0.1 Sicurezza
Nell'uso di macchine agricole, occorre essere consa-
pevoli che le parti meccaniche in movimento (lineare o
rotatorio) possono causare gravissimi danni a persone
e cose.
Gli utilizzatori devono:
• Evitare ogni uso improprio del tagliaerba.
• Evitare di manomettere i dispositivi di sicurezza.
• Evitare di rimuovere i dispositivi di sicurezza eccetto
che per operazioni di manutenzione, avendo cura di
rimontarli ad operazione eseguita.
• Eseguire con regolarità gli interventi di manuten-
zione.
• Procurarsi esclusivamente ricambi originali soprat-
tutto per i componenti che svolgono funzioni di sicu-
rezza.
A tal fine è necessario che:
• Sia disponibile la documentazione originale di uso e
manutenzione del tagliaerba.
• Tale documentazione sia stata accuratamente letta
e che le prescrizioni vengano conseguentemente
messe in pratica.
• La documentazione deve essere conservata con
cura per consultazioni future.
0.2 Personale addetto al tagliaerba
Il personale addetto al tagliaerba può essere differen-
ziato per grado di preparazione e responsabilità in:
OPERATORE - Persona non necessariamente di ele-
vate conoscenze tecniche, addestrata alla conduzione
ordinaria del tagliaerba, per esempio: messa in mar-
cia, arresto di fine lavoro, operazioni di manutenzione
elementare (pulizia, inceppamenti semplici), opera-
zioni di regolazione del tagliaerba.
TECNICO QUALIFICATO - Addetto alle operazioni più
complesse di manutenzione e di riparazione.
Occorre che ciascun addetto non compia interventi al
di fuori del proprio campo di conoscenze e responsabi-
lità.
0.1 Safety
When using farm machinery it is necessary to be
aware that mechanical parts in linear and rotating
motion may cause serious injury to people and major
damages to things.
Users should always:
• Avoid improper use of the lawn mower.
• Avoid tampering with the safety devices.
• Avoid removing the safety devices except for main-
tenance operations, always reinstall them after
maintenance.
• Take care of the regular maintenance.
• Install genuine spare parts, this is especially impor-
tant for the lawn mower safety components.
Due to safety reasons it is necessary that:
• The original operating and maintenance instructions
manual is always available.
• The user should read this book carefully and conse-
quently follow its procedures.
• This manual should be considered a permanent
part of the lawn mower and should be carefully
taken care of for future consultations.
0.2 Staff in charge of the lawn mower
The staff in charge of the lawn mower can be differenti-
ated according to experience and responsibility level
into:
OPERATOR - Person not necessarily expert from a
technical point of view, trained for the ordinary lawn
mower operation, i.e. starting, end of session stopping,
basic maintenance (cleaning, minor cloggings), lawn
mower adjustments.
TRAINED TECHNICIAN - Required for the most diffi-
cult maintenance and repair operations.
It is important that each operator does not perform any
operation outside his field of knowledge and responsi-
bility.

0.3 Segnalazioni sul tagliaerba
Prestare attenzione anche a condizioni di pericolo
segnalate a mezzo di targhette adesive poste diretta-
mente sul tagliaerba e di seguito presentate:
FIG. A Segnalazione di mantenimento della distanza

interrotta l’alimentazione al motore idraulico.

It should be paid particular attention to the warning
tags placed on the lawn mower and hereunder listed:

La redazione del presente manuale tiene conto delle
direttive comunitarie per l'armonizzazione delle norme
di sicurezza e per la libera circolazione dei prodotti
industriali in ambito CEE (direttiva Consiglio CEE
2006/42/CE nota come “Direttiva Macchine”).
Scopo del presente manuale è di fornire all'OPERA-
TORE ed al TECNICO QUALIFICATO, le istruzioni
utili per eseguire in modo sicuro l'installazione, l'avvia-
mento e la manutenzione del tagliaerba. In caso di
dubbi, rivolgersi ai servizi di assistenza AGRIMASTER
competenti per area geografica o contattare diretta-
mente l’AGRIMASTER.

This manual was edited in compliance with the EEC
guidelines for the equalizing of the safety rules and for
the free trade of industrial products within the EEC
(EEC Council guideline 2006/42/EC known as
“Machine guideline”).
This manual will provide the OPERATOR and the
TRAINED TECHNICIAN with useful information to
safety perform the lawn mower installation, starting,
operating and maintenance. If you have any questions
please consult your AGRIMASTER dealer or directly
AGRIMASTER.
Notation
For the safety of people and things, and for the impor-
tance of some operations, particular symbols were
used, in order to draw the attention of the staff in
charge:
IT INDICATES SERIOUS DANGER WHICH MAY
JEOPARDIZE PEOPLE’S LIFE.
It indicates special procedures that must be fol-
lowed to prevent injury to people.
It indicates special procedures which must be followed
to prevent serious damages to the lawn mower.

1.1 Identificazione del costruttore e del
tagliaerba
Sul telaio del tagliaerba, è presente la targhetta di
identificazione (Fig. 1-1) con indicate le seguenti infor-
mazioni:
1Dati del costruttore.
2Modello del tagliaerba.
3Anno di costruzione.
4Matricola.
5Peso massimo del tagliaerba.
6Marchio CE che certifica la conformità del tagliaerba
alla direttiva della Comunità Economica Europea
CEE 2006/42/CE.
7Livello di rumorosità.
1.2 Per la vostra sicurezza
• Non rimuovere le protezioni di sicurezza quando il
tagliaerba è in funzione.
• Quando il tagliaerba è in funzione, è proibito sostare
a meno di 70 metri dalla zona di lavoro.
• Prima di eseguire qualsiasi intervento sul tagliaerba,
ad esempio operazioni di pulizia o di manutenzione,
disinserire la presa di forza della trattrice, attendere
l'arresto dei coltelli (almeno 30 secondi) e fermare il
motore della trattrice.
• Non tentare di introdurre o estrarre materiale con
qualsiasi attrezzo, in modo particolare con le mani o
con i piedi, quando il tagliaerba è in funzione.
1.1 About the manufacturer and the lawn
mower
On the lawn mower chassis, there is an identification
tag (Fig. 1-1) containing the following informations:
1Information about the manufacturer.
2Lawn mower model.
3Year of construction.
4Serial number.
5Maximum lawn mower weight.
6EEC Stamp attesting the lawn mower conformity
with the EEC guideline 2006/42/EC.
7Noise level.
1.2 For your safety
• Never remove the safety protections while the lawn
mower is moving.
• It is recommended to maintain a safety distance of
70 m. during the operation of the lawn mower.
• Before working on the lawn mower, for example
before cleaning or maintenance operations, always
disconnect the tractor PTO, wait for the complete
blades standstill and stop the tractor engine.
• Do not attempt to insert or extract material with tools
or especially with your hands or feet while the lawn
mower is moving.

2.1 Descrizione generale
Il tagliaerba OLIVIA è ideale per la manutenzione dei
bordi stradali, specialmente in presenza di ostacoli
come guard rail, paracarri, ecc..
È inoltre particolarmente adatta alla pulizia tra le piante
dei filari, può essere utilizzata anche per tagliare l’erba
sui bordi dei fossi.
Sotto la ruota in ferro lavora l’unità falciante provvista
di 2 coltelli snodati, che viene azionata da un motore
idraulico ad ingranaggi.
Il tagliaerba OLIVIA deve essere collegato al solleva-
tore della trattrice tramite l'attacco a tre punti.
2.2 Equipaggiamento di serie (Fig. 2-1)
• Spostamento laterale 1con parallelogramma idrau-
lico.
• Snodo autolivellante 2.
• Gruppo falciante scorrevole 3.
• Ruota d’appoggio pivottante 4.
2.1 General description
The lawn mower OLIVIA is ideal for road-edge mainte-
nance, especially with obstacles like guard rail, cumb-
stones, etc..
It is ideal for cleaning the areas between the row trees,
it can also be used for cutting grass on the ditch
edges.
The mowing unit is fitted with 2 jointed blades and is
installed underneath the iron disk. The mowing head is
driven by a hydraulic gear engine.
The lawn mower OLIVIA should to be connected to the
tractor lift by means of the three point linkage.

La funzione del tagliaerba non è quella di lavorare il
terreno pertanto i coltelli durante il lavoro non devono
assolutamente venirne a contatto. Se ciò avviene si
determina una forte sollecitazione agli organi di tra-
smissione ed inoltre possono insorgere vibrazioni dan-
nose a tutto il tagliaerba.
