** 2 people are required to perform the
following instructions **
1. Before proceeding, refer to your Operation
Instructions manual you received with your
pellet grill. Remove the cooking grates and
the heat diuser. Remove the burn grate and
vacuum out the burn pot. Make sure the inside
of the cooking chamber is free of grease, ash,
and debris. If applicable, scoop the pellets out
of the hopper. Remove the outer shelves and the
chimney and close the cooking chamber and the
hopper. On YS640 models, make sure the VDD
is in the fully closed position.
2. One person lift up on the hopper end, or use
the optional oor jack to lift the hopper side of
the cart up and secure the bottom shelf by using
the (3) 2x4 boards.
3. Pull the pin clip from the axle. Then remove
the wheel and axle from the leg.
4. Insert the new axle (90659) into the wheel
(24252) and reinstall into the tube in the leg.
Use the pin clip (701-212-02) to secure the axle
into the tube. After repeating procedure on
other side of unit, remove the boards supporting
the cart.
