IMPORTANT: Please read, understand, and comply with all of the instructions provided in this manual before using the
device. Failure to comply with the instructions given in this manual or using the device not mentioned in this manual may
cause in serious personal injury or equipment damage.
IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION
General Safety
• DO NOT touch the base or the glass parts of the kettle while the appliance is operating or immediately after
operation.These components will be hot and may cause burns or other personal injuries.
• DO NOT fill the kettle above the “MAX”line.Doing this may cause the water to boil over during operation and may
result in scalding.Minimum amount of water needed for boiling is 0.5 L, too little water will result in the kettle switching
o before the water has boiled.
• ALWAYS handle with care when there is hot water inside the kettle.Failure to do so may result in burns or scalding.
• Use the appliance with the specified voltage 120V 60Hz.
• DO NOT allow children to use or play with this appliance. Always keep this kettle and its components out of reach
from children.
• DO NOT use the kettle if the kettle is malfunctioning, if it is broken or chipped, or if the power cord or plug is
damaged in any way. Stop using and contact with Customer Support immediately.(page 10 )
• ALWAYS unplug the kettle when it is not being used. This will prevent moisture from causing a short circuit in the power
base while it is plugged in.
• This appliance is for indoor use ONLY.
Use & Care
• The ideal environment for using this product is at elevations lower than 2000m.If using this product at elevations higher
than 2000m, the capacity of water used should not exceed 1.5L.
• ALWAYS place the kettle on a dry, flat surface.
• DO NOT place the kettle on or near heat sources such as stove tops, ovens, and etc.
• DO NOT turn on the kettle while the lid is open.
• DO NOT cover the opening of the kettle while it is operating. Doing so may result in damage to the kettle.
• ALWAYS empty and clean the kettle after using each time. If necessary, descale the kettle by following the instructions
in Descaling the Kettle (page 9 )
• DO NOT attempt to repair the kettle or its parts by yourself or through other third-party appliances when it is broken.
Doing so may result in further damage or personal injury and will void your warranty.
• DO NOT dispose of this kettle in regular household waste.
• The kettle will be automatically shut o in 5 minutes once the setting program is completed.
• If the kettle has been taken away from the base,the system will be keeping the in-progress setting for 10 minutes.
• When you choose PROGRAM “Herbal/Coee/Oolong/White/Green/Delicate/Warm/Baby milk” to complete the
temperature, the kettle will automatically keep the temperature for 10 minutes.Boil Black mode / 212 °F Temperature
will not automatically keep warm for 10 minutes. (automatic KEEPWARM mode is designed for users who brew tea or
coee to enhance the experience)

BEFORE FIRST USE
1. Remove and safely discard any packaging material or promotional labels attached to your kettle.
2. It is recommended that filling the kettle to the maximum level with cold tap water before your first using, bring to the
boil by selecting the BOIL 212 °F, then discard the water.
3. Your kettle will only operate when positioned on the power base. The kettle will automatically switch o after the
setting program is completed.
BEFORE FIRST USE
Do not remove the glass kettle from the package if it is broken. Contact Customer Support immediately to replace your
kettle (see page 10).
Perform the Water Test before using your kettle to make sure it’s working properly. Do not drink the water that is boiled
during this initial test.

1. Remove tea infuser lid,fill with fresh water(enough for
the cups of tea you wish to make),and place back the
lid in place.
USING YOUR TEA MASTER
Always fill the kettle between the minimum (MIN) and
maximum (MAX) marks on the water window. Too little
water will result in the kettle switching o before the water
has boiled. Filling above the maximum (MAX) mark may
result in boiling water splashing from the kettle.

brew tea or coee to enhance the experience.

2. Place the kettle firmly on the power base. short press the
ON/OFF button, rotate the knob left and right to select
the tea-making mode you need, and then press START
CANCEL button to start heating.( Icon is always on
during heating)
3. Add tea leaves or tea bags once the desired
temperature is reached,the START CANCEL button
stops flashing.
4. Infusing tea The correct brew time is depending on the
type of tea and your personal preference.Enjoy your
cup of tea and let it brew as you like.

1. Power ON: Once plugged in, the START CANCEL indicator will keep lighting, select START CANCEL button to turn
on the kettle.

NOTE:
Press on START CANCEL to turn on the kettle,the indicator lights will be lit from right to left, left to right one time
each and the monitor will be turned on,the START CANCEL indicator will keep lighting.

2.POWER OFF:Long press the START CANCEL key for 3 seconds to turn o the kettle. By doing so, the indicator lights
will be lit from right to left, left to right one time each and the monitor will be turned o. the START CANCEL indicator
will keep lighting.
Please follow the instructions below after the kettle is turned on properly:

NOTE:
· The kettle will be automatically shut o in 5 minutes once the setting program is completed.
· If the kettle has been taken away from the base,the system will be keeping the in-progress setting for 10
minutes.
1. After the kettle is turned on properly, please rotate the knob left and right to select 9 dierent temperature settings:
Boil/Black/Oolong/White/Green/Delicate/Coee/Warm/Formula. (After selecting a mode, the corresponding
text will be blinking for a while on the LCD screen.)
Great care is taken to create every tea’s unique character.
Each tea should be brewed at the right temperature to properly savor and appreciate all the natural and aromatic
flavors and benefits. More delicate teas risk burning at general steeping temperatures; this variety should be steeped
at a lower temperature to optimize flavors. Below is a chart with our suggested steeping temperatures and times.

This base lists some common tea and coee varieties and the recommended temperature to select. It is a guideline only
and may vary depending on preference, brand and age of tea/coee used.
Experiment with your favorite tea/coee and adjust the temperatures and steeping times to suit personal taste.

3.Boiling completed
When water temperature reaches the pre-set temperature, the boiling process will be completed. The icon
will disappear and beep sound reminder after boiling water is completed(except mute mode).

4. Automatic keep warm mode When you choose PROGRAM
“Black/Oolong/White/Green/Delicate/Coee/Warm/Formula” to complete the temperature,it will automatically
keep the temperature for 10 minutes.Boil mode /212°F Temperature will not automatically keep warm for 10
minutes.(automatic keep warm mode is designed for users who brew tea or coee to enhance the Experience)
Example:
If the preset temperature is 185°F, the process is as following:
1. Plug in and turn on the kettle.
2. Use PROGRAM button to select White as temperature setting.
3. Press START CANCEL button to start boiling.
4. After the temperature has reached 185°F, the 10 minute KEEP WARM mode will initiate.
NOTE:
1. Minimum capacity of water needed for boiling is 0.5 L.
2. This appliance has a dry-run safety feature. If there is no water inside the kettle during operation, it will automatically turn
o to prevent the heating plate overheats.
3. If the kettle overheats, fill it with cold water and wait 2 minutes before resuming.

Keep warm
After turning on, follow the instructions below to complete the KEEP WARM setting:
1. Press the KEEP WARM button to set the keep warm mode. The PROGRAM button light flashes at the same time.(You
will see 02:00 and icon are displayed on the LCD.)
2. KEEP WARM temperature setting: Rotate PROGRAM knob to select eight dierent temperatures, including
Black/Oolong/White/Green/Delicate/Coee/Warm/Formula.

3. Press START CANCEL button to begin KEEP WARM. Heating icon will be displayed:
4. Press the switch to boil the water when the actual temperature is higher than the selected working temperature. The
heat conserving timer will start when the water temperature has dropped to the set value.

Custom Temp
After turning on,follow the instructions below to complete a Custom Temp setting:
Example:
To set the KEEP WARM temperature as 185°F :
1. Press KEEP WARM button to start KEEP WARM mode.
2. Rotate PROGRAM key to select the KEEP WARM temperature as 185°F.
3. Press START CANCEL key to activate KEEP WARM.
1. Press Custom Temp key to activate Custom Temp setting.(You will see the actual temperature value blinks for a while.)
2. Rotate the PROGRAM knob to adjust the required temperature
3. Pree START CANCEL button to start heating.
NOTE:
You can also put steps 1 and 2 in reverse order to operate.

1.When the kettle is on,press and hold the“ CUSTOM TEMP”button for 3 seconds to enter the MUTE mode.Mute icon
is on.In Mute mode, there won't be beep sound and key tone.
2.Press and hold “CUSTOM TEMP” button for 3 seconds to quit Mute mode .

General cleaning
We recommend cleaning the kettle after using each time.
1. Unplug the power base from the electrical outlet.
2. Allow the kettle to completely cool down, then pour out any remaining water.
3. Wash the kettle with warm, soapy water. Dry it thoroughly with a soft, clean towel.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE
Descaling the Kettle
You should descale the kettle at least once a week if you use it frequently. Descaling removes any mineral deposits that
have built up inside the kettle. Always descale the kettle after it has been stored for long periods of time and before
storing it.
1. Fill the kettle with 1 cup of distilled vinegar or lemon juice and 2 cups of water (1:2 ratio).
2. Boil the mixture, then let it soak in the kettle for 2 hours.
3. Pour out the solution, then wipe the limescale away with a cloth or nonabrasive sponge.
4. Rinse the kettle with clean water, and dry with a soft cloth.
5. Repeat as needed.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem Easy solution
Kettle will not switch“ON”
The kettle will not work
1. Check the power plug if is securely inserted into
the outlet.
2. Insert the power plug into an independent outlet.
3. Insert the power plug into a dierent outlet.
4. Reset the circuit breaker if necessary.
5. For additional safety, the kettle is fitted with a
thermal cut out. In the event of severe
overheating, the kettle will be automatically shut
down to prevent furthe damage. If this
occurs,please call AICOOK Consumer Support.
Check the glass jug if is securely positioned on
the Power Base.
The LCD light has gone out
1.The kettle goes into standby mode if not used for 5
minutes. When in standby mode, the LCD screen
will cease to illuminate.
2. To re-activate the kettle out of standby mode,-
Press Main button on the Power Base.
I cannot select a certain function
Certain features cannot be selected or changed
during the heating or brewing cycle.The LCD
screen may temporarily change or send a sound
alert

• Unsupervised use by children under 18 years of age.
