FULL ONE YEAR WARRANTY
THE MANUFACTURER warrants this automaticwasher, to consumer* only, against defects in materialor
workmanshipfor a periodofone year from thedate ofitsoriginalpurchasebya consumerfor home use,
THE MANUFACTURER, willrepairor replace,at itsoption,any automaticwasherwhichevidences,withinthe
warrantyperiod,a defectinmaterialorworkmanship.
LIMITED WARRANTY Second Through Tenth Years
During the periodbeginningwiththe expirationofthe full one year warrantyand continuingthroughthetenth
year after dateoforiginalpurchaseby a consumer,THEMANUFACTURER, will:
1. Replace or repair any transmissionthat has failed as a result ofdefective material or
workmanship. See reverseside of this certificate for illustrationof parts covered by this
limitedwarranty.
2. Repairorreplaceanytubthathasfailed as a resultofdefectivematerialorworkmanship.
Ownerwill payfor mileage,and/ortransportation,ifrequiredfor service,and alllabor costs.

(b) Improperinstallationincludingfailuretoconformtolocalelectricalcodes.
(c) Impropervoltagesupply,looseelectricalconnectionsor blownhousefuses.
2.Circumstancesnotattributableto a defect in materialorworkmanship.
3. Partsnotcoveredbythe limitedwarranty,duringthelimitedwarranty period.
4. Unauthorizedrepair,alteration,modificationor adjustment.

IN NOEVENT SHALL THE MANUFACTURER BE LIABLE FORANY INCIDENTAL ORCONSEQUENTIAL
DAMAGES SUSTAINED BY ANY PERSONAS A RESULT OFANY BREACH OFTHIS WARRANTY OR
ANYIMPLIEDWARRANTY UNLESSHEREIN OTHERWISEPROVIDED. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW
