GENERAL SAFETY WARNINGS
Read carefully and understand all ASSEMBLY AND OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS before operating.
Failure to follow the safety rules and other basic safety precautions may result in serious personal
injury.

Intended Use: This product is intended for indoor residential and ofce use only, not for industrial
or other commercial applications. Use only with electrical wiring that is in good working order and
that meets applicable codes and ordinances. If you have any questions whether your wiring is
adequate, consult a qualied electrician.
Do not operate the fan with a damaged power cord or after the fan malfunctions or has been
dropped in any manner.
Use of extreme caution is necessary when any fan is used by or near children, disabled persons
or pets and whenever the fan is left operating unattended.
Do not place the fan on a small, uneven or any surface which might allow fan to tip or fall.
For proper operation, fan should be placed on a smooth, non‑combustible, level surface.
Always unplug fan when not in use, when moving from place to place, when assembling or
disassembling parts, and before cleaning.
The use of attachments, not recommended or sold by the manufacturer, may cause hazards.
Do not use outdoors.
Do not use fan in window. Rain may cause electrical hazard (for non‑window models).
Do not operate the fan with blade guards or any safety device removed.
Avoid the use of extension cords due to risk of re. If an extension cord must be used, the cord
must be minimum 14 AWG and rated not less then 1875 watts.
Do not run power cord under carpeting. Do not cover cord with throw rugs, runners or the like.
Arrange cord away from trafc area where it will not be tripped over.
Do not insert or allow any object to enter any openings on the fan. Doing so may cause electric
shock and/or re hazard. Avoid contact with moving parts.
This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given
supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
Children should be supervised to ensure they do not play with the appliance.
Use your fan only in dry environments. This fan is not intended for use in a bathroom, laundry area,
or similar locations, or near sinks, washing machines, swimming pools or other sources of water.
Never locate fan where it may fall into a bathtub or other water receptacle. Do not use in damp
environments such as ooded basements.
Do not touch fan motor when in use. This motor is hot when in use, to avoid burns, do not let bare
skin touch hot surfaces.
Fans have arcing or sparking parts inside. Do not use near combustible materials or ammable
gases or sources of heat. DO NOT USE in areas where gasoline, paint or ammable materials are
used or stored. To prevent a possible re, do not block air intakes or exhaust in any manner. Do
not insert or allow foreign objects to enter any ventilation or exhaust opening as this may cause an
electric shock, re, or damage the fan.
To Prevent Electric Shock, this product has a three prong grounded plug that must be inserted into
a matching properly grounded outlet to reduce the risk of electrical shock. Do not attempt to defeat
this safety feature.

ASSEMBLY
STAND AND BASE ASSEMBLY
1. Place stand assembly with the spring on the base frame and align the holes in the coupler
with holes in the base frame.
2. Insert screws and spring washers from the screw package and tighten securely.
STAND ASSEMBLY
1. Make sure the spring is in the stand assembly.
2. Remove the two screws from the extension pipe adjuster.
3. Insert the extension pipe into the stand pipe.
4. Align the two holes on the stand pipe with the holes on the adjuster and secure the
adjuster with the two screws removed in step 2.
5. Adjust the extension pipe to desired height.
STAND/MOTOR ASSEMBLY
1. Remove the bolts, at washers and nuts from the extension pipe.
2. Align the upper round hole on the extension pipe assembly with the upper round hole in
the motor bracket on the motor.
3. Insert the bolt and replace the at washer and the nut removed from step 1.
4. Adjust tilt to desired angle and insert the bolt through the lower square hole on the
extension pope assembly with the cambered slot in the motor bracket on the motor and
replace the at washer and the nut removed from step 1.
5. Tighten the bolts and nuts.
6. Repeat step 3-5 to adjust the airow upward or downward.
REAR GRILL AND BLADES ASSEMBLY
1. Remove the four screws, spring washers and the at washer from the motor shaft.
2. Align the rear guars over the threaded holes in the motor. Align the rear guard so that the
one small hole in the outer ring is located to your lower right when facing the fan.
3. Secure with the at washers, spring washers and the screws removed in step 1.
4. Remove the screw on the blade’s circular slot and carefully slide the blade assembly over
the shaft. Then replace and tighten the screw to x the blades on the groove on the shaft.
5. CAUTION: Do not alter the angle of the blades, or bend them in any manner.
FRONT GRILL ASSEMBLY
1. Open the clips on the front of the guard.
2. Hang the front guard on the top rib of the rear guard by utilizing the U-shaped xed clip
on the top of the front guard.
3. Insert and secure the safety guard bolt, spring washer and nut.
4. Press the clips down around the front guard to secure.

1. Place the fan on a safe, at surface where it cannot fall or be pulled by the cord, and in
the upright position.
2. Select desired direction of air ow by tilting the fan upward or downward.
3. Plug unit into the electrical outlet.
4. Pull the chain on the motor assembly to set desired setting; high, medium and low.
5. Always turn off (0-off) and unplug the fan after using.
CLEANING:
Before cleaning the fan, be sure to disconnect power cord from the power outlet. Clean
the guard surface with a damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. DO
NOT IMMERSE THE FAN OR ANY WIRES IN WATER. Replace the front guard before use. Allow
the fan to dry completely before use. Allow the fan to dry completely before use. Periodic
guard cleaning with a vacuum will prevent dust build up.
MAINTENANCE:
The motor is sealed from the factory and does not require any interior maintenance, cleaning
or lubrication. The internal motor bearings are permanently lubricated and do not require
any additional lubrication.
REPAIR:
Do not operate the fan without the guards in place. Do not use the fan if it has malfunctioned
or become damaged in any way. Use only genuine parts when repairing the fa, Have only
an experienced technician attempt repairs.
