penetrino nel suolo
contaminandolo.
Prima di aprire i raccordi rapidi togliere pressione all'impianto di tubazione.
Nel caso in cui la macchina non sia munita di cabina, durante tutti gli
interventi che provocano la formazione di polvere indossare una maschera.
Prestare attenzione ai componenti caldi dell'impianto del bitume schiumato
-Pericolo di ustioni.

Angaben nach der 3. Verordnung zum Gerätesicherheitsgesetz -
3.GSGV
Die Messung wurde in Anlehnung an 86/662/EWG, Anhang 1
(Standlauf) mit einer Motornenndrehzahl von
2100 min-1
durchgeführt.
Der Schalleistungspegel gibt die Lautstärke an, die theoretisch in 40 cm
Abstand vom Motormittelpunkt herrscht.
Die Maschine emittiert einen Schalleistungspegel von
LwA = 103 dB(A).
Zum Fahrerplatz wird ein Schalldruckpegel von
LpA = 84 dB(A) - ohne Kabine
LpA = 67 dB(A) - mit Kabine
emittiert.
Vibrationsangaben nach 91/368/EWG:
Hand-/ Armschwingungen.
Bei bestimmungsgemäßer Verwendung werden die gewichteten
Effektivwerte der Beschleunigung bei Hand-/ Armschwingungen von
ahw = 2,5 m/s2
nicht überschritten.
Ganzkörperschwingungen
Bei bestimmungsgemäßer Verwendung werden die gewichteten
Effektivwerte der Beschleunigung bei Ganzkörperschwingungen von
