Nursecallsystem.Amaximumof32TCR’scanbeinstalledpersite.
AllTCR’srequireconnectiontotheMasterPanel(ID1)RS485databusandaseparate12VDCbattery
backedpowersupply.MultiplePSU’smayberequiredonlargeinstallations.Note:ifAVI’sareinstalledthen
TCR’scanbepoweredfromtheAVIPSU’sprovidedcareistakennottoexceedthePSUrating.
AnextensiverangeofTelecaredevicesareavailabletopersonalizetheNursecallsystemtospecificneedsof
staffandpatients.
Forpersonalwellbeingtherearedevicestodetectfalls,bedoccupancy,chairoccupancy,wandering,
personalattackandepilepsy.
Forenvironmentalmonitoringtherearedevicestodetectsmoke,heat,gas,carbonmonoxide,floodand
high/lowroomtemperatures.

trainedServiceEngineerswhospecialiseinwirelessNursecallsystems.
Apreventativemaintenancevisit(PMV)isalsoavailablefromAidcall,thiscoversthereplacementofall
batteries,afullsystemtest,softwareupdates(whereapplicable)andaServiceCertificate.
