Air Fryer Components Air Fryer Accessories
The Wolstead Pro Swift Digital Air Fryer Oven comes with a handy range of accessories
including:
• 1 x non-stick drip tray
• 2 x non-stick air fryer racks with perforated holes
• 1 x rotating mesh air fryer basket
• 1 x rotating rotisserie spit
• 1 x rotisserie handling fork
The interior of the Wolstead Pro Swift Digital Air Fryer Oven has three rack slots - upper,
middle and lower for use with the drip tray and air fryer racks.
The interior of the oven also has a rotisserie rack for use with the rotating mesh air fryer
basket and rotisserie spit.
CAUTION: Always use the oven mitts when handling the accessories after use in the air
fryer oven.
Non-Stick Drip Tray
Use the non-stick drip tray when using the air fryer racks, rotating mesh air fryer basket,
or rotisserie spit. The drip tray will collect excess grease, oil and crumbs to ensure a quick
easy clean up after cooking.
To use, simply slide the drip tray into the bottom slot of the oven or place in the base of
the air fryer if more room is required inside the oven cavity. Be sure to wash the drip tray
thoroughly after every use.
The drip tray can also be used as a baking tray and placed higher up in the oven. When
using the drip tray for baking, we recommend placing it on the middle or lower oven slots.
Cooking with the baking tray on the highest slot may cause the foot to cook too fast.
Using the Non-Stick Air Fryer Racks
Use the air fryer racks for cooking a variety of foods such as chicken breast, sh or steak.
Use the air fryer racks on the top, middle or bottom oven slots. Before using, insert the
drip tray on to the bottom slot of the oven or into the base of the oven cavity.

SWIFT DIGITAL AIR FRYER 12L SWIFT DIGITAL AIR FRYER 12LINSTRUCTION MANUAL INSTRUCTION MANUAL
Place air racks into the oven by aligning the slots on the racks with the slots in the interior
of the oven. Slide gently until the rack is securely positioned inside the oven.
For best results, rotate the air fryer racks during the cooking process. If using only one air
fryer rack, use on the top slot for crispier results.
If required, line the air fryer racks with baking paper before use. This is recommended
when cooking foods with loose crumbs or a high sugar content.
Rotisserie Handling Fork
Use the rotisserie handling fork to place and remove the rotating mesh basket and the
rotisserie spit onto the rotisserie rack in the centre of the oven.
Using the Rotating Mesh Air Fryer Basket
Use the rotating mesh basket to cook fries
or chips, roast nuts and cook chicken wings
or vegetables. Use for foods that benet
from shaking or tumbling during the
cooking process.
Before beginning, insert the drip tray into
the base of the oven to collect any oil or
crumbs.
Add food to the mesh air fryer basket and
lock the metal lid into place by turning the
lid clockwise, following the direction of the
arrow on the top of the lid. Open the door
of the oven and align the exterior pin of the
mesh fryer basket with the black rotisserie
holder on the left wall of the oven. Then
align the pin on the opposite side of the
basket with the right rotisserie holder.
Once the air fryer basket is in place,
securely close the oven door. Set the
desired cooking temperature and time
by referring to the operating instructions
below.
Switch the rotate function on using the
button on the touchscreen control
panel and press the power button to begin
cooking, or the appliance will start cooking
automatically after 5 seconds.
Once the cooking process is complete,
carefully remove the mesh frying basket
with oven gloves or the rotisserie handling
fork.
Using the Rotating Rotisserie Spit
Use the rotating rotisserie spit for foods
that benet from being rotated during
the cooking process. For example, the
rotisserie spit is ideal for cooking a whole
chicken and ensures even browning and
caramelisation of the meat.
To use the rotisserie spit, insert the rod
through the centre of the chicken and
then slide the spikes down either side of
the rod and embed into the meat. Secure
the spikes by turning the thumbscrew in a
clockwise direction at either end.
Open the door of the oven and align the
exterior pin on the rotisserie spit with the
black rotisserie holder on the left wall
of the oven. Then align the pin on the
opposite side of the basket with the right
rotisserie holder.
Once the rotisserie spit is in place, securely
close the oven door. Set the desired
cooking temperature and time by referring
to the operating instructions below.
Switch the rotate function on using the
button on the touchscreen control

Making Home-Made Chips
For best results, it is recommended that frozen chips or fries are used in the air fryer.
To make home-made chips using fresh potatoes, follow the instructions below.
1. Select a starchy potato that is recommended for making chips, such as King Edward,
Maris Piper, Romano, Desiree, or Russet potatoes.
2. Peel the potatoes and cut into desired thickness. Ensure all the chips have an equal
thickness.
3. Soak the chips in a bowl of cold water for 30 minutes, then drain and dry on a clean
tea towel. Pat dry with a paper towel. Excess moisture will prevent the chips from
becoming crisp, so ensure that the chips are completely dry.
4. Add the chips to a bowl along with ½ tablespoon of oil (such as olive or vegetable)
and mix thoroughly so the chips are coated with oil.
5. Using tongs or a slotted spoon, remove the chips from the bowl and add to the air
frying basket. Do not tip the contents of the bowl into the air fryer basket, as excess
oil should not be added to the air fryer basket.
6. Cook chips at 200°C for 15-20 minutes, shaking 2-3 times during the cooking
process. Check progress throughout cooking time.
Air Fryer Cooking Tips
• Any food that can be prepared in a traditional oven can be prepared in the Wolstead
Pro Swift Digital Air Fryer Oven.
• Frying in smaller batches will result in shorter cooking times and better cooking
results.
• Smaller foods and smaller quantities of food typically require shorter cooking times
than larger foods or larger quantities of food.
• To avoid food sticking to the surface of the air frying racks or the rotating mesh
basket, add some cooking oil spray to the surface prior to adding the ingredients.
• Always pat wet food dry before cooking to encourage browning and ensure a crispy
result.
• Rotating the air fryer racks halfway through the cooking time optimises results and
can help prevent uneven cooking.
• Add a small amount of oil to fresh potatoes when making home-made chips.
• Do not cook extremely greasy foods in the air fryer.
• Allow cooked foods to rest for 3-5 minutes after cooking is complete. Remove the
frying basket and set on a at, heat resistant surface prior to serving.
• To avoid excess smoke when cooking naturally high fat foods such as bacon, chicken
wings or sausages, it may be necessary to empty collected fat from the drip tray
during cooking and between batches.
• When using the Air Fryer Oven for baking, place the baking tin or oven dish on top of
the air frying rack or drip tray and then position in the oven.
Care & Cleaning
Make sure the appliance is cleaned after each use.
Always allow the air fryer to cool completely before cleaning.
Once the air fryer is cool, unplug the appliance from the wall outlet.
Wash the accessories in hot soapy water. Do not use metal utensils or abrasive cleaners or
cleaning products as this may damage the non stick coating on the accessories.
The air fryer accessories are dishwasher safe. For best results, place in the top rack of the
dishwasher.

SWIFT DIGITAL AIR FRYER 12L SWIFT DIGITAL AIR FRYER 12LINSTRUCTION MANUAL INSTRUCTION MANUAL
