COMPOSITION
The range consists of 2 models of 1430 liter
freezer cabinets that offer the highest
standards in performance and efficiency.
Models are available in fan assisted negative
versions with full doors.
FUNCTIONAL AND
CONSTRUCTION
FEATURES
� Digital control with cabinet temperature
display and setting as well as manual
activation of defrost cycle. Fully compliant
HACCP digital temperature controls include
visible alarms.
� Self closing and lockable doors with the
possibility of opening up to 180°.
� Door switch stops the fan when door is
opened to avoid cold air exiting the cell, thus
saving energy.
� Removable triple-chamber balloon
magnetic gasket to improve insulation and
reduce energy consumption.
� Freezer model have operating
temperatures that can be adjusted from -22
to -15 °C.
� Performance guaranteed at an ambient
temperature of 43° C.
� Constructed from the highest quality AISI
430 Stainless steel. Interior and exterior (feet
included) in stainless steel. Back panel in
galvanised steel. Interior base with corners,
pressed from a single sheet.
� Stainless steel runners and supports
easily disassembled (without any tool) for
more convenient cleaning.
� Mounted on adjustable Stainless steel
feet, with castors as an option. Prearranged
for plinth installation.

positions available to host grids for a higher
net capacity and greater storage space.
� Cabinet fitted with up to 75 mm thickness
of cyclopentane insulation for best insulating
performance with 100% environmental
protection.
� Bottom of the internal cell is prearranged
for water drain.
� Anti-corrosion bottom avoids any damage
to the cabinet when using agressive
detergents to clean the floors.
� Optimized back to front forced air flow
provide even temperature distribution and
fast cooling in any conditions.
� Prearranged to fit RS485 port to connect
to a remote computer and integrated HACCP
systems.
� RILSAN coated grids for improved
protection.
� Provided with Schuko type plug.
� CFC and HCFC free insulation.
� Models certified as class 6 by the CECED
Italia energy classification board are
estimated to provide a potential annual
savings in terms of energy costs of 580 €
when replacing a freezer in class 1 with one
in class 6 of equivalent volume (according to
a CECED Italia study based on an energy
