Take out the beer machine from box.
You can find a tray and
Main seal at the bottom of the box.

Open Clamps of Machine.

Follow instructions.

Watch supplied Video DVD before assembling the machine.
You MUST do the pressure test before putting the
Machine for Brewing.
Assembling

?Assemble Spigot, Delivery Tube & Float in lower
part of Machine
?Assemble Carbonation Unit in Upper Part of
Machine
?Assemble Pressure Control Valve
?Assemble Main Seal(Make sure to keep it into warm water for
few minutes before assembling)
?Final Assembly by sliding clamps
?Operating Pressure Test (Leakage Test)
(Make sure to follow the detailed instruction given in Video DVD)

You are ready to brew your first beer at home...
HelpfulHints
1. After adding water, beermix and brewer's yeast keep the machine in room
temperatureforatleast72hours. YouwillnoticethatselfgeneratedCO2willshow
15 gauge on PSI meter. Make sure that you do not add additional CO2 during this
timebyusingCO2Tube.
2. Transfer the machine into refrigerator after 72 hours for more 2 to 3 days. During
this time, naturally generated CO2 will absorb in the beer and you can see that PSI
meterisshowinglessthan15guage.
3. Afterchillingthebeer youhavetoaddadditional CO2as and whenneeded. Please
note that CO2 tube contains only 8 grams of CO2 so you have to replace it when it's
empty. Please do not add large amount of CO2 at one time. Add CO2 only in short
burstsperiodically.
4. PleasenotethatbottlingthebeerisNOTPOSSIBLEwithoutusingBOTTLINGKIT.
