America in collaboration with deCarta� We hope you will enjoy all features and benets oered by GPSLive™�

These features and benets were designed with the goal of making driving more convenient for the user�

GPSLive™ Internet Navigation allows your standalone GPS device to connect to the Internet and provide

updated and real time searches including street addresses, businesses, recreation parks, and all other points

of interest� deCarta’s application incorporates a range of technology to provide all the information you

need on the road�

Many of the features are described in more detail later in the GPSLive™ Operation Manual, however some

key features of the device include:

Search and Browse: Search for locations on GPSLive™ Internet Navigation maps or browse lists, locally or at

your destination, and points of interest, including restaurants, shopping, and things to do�

Real Time LiveTrac and Weather: Has built-in intelligence that knows where you are travelling� GPSLive™

Navigation is constantly downloading data from trac monitoring websites and provides the most up-to-

date trac information that is available� If it recognizes that there may be long delays, it provides you with

the option to choose an alternate route� You can also check the weather conditions in your destination or

your local area�

Live Map Information, Gas Prices and Movie Listings: GPSLive™ Navigation data and information are

instantly update� Locate gas stations add information about gas prices where you are and along your route�

Seach and browse movie listings and locations around your area and let GPSLive™ guide you there�

attention and ability to drive carefully and safely�

trees and bad weather can aect signal reception� Window tint that contains metallic material can aect

GPS signal as well� Cordless phones, radar detectors, satellite radio receivers, and other wireless devices

may also interfere with GPS reception�

• ItmaytakeafewminutestosuccessfullyacquireGPSsignalswhenturningontheGPSdevicefortherst

time� Complete this procedure in an outdoor open space�

• Mapdatabasemaynotcoveronehundredpercentofallareasand/oraddresseslisted.

1� Find a place to position the suction cup where it doesn’t interfere with your vision of the road�

2� With the suction cup lever in the up or o position, push the suction cup against the glass, then push

the suction cup lever to the down or on position� Doing so creates the suction needed to secure the car

mount to the glass�

3� Once the car mount is secured to the windshield, attach the car mount attach the GPS device to the device

holder slots� You will hear a “click” when the GPS device is securely attached to its holder�

4� To release the car mount from the windshield, simply pull the suction cup lever up to it’s o position�

IMPORTANT: Follow these guidelines to achieve the full battery life of the built-in lithium-ion battery

Failure to follow may damage the GPS device or cause serious injury�

1� Plug the car charger into the mini USB connector (USB port) on left side of the GPS device�

2� Plug the other end of the car charger into your vehicle’s DC Power receptacle�

WINPLUS NORTH AMERICA

LIMITED WARRANTY

Winplus North America warrants, to the original purchaser, that its products are free from defects in material

and workmanship for 1 year from the date of original purchase� Where permitted by law, Winplus North

America’s liability shall be limited to that set forth in this limited express warranty� This limited express

warranty shall be the exclusive remedy of the purchaser and Winplus North America makes no other

warranty of any kind aside from the limited express warranty stated above�

Note: Warranty only applies for North American customers or purchases made in the North America�

CONDITIONS OF WARRANTY

If during the 1 year warranty period your new product is found to be defective, Winplus North America

will repair such defect, or replace the product, without charge for parts or labor subject to the following

conditions:

1� All repairs must be performed by Winplus North America�

2� All warranty claims must be accompanied by a copy of the sales receipt or bill of sale�

3. The equipment must not have been altered or damaged through negligence, accident, improper

operation, or failure to follow the product instructions for installation, use, or care�

4� The replacement of parts is excluded from the warranty when replacement is necessary due to normal

wear and tear�

5� Repair or replacement parts supplied by Winplus North America under this warranty are protected only

for the unexpired portion of the original warranty�

6� This is a “repair or replace” warranty only, and does not cover the costs incurred for the installation,

removal or reinstallation of the product, or damage to any mobile phone devise or vehicle�

OWNER’S RESPONSIBILITIES:

Winplus North America will make every eort to provide warranty service within a reasonable period of time�
