Clicktherightcornerofthecomputerdesktop,andthenpop‐upmenu,selectMOCA XP,click
connectandenterthewifipassword.Thewifipasswordisontheshellplskeepit
Whenthescreendisplayconnected,itmeansthatthecomputerhasbeensuccessfullyaddedto
thewirelessnetwork.

2.Wirelessinternetsetting
ADSLInternetsetting
Throughthenetworkcablemakethemodem’sLANportconnecttotheMOCA XP
TheinternetviawifiwirelessconnectiontoMOCA XP,enter:192.168.169.1.andat the sametime
theMOCA XP,adm inistrationpageappearance,entertheusernameandpassword:admin,thenpop
upapage(asshownbelow).ThenenteryourADSLaccountname,passwordandother
information,clickokbutton,thenyoucansetthehomeviewdialupconnectionstatus.
Notice:ifyounetworkserviceproviderrequiresMACaddressbinding,entertheappropriateMAC
address.

Whentheindicatorappearswhitelights,itindicatesthatdial‐upsuccess,canvisitinternetwork.
DynamicIPinternetsetting(suchashoteletc)
Letthehotelnetworkcableortherouter’sLANportconnectedtothenetworkportofMOCA XP
TheinternetviawifiwirelessconnectiontoMOCA XP.When the indicator appears white light,it
indicatesthatdial‐upsuccess,canvisitinternetwork.
StaticIPinternetsetting(campusnetwork)
lettherouter’sLANportconnecttoMOCA XP
TheinternetviawifiwirelessconnectiontoMOCA XP,enter:192.168.169.1.then enter user name
andpassword:admin.Thenclickinternetsetting—WAN,lettheWANconnectionmodeas
static(fixedIP)
EnteringtheISPtoprovidetheinformationsuchastheIPaddress,gatewayetc,inthestaticIP
modepage.Thenclick"ok"button.
Whenthestatusindicatorisinstantlywhite,itmeansthattheinternetconnectionissuccessful
andaccessible.
3. WIFIhotspotinternetaccesssetting
ConnectingtheinternetdevicestoMOCA XPby WIFI
Inputting192.168.169.1inthebrowseroftheinternetdevice,theninputtheusername:admin
andpassword,nextclick“LANsetting”tosettheWANonlinemodeas:WIFIrelaying
Click“searchingaccessibleWIFI”toselectthenetworknameneededtoconnect,onthepageof
WIFIhotspotsetting.Ifthenetworkisencrypted,pleaseinputthepasswordoftheWIFI,then
click“ok”.IftheWIFIhotspotistiedontheaddressofMAC,pleaseenablethereplication
capabilityofMACandinputMACaddressofthebindingdevice.
Whenthestatusindicatorisinstantlywhite,itmeansthattheinternetconnectionissuccessful
andaccessible.
4.ModifythepasswordofWIFI
ConnectingtheinternetdevicestoMOCA XPby WIFI
Inputting192.168.169.1inthebrowseroftheinternetdevice,theninputtheusername:admin
toenterthepageofWIFIsetting.

SelectingthetypeofencryptionandsettheWIFIpassword,inthepageof“wirelesssecurity
setting”.
Clicking”ok”,afterfinishingsetting.TheMOCA XPwill auto reboot, then redoing the wireless
connectionwiththenewWIFIpassword.
5.Restorefactorysettings
StartingupMOCA XP,Status.indicator.is.green..(Flashing.per.3.seconds).
Insertingintothehole,thisisontherightoftheMicroUSBportwith“RESET”,constantly
pressing5‐10secondsandthenunloosing.Ifthestatusindicatorflashesbluelight(flashingper
onesecond),theoperationissuccessful. Therouterwillautomaticallyrestart,needstobefor
wirelessconnection.

Note:Afterrestoringfactorysetting,allconfigurationinformationwillbelost.Thefactorydefault
loginIPis192.168.169.1.Thedefaultusernameandpasswordisadmin.Thedefaultonlinemode
issmartmode.ThedefaultSSIDisMOCA.
Herebelowisthedescriptionofproductfunction:
MOCA‐XPportablepowerbank+router,withstandardUSBandMicroUSBsockettogetherwith
onecablenetworkinterface.Whenfullofcapacity,presstheswitchbutton(longpressfor3
seconds), Powerindicatorlight(whitelight)lightsup,WIFIworkingindicatorlight(greenlight)is

flashing.
MOCA‐XPportablewirelessrouter,withstandardUSBandMicroUSBsockettogetherwithone
cablenetworkinterface.Pressingtheswitchbutton(longpressfor3seconds),WIFIworking
indicatorlight(greenlight)isflashing.Whenthenetworkinterfaceconnectedtothewired
network,thegreenlightwillturntowhiteifnetworkingsuccess.Itmeansthatthisitemis
startingandreleasingtherelativewirelessWIFIsignal.
MOCA‐XPportablepowerbank,withstandardUSBandMicroUSBsocket.MicroUSBisusedfor
chargingforthepowerbank.Theindicatorfromlefttorightis1,2,3,4,5.Whencharging,indicator
1keepred,indicator5lightsup.Itmeansthatthecapacityisbelow33%.Accompanyingwiththe
increasingofcapacity,indicator4and3willlightupinsuccession.Whenallindicatorslightup
andcompletelyfilled,indicator1diesout,indicator2lightsupandkeepgreen.thestandardUSB
ofthisproductischargingforrelativedigitalproducts.Afterconnectingthecabletothedigital
products,pressthedischargingbuttonnexttothenormalUSBtodischarging,theindicators3,4,5
alllightup.Withtheincreaseoftheusetime,lightis3,4,and5wereputout,itmeansthatthe

powerhasbeenrunoutwhenalltheindicatordieout.Itneedstochargingforthepowerbank
again.
