2.2.PRELIMINARY WARNINGS:
Before installation, make sure the gas supply pressure is appropriate for the type of
gas for which it is regulated the gas stovetop
The data setting for this gas stovetop are on the nameplate and label located in the
stovetop
This gas stovetop is not designed to be connected to a device for the disposal of
combustion products. Must be installed and connected according to the installation
requirements in force. Attention should be given to the relevant requirements of
ventilation. (See next paragraph)
To manipulate correctly this stovetop needs to be adjusted according to local
conditions of atmospheric pressure and room temperature
2.2. ADVERTENCIAS PRELIMINARES:

2.3.CORRECT POSITIONING OF THE BURNER
For optimum performance, the burner base must be totally inserted into the Venturi tube until it
touches the kitchen table (as shown in the Graphic -1). Otherwise, it can cause permanent damage to
parts of your kitchen.
2.3 CORRECTO POSICIONAMIENTO DEL QUEMADOR
Para obtener un buen desempeño, la base del quemador debe quedar introducida totalmente en el
tubo Venturi hasta que toque la mesa de la cocina (como se muestra en el Gráfico-1). De lo contrario,
puede generar un daño permanente en las partes de su cocina.

2.4.INSTALLATION AND LOCATION OF YOUR GAS STOVETOP
A. CONSIDERATIONS
There must be a minimum distance of 10 cm between your kitchen and the back wall, to avoid
deformation of the gas supply tube or hose.
The length of the flexible connection must be the minimum possible and in no case should it
be greater than 1.5 meters.
AVOID contacting the gas supply hose with hot parts of your kitchen.
Place your Stove Top on a stable base that guarantees safety and balance. Do not use wood or
any type of combustible material as a base.
For the installation and proper operation of your new stovetop, follow the technical standards
and regulations of your country
B. GAS SUPPLY CONNECTION
Before connecting your stovetop, you must check that it is regulated for the type of gas to be
supplied.
Connect the inlet pipe of your appliance to the gas line coming from the cylinder or from the
network. The connection can be made using rigid or flexible tubing or gas hose. Only the use
of “Flexible” gas hose. Use a 3/8” NPT female fitting.
Flexible connections must be installed in such a way that there are no bottlenecks that
obstruct the flow of gas, they must not be subjected to tensile stresses and they must be
placed in such a way that they do not suffer mechanical damage (friction or trapped by
drawers, doors or any space susceptible to congestion).
The sealants used in the connections must be of the chemical, anaerobic, or Teflon gas tape
type.
When the installation is complete, check the joints of the pipe with a gas or soapy water leak
detector, looking for leaks and correct them if there are any. NEVER use matches or any kind
of flame.
Regulator: Connect your type 1 regulator to the gas connection, check its operation and any
possible leaks.
2.4. INSTALACIÓN Y UBICACIÓN DE SU ESTUFA A GAS
A. CONSIDERACIONES.
Entre su cocina y la pared posterior debe existir una distancia mínima de 10 cm, para evitar
que el tubo o manguera de suministro de gas sufra deformaciones.
La longitud de la conexión flexible debe ser la mínima posible y en ningún caso debe ser
mayor de 1,5 metros.
EVITE que la manguera de suministro de gas quede en contacto con las partes calientes de su
estufa
Coloque su estufa sobre una mesa estable que le garantice seguridad y equilibrio. No use
como base madera o algún tipo de material combustible.

Para la instalación y adecuado funcionamiento de su nuevo gasodoméstico debe cumplirse las
siguientes normas técnicas y reglamentos de su país.
B. CONEXIÓN DEL SUMINISTRO DE GAS
Antes de efectuar la conexión de su estufa, debe comprobar que esté regulada para el tipo de
gas a suministrar.
Conecte el tubo de entrada de su estufa a la línea de gas proveniente del cilindro o de la red.
Se puede hacer la conexión usando tubería rígida o flexible o manguera para gas. Únicamente
se permite el uso de manguera para gas “Flexible”. Utilice racor hembra de 3/8” NPT.
Las conexiones flexibles deben instalarse de manera que no se presenten estrangulamientos
que obstruyan el flujo de gas, no deben estar sometidos a esfuerzos de tracción y deben ser
puestas de forma que no sufran daños mecánicos (rozamientos o aprisionadas por cajones,
puertas o por algún espacio susceptible de congestionarse).
Los sellantes utilizados en las conexiones deberán ser de tipo traba química, anaeróbico o
cinta teflón para gas.
Al terminar la instalación, verifique con un detector de fuga de gas o agua jabonosa las
uniones de la tubería, en busca de fugas y corrígelas si las hay. NUNCA utilice fósforos o algún
tipo de llama.
Regulador: Conecte su regulador tipo 1 a la conexión a gas, verifique su funcionamiento y las
posibles fugas existentes.
2.5 AERATION AND VENTILATION CONSIDERATIONS
For requirements of ventilation air within house / and site where you install this gas stovetop, we
recommend you to consider:
DO NOT INSTALL YOUR GAS STOVETOP IN BEDROOMS, BATHROOMS, SHOWERS,
BASEMENTS OR PLACES THAT ALLOW THE ACCUMULATION OF AN EXPLOSIVE
MIXTURE GAS-AIR, OR HIGH LEVELS OF COMBUSTION PRODUCTS
TO OBTAIN A GOOD PERFORMANCE, THE BURNER BASE MUST BE LEFT TOTALLY
INSIDE THE VENTURI TUBE UNTIL IT TOUCHES THE STOVETOP BASE, ON THE
CONTRARY, IT CAN GENERATE PERMANENT DAMAGE IN THE GAS STOVE PARTS
2.5 CONSIDERACIONES DE VENTILACIÓN Y AIREACIÓN
Para los requisitos de aire de ventilación dentro de la casa y el sitio donde instale esta estufa de gas, le
recomendamos que considere:
NO INSTALE SU ESTUFA DE GAS EN DORMITORIOS, BAÑOS, DUCHAS, SÓTANOS O
LUGARES QUE PERMITAN LA ACUMULACIÓN DE UNA MEZCLA EXPLOSIVA GAS-AIRE, O
ALTOS NIVELES DE PRODUCTOS COMBUSTIBLES

PARA OBTENER UN BUEN RENDIMIENTO, LA BASE DEL QUEMADOR DEBE DEJARSE
TOTALMENTE DENTRO DEL TUBO VENTURI HASTA TOCAR LA BASE DE LA ESTUFA, DE
LO CONTRARIO, PUEDE GENERAR DAÑOS PERMANENTES EN LAS PARTES DE LA
ESTUFA A GAS
2.6 BURNER FLAME GRADUATION
If the flame has yellow tips it is due to lack of primary air for the gas-air mixture, therefore the
air regulator must be opened. If the flame tends to separate from the burner presenting
vibrant violet tones, it is due to excess primary air, in which case the air regulator must be
closed.
In both cases, you must adjust the air in the burner like this:
IN THE EVENT OF BURNER FLAMES ACCIDENTALLY EXTINGUISHED, TURN
OFF THE BURNER CONTROL AND DO NOT ATTEMPT TO TURN IT ON AGAIN
FOR AT LEAST ONE MINUTE.
1. Turn off the gas supply from the main pipe.
2. Grade the air inlet as observed in the flame, turning the air regulator located on
the Venturi tube at the valve outlet, opening or closing the air reception window
located on the tube. (Use a screwdriver to lock and unlock air Regulator screw.)

2.6 GRADUACIÓN DE LA LLAMA DEL QUEMADOR
Si la llama presenta puntas amarillas es por falta de aire primario para la mezcla gas-aire por
lo tanto debe abrir el regulador de aire. Si la llama tiende a separarse del quemador
presentando llamas vibrantes de tono violeta, es por exceso de aire primario, en tal caso
debe cerrar el regulador de aire.
En ambos casos, debe graduar el aire en el quemador así:
EN EL EVENTO DE QUE SE EXTINGAN ACCIDENTALMENTE LAS LLAMAS DEL QUEMADOR,
APAGUE EL CONTROL DEL QUEMADOR Y NO INTENTE VOLVER A ENCENDERLO POR LO MENOS
DURANTE UN MINUTO.
1. Corte el suministro de gas de la red principal.
2. Gradúe la entrada de aire de acuerdo con lo observado en la llama, girando el
regulador de aire ubicado sobre el tubo Venturi a la salida de la válvula, abriendo o
cerrando la ventana de recepción de aire ubicada en el tubo. (Utilice atornillador
para bloquear y desbloquear el tornillo del regulador del aire).

3.1.IGNITION OF THE BURNER
Bring a match or spark plug closer to the burner you want to use and at the same time press the knob
corresponding to the burner and turn it counterclockwise (counterclockwise).
3.1.ENCENDIDO DEL QUEMADOR
Acerque un fósforo o un chispero al quemador que desee utilizar y al mismo tiempo presione la perilla
correspondiente al quemador y gírela hacia la izquierda (sentido contrario al de las manecillas del
reloj).

3.2.INSTALLATION AND LOCATION OF YOUR GAS CYLINDER / INSTALACIÓN Y UBICACIÓN DE SU CILINDRO
DE GAS
A. CONSIDERATIONS
Choose a responsible dry space to use your Stovetop and connect the gas tank based on
safety regulations and practices.
Check the zone for flammable materials.
B. HANDLING THE GAS CYLINDER
For its correct use:
Choose a RESPONSIBLE COMPANY as supplier.
Choose CYLINDERS in GOOD CONDITION.
Always handle vertically, DO NOT TURN or INCLINE, neither full nor empty.
DO NOT entrust your handling to CHILDREN.
Valves open, with burners off.
Keep the cylinder valve closed when you do not use the appliance for long periods of time.
The most frequent causes for leaks are:
Valves open, with burners off.
Defective unions or connections.
Valves that have deteriorated due to use.
Defective cylinders or regulators.
A. CONSIDERACIONES
Escoja una empresa responsable como proveedor.
Escoja taques de propano en buen estado.
Nunca coloque el tanque de propano en POSICIÓN VERTICAL ni lo INCLINE.
Nunca deje la responsabilidad del manejo de un tanque de propano a niños.
Use su estufa en lugares con buena ventilación.
Mantenga la válvula del tanque de propano cerrado cuando no lo esté usando.

B. MANIPULACIÓN DEL CILINDRO DE GAS
Para su uso correcto:
Elija una EMPRESA RESPONSABLE como proveedor.
Elija CILINDROS-Tanques de propano, en BUEN ESTADO.
Maneje los tanques siempre verticalmente, NO GIRE ni INCLINE, ni lleno ni vacío.
NO confíe el manejo de tanques a los NIÑOS.
Válvulas abiertas, sin quemadores.
Mantenga la válvula del cilindro cerrada cuando no use la estufa por largos períodos de
tiempo.
Las causas más frecuentes de fuga son:
Válvulas abiertas, sin quemadores.
Uniones o conexiones defectuosas.
Válvulas que se han deteriorado debido al uso.
Cilindros o reguladores defectuosos.

4. Cleaning and Maniteniance
Gas appliances should be periodically cleaned and fully serviced every twelve months or sooner
depending on use, in order to avoid possible gas leakage from gaskets and stovetop connections.
For the enamel parts of your stove, such as the base, burners and grills, use hot soapy water
with a soft cloth.
To clean the knobs, use a slightly damp cloth and soap.
Solvents or products that are alcohol-based should not be used.
For the burner and grill, use hot soapy water with a plastic sponge.
DO NOT use objects that may scratch the surfaces of your appliance, such as screwdrivers,
blades, etc.
NEVER USE ABRASIVE DETERGENTS, or any kind of METALLIC FIBER, as they permanently
damage the surface.
Las estufas a gas deben limpiarse periódicamente y recibir servicio completo cada doce meses o antes,
según el uso, para evitar posibles fugas de gas de las juntas y las conexiones de la estufa.
Para las piezas de peltre de su estufa, como la base, quemadores y parrillas, use agua
jabonosa caliente con un paño suave.
Para limpiar las perillas, use un paño ligeramente humedecido y jabón.
No se deben utilizar disolventes o productos a base de alcohol.
Para los quemadores y la parrilla, use agua jabonosa caliente con una esponja de plástico.
NO use objetos que puedan rayar la superficie de su estufa, como destornilladores, cuchillas,
etc.
NUNCA USE DETERGENTES ABRASIVOS, ni ningún tipo de FIBRA METÁLICA, ya que dañan
permanentemente la superficie.
4.1.SAFETY PRECAUTIONS AND RESTRICTIONS ON USE
DO NOT ALLOW CHILDREN TO PLAY OR GET CLOSER WHEN THE STOVE IS ON, MAY BURN.
NEVER LEAVE OBJECTS THAT CHILDREN MAY NEED ON THE KITCHEN.
DO NOT LEAVE GASOLINE OR OTHER FLAMMABLE FLUIDS NEAR YOUR KITCHEN.
ALL POT AND HANDLE HANDLES MUST REMAIN OUT OF REACH OF THE BURNER.
IF THE FATS BURN IN THE POTS OVER THE STOVE, DO NOT TURN OFF WITH WATER, COVER
THEM WITH A METAL LID.
AVOID THE USE OF UNSTABLE CONTAINERS OR SIZES LESS THAN 100 MM IN DIAMETER FOR
DIFFERENT BURNERS ON THE WORK TABLE. DO NOT USE CONVEX BASED, CONCAVE, OR
PROJECTED RIM POTS. USE MAXIMUM SIZE VESSELS 220 MM IN DIAMETER, AS THIS REDUCES
THE AMOUNT OF AIR THAT THE BURNER NEEDS, PRESENTING A BAD COMBUSTION AND A
RISK OF POISONING BY MONOXIDE. IT CAN ALSO GENERATE PREMATURE DETERIORATIONS OF
THE PARTS OF YOUR STOVE.
MAKE SURE THE CONTAINER IS CENTERED WITH RESPECT TO THE BURNER, SO IT PREVENTS
ACCIDENTS OR DETERIORATION IN A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME OF THE PARTS OF YOUR STOVE.
AVOIDING EXCESSIVE SPILLS OF LIQUID FROM POTS, THESE MAY DUTY THE BURNER FLAME BY
LEAVING GAS TO THE ENVIRONMENT.

DO NOT USE YOUR GAS APPLIANCE TO HEAT A ROOM.
DO NOT HANG OBJECTS IN INTERNAL GAS FACILITIES, OR USE METAL PIPES AS A GROUND
POLE FOR ELECTRICAL CIRCUITS.
4.1 PRECAUCIONES DE SEGURIDAD Y RESTRICCIONES DE USO
NO PERMITA QUE LOS NIÑOS JUEGUEN O SE ACERQUEN CUANDO LA COCINA ESTÉ
ENCENDIDA, PUEDEN SUFRIR QUEMADURAS.
NUNCA DEJE SOBRE LA COCINA OBJETOS QUE LOS NIÑOS PUEDAN NECESITAR.

5.1.CHANGE OF INJECTORS
Use an 8 mm or 5/16 ”open-end wrench or socket wrench to remove it, and replace it with
one marked according to the previous table, using low force chemical gasket and checking

5.2.CAMBIO DE INYECTORES
Utilice una llave de copa o boca fija de 8 mm o 5/16” para desmontarlo, y reemplácelo por
uno marcado según la tabla anterior, utilizando traba química fuerza baja y verificando con
agua jabonosa que no quede fuga de gas en la unión.
Finalmente realice el reglaje del aire primario de los quemadores como se indica en el
numeral 2.5 “GRADUACIÓN DE LA LLAMA DEL QUEMADOR”.
Una vez terminadas todas las operaciones de reglaje, se debe indicar en la etiqueta de la
cocina el gas para la cual quedó reglado el artefacto o cambiar esta etiqueta por una
nueva.
