WARNING
Negligence could result in death or serious injury.
1. Do not dismantle or alter the unit. Fire or electric shock could
result.
2. High voltage is present internally. Do not open the case. Electric
shock could result.
3. Do not install two power supplies in parallel to a single input. Fire
or damage to the unit could result.
4. Do not connect any terminal on the unit to an AC power line. Fire
or electric shock could result.
5. Keep AC cord from being marred or crushed. If the AC cord is
damaged, fire or electric shock could result.
6. Keep the unit away from water or any other liquid.
Fire or electric shock could result.
7. Do not plug or unplug with wet hands. Electric shock could result .
8. Do not short the wires of the DC output together. Fire or electric
shock could result.
9. Keep AC plug away from moisture or dust. Fire could result.
10. For PLUGGABLE EQUIPMENT, the socket-outlet shall be
installed near the equipment and shall be easily accessible.
11. The unit is not of explosion-proof. Do not install or use near
gases or flammable materials. Fire or explosion could result.
12. Do not connect the unit with any non-specified power source.
Fire or electric shock could result.
13. Insert AC plug completely and securely into AC outlet. Otherwise,
fire or electric shock could result.
14. Periodically check for and remove dust on the power plug. If dust
is left, it could cause the power plug to heat up, resulting in fire.
CAUTION
Negligence could result in injury to people or damage to property.
1. This power supply unit is designed especially for the Aiphone
Intercom System. Do not use this power supply unit for any other
purpose.
2. Do not install or make any wire terminations while power supply
is plugged in. It can cause electrical shock or damage to the unit.
3. Before turning on power, make sure wires are not crossed or
shorted. If not, fire or electric shock could result.
4. Do not install the unit in locations subject to frequent vibration or
impact. It may fall or tip over, resulting in damage to the unit or
personal injury.
5. Do not put anything on the unit or cover the unit with cloth, etc.
Fire or unit trouble could result.
6. Do not install the unit in any of the following locations. Fire,
electric shock, or unit trouble could result.
Places under direct sunlight or places near heating equipment*
that varies in temperature.
Places subject to dust, oil, chemicals, hydrogen sulfide (hot*
spring).
Places subject to moisture and humidity extremes, such as*
bathrooms, cellars, greenhouses, etc.
Places where the temperature is quite low, such as inside a*
refrigerated area or in front of an air conditioner.
Places subject to steam or smoke (near heating or cooking*
surfaces).
Where noise generating devices such as dimmer switches or*
inverter electrical appliances are close by.
Locations subject to frequent vibration or impact.*
7. When mounting the unit on wall, install the unit in a convenient
location, but not where it could be jarred or bumped. Injury could
result.
8. On products with ground terminals, connect to an earth ground.
Fire or malfunction could result.

GENERAL PRECAUTIONS
1. All the units, except for door station, is designed for indoor use only.
Do not use outdoor.
2. The unit case may become a warm with use, but this is not a unit
malfunction.
3. The unit can be damaged if dropped. Handle with care.
4. If the unit is down or does not operate properly, unplug the power
supply unit.
5. Install the unit in an area that will be accessible for future
inspections, repairs, and maintenance.
6. Keep the intercom wires more than 30cm (12'') away from AC 100-
240V wiring. AC induced noise and/or unit malfunction could result.
7. Using a cellular phone or professional-use radio equipment such as
transceiver close to the system may cause a malfunction.
8. When wall-mounted, the unit may become black and sooty. This
does not indicate unit trouble.

Meanings of symbols
Meanings of symbols used on the unit surfaces and in the labels are as follows.

AVERTISSEMENT
Le non respect de cet avertissement risque d’entraîner des blessures graves, voire mortelles.
1. Ne pas démonter ni modifier l’unité. Vous risqueriez de provoquer
un incendieou de recevoir une décharge électrique.
2. L’intérieur de l’appareil est soumis à un courant de haute tension. Ne pas
ouvrir le boîtier. Vous risqueriez de provoquer une décharge électrique.
3. N’installez pas deux sources d’alimentation en parallèle sur une entrée

13. Insérez complètement et correctement la fiche de courant

1. Ce bloc d’alimentation a été conçu spécialement pour le système
d’interphone Aiphone. N’utilisez pas ce bloc d’alimentation à d’autres fins.

Précautions générales
1. Tous les appareils, sauf le poste de porte, sont conçus uniquement
pour une utilisation intérieure. Ne l’utilisez pas en extérieur.
2. Si l’unité est cassée ou ne fonctionne pas correctement, débranchez
le bloc d’alimentation ou mettez les commutateurs d’alimentation sur
OFF.
3. L’appareil pourrait être endommagé s’il tombe. Manipuler avec soin.
4. Si l’appareil est en panne ou ne fonctionne pas correctement,
débrancher l’alimentation.
5. Installez l’appareil dans une zone accessible pour les futures
inspections, les réparations et la maintenance.
6. Maintenez les fils de l’interphone à plus de 30 cm du câblage 100-
240 V CA. Un bruit induit et/ou un dysfonctionnement de l’unité
pourrait survenir.
7. L'utilisation d'un téléphone portable ou d'un émetteur-récepteur
radio à proximité du système peut provoquer un dysfonctionnement.
8. Lorsque l’appareil est fixé à un mur, il peut devenir noir et s’assombrir.
Ce n’est pas un signe de dysfonctionnement de l’appareil.

Nachlässigkeit kann zum Tod oder zu ernsthaften Verletzungen führen.
1. Nehmen Sie das Gerät nicht auseinander und verändern Sie es
nicht. Es könnte sonst zu einem elektrischen Schlag oder Brand
kommen.
2. Innen herrscht Hochspannung. Öffnen Sie das Gehäuse nicht.
Sonst könnte es zu einem elektrischen Schlag kommen.

Wo geräuschgenerierende Geräte wie Dimmerschalter oder*
elektrische Geräte mit Wechselrichter in der Nähe sind.
Orte, die häufigen Vibrationen oder Stößen ausgesetzt sind.*
7. Wenn Sie das Gerät an der Wand montieren, bringen Sie es an einer
geeigneten Stelle an, aber nicht dort, wo es Erschütterungen oder

ALLGEMEINE VORSICHTSMASSNAHMEN
1. Alle Einheiten, mit Ausnahme der Türstelle, sind nur für den
Innengebrauch bestimmt. Verwenden Sie das Gerät nicht im Freien.
2. Das Gerätegehäuse könnte sich bei Gebrauch erwärmen, dies stellt
allerdings keine Fehlfunktion dar.
3. Das Gerät kann beschädigt werden, wenn es herunterfällt.
Behandeln Sie es sorgfältig.
4. Wenn das Gerät nicht oder nicht richtig funktioniert, trennen Sie den
Stecker des Netzgeräts ab.
5. Stellen Sie das Gerät an einem Ort auf, der für künftige
Überprüfungs-, Reparatur- und Wartungsarbeiten zugänglich ist.
6. Halten Sie die Kabel der Sprechanlage mehr als 30 cm von den
Wechselstromkabeln mit 100-240 V entfernt. Wechselstrom
verursacht Geräusche und/oder Fehlfunktionen des Geräts könnten
die Folge sein.
7. Die Verwendung eines Mobiltelefons oder von professioneller
Übertragungstechnik wie z. B. eines Transceivers in der Nähe des
Systems kann zu einer Fehlfunktion führen.
8. Wenn das Gerät an der Wand montiert wird, kann es schwarz und
rußig werden. Das ist kein Anzeichen für ein Problem mit dem Gerät.

Precauciones generales
1. Todas las unidades, excepto la estación de puerta, se han diseñado
exclusivamente para uso en interiores. No las utilice en el exterior.
2. La caja del equipo podría llegar a calentarse durante el uso, pero

Waarschuwing
Niet-naleving kan ernstig lichamelijk met soms dodelijke afloop veroorzaken.
1. Demonteer of wijzig niets aan het toestel. Dit kan brand of een
elektrische schok veroorzaken.
2. Binnenin is hoogspanning aanwezig. Open de behuizing niet. Dit
kan een elektrische schok veroorzaken.
3. Installeer twee voedingen niet parallel op een enkele ingang. Dit
kan schade of brand aan het toestel veroorzaken.
4. Sluit de uitgangsaansluitingen niet aan op een elektrische leiding.
Dit kan brand of een elektrische schok veroorzaken.
5. Zorg ervoor dat het netsnoer niet beschadigd of gekneld raakt.
Als het netsnoer beschadigd is, kan dit leiden tot brand of een
elektrische schok.
6. Houd het toestel uit de buurt van water of andere vloeistoffen. Dit
kan brand of een elektrische schok veroorzaken.
7. Sluit de eenheid niet aan of haal de eenheid niet uit het
stopcontact met natte handen. Dit kan een elektrische schok
veroorzaken.
8. Veroorzaak geen kortsluiting tussen de draden van de

13. Steek de stekker van het netsnoer goed en volledig in het
stopcontact. Anders kan er brand of een elektrische schok
ontstaan.
14. Controleer de stekker regelmatig op stof, en verwijder dan het
stof. Als er stof achterblijft kan het netsnoer warm worden, wat
kan leiden tot brand.
Opgelet
Niet-naleving kan lichamelijk letsel of materiële schade veroorzaken.
1. Deze voedingseenheid is speciaal ontworpen voor het Aiphone
Intercomsysteem. Gebruik deze voedingseenheid niet voor enig
ander doel.
2. Zorg er bij installatie of het afsluiten van kabels voor dat de
voeding niet is aangesloten. Dit kan leiden tot elektrische
schokken of schade aan het apparaat.
3. Controleer of de draden niet gekruist of kortgesloten zijn voordat
u de stroom inschakelt. Zo niet, kan dit brand of een elektrische
schok veroorzaken.
4. Monteer het toestel niet op een plaats die wordt blootgesteld aan
voortdurende trillingen of schokken. Het kan vallen of kantelen,
met schade aan het toestel of lichamelijk letsel als gevolg.

6. Installeer het toestel niet op één van de volgende plaatsen.

In direct zonlicht, of in de buurt van een verwarmingstoestel*
waar de temperatuur wisselt.
Op een plaats met veel stof, olie, chemische producten,*
waterstofsulfide (heet bad).
Op plaatsen die onderhevig zijn aan hoge vochtigheid,*
bijvoorbeeld badkamers, kelders, serres, enz.
Op plaatsen waar de temperatuur erg laag is, zoals in een*
koelzone of bij de airconditioning installatie.
Op plaatsen blootgesteld aan stoom of rook (nabij*
verwarmingstoestellen of fornuizen).
In de omgeving van toestellen die ruis genereren, bijvoorbeeld*
dimmerschakelaars, elektrische toestellen met gelijkstroom-
wisselstroomomzetter.
Plaatsen blootgesteld aan extreem sterke elektrische velden.*
7. Installeer bij het monteren van de eenheid op de muur, de eenheid
op een gemakkelijke plek, maar niet waar tegen de eenheid
aangebotst of gestoten kan worden. Dit zou tot letsel kunnen leiden.
8. Als toestellen voorzien zijn van aardingsklemmen, moeten deze worden
verbonden met een aarding. Anders kan brand of een defect ontstaan.

Algemene voorzorgsmaatregelen
1. Alle toestellen, met uitzondering van de deurpost, zijn uitsluitend
bedoeld voor gebruik binnenshuis. Gebruik ze NIET buiten.
2. De behuizing van de eenheid kan warm worden door gebruik, maar
dit duidt niet op een defect.
3. Het toestel kan beschadigd worden indien het valt. Voorzichtig
behandelen.
4. Als de unit niet werkt of niet correct werkt, trek dan de stekker uit de
voedingseenheid.
5. Installeer het toestel in een plaats die toegankelijk is voor inspecties,
herstellingen en onderhoud.
6. Houd de intercomdraden meer dan 30 cm verwijderd van de AC
100-240 V bedrading. Dit kan ruis van het stroomnet en/of een
defect toestel veroorzaken.
7. Gebruik van een mobiele telefoon of professionele radio-apparatuur
zoals een zender/ontvanger dichtbij het systeem kan een storing
veroorzaken.
8. Bij montage aan een muur kan de eenheid zwart en roetachtig
worden. Dit duidt niet op storing van de eenheid.
