Hold A Safety Huddle
Teach your kiddos the swing safety basics:
1. Avoid walking close to, in front of, behind,
or between swing while someone is on it
2. Do not swing higher than the tree branch
3. Avoid pushing empty swing.
4. Get off swing slowly only after it has completely
stopped and feet are firmly planted on the ground.
5. Teach them to swing within their limits.
Inspect Tree and Swing Regularly
If the Zephyr’s Rope or Tree Strap is frayed, worn, or
shows other signs of deterioration, replace immediately.
Relocate swing if tree shows signs of decay or branch
gives while swing is in motion. Review the maintenance
instruction section and keep this manual for
future reference.
Supervise Your Kiddos
While we want our kids to be independent, children should be
supervised while playing on the Zephyr Flyer™.
Install in a Safe Place
Place the swing over level ground. Do not install over concrete,
asphalt, packed earth or any other hard surface. Ensure the
branch is at least 10” in diameter and the tree is healthy. Make
sure the swing is at least 6 ft away from any structure or
obstruction, such as tree trunks, buildings and fences.
