Congratulations on your purchase of the AirLight GrillTM .
There is nothing compared to a delicious grilled meal cooked
over red hot charcoal. The heat from the charcoal’s embers
cooks the interior & exterior of the meat, while searing in the
natural juices and enhancing the mild smoky flavor of the
meat. Ignite the charcoal, turn on the fan control switch to
increase airflow to the flames and you'll be cooking within
three to five minutes!

BEFORE USE
1. Please read the manual thoroughly before getting started.
2. Check all components. If the grill plate is damaged or scratched, do NOT use it.
3. Clean grill plate or mesh grill plate (optional) before using. Grill plate and mesh grill plate could be
washed by water.
*Do NOT use this grill in unventilated spaces.
*Do NOT use harsh or metallic cleaner to clean grill plates to cause damage on surface.
*This is not a toy. Be sure to keep AirLight GrillTM out-of-the-reach of small children when use.

HOW TO USE
*You may use “MATCH-LIGHT CHARCOAL”instead of starter gel. If you use “MATCH-LIGHT
CHARCOAL”, you can skip steps 4~6 and ignite the grill before you put on the upper body from step7.
*The AirLight Grill can be quickly ignited by using only 4 to 5 charcoal briquettes in the charcoal
container, and it can keep heat at around half hour. You can add more charcoal to keep it going.
AFTER USE
1. Clean all the parts after each use.
2. Remove batteries during a long period of storage.
*The grill must cool off completely before cleaning. Otherwise, burning injuries might occur.
*Do NOT use water to cool off the hot grill. Otherwise, burns and scalding might occur.
*Do NOT use water to clean the main body/lower body with fan control. Please clean ONLY with
cloth or brush.
*Do NOT use harsh or metallic cleaner to clean grill plates to cause damage on surface.
*Dispose charcoal in proper non-combustible container. Do NOT dispose in plastic or inflammable
container.

Q & A
Q1: How to clean the grill after use?
1. The upper body, charcoal container and charcoal container support could be washed by mild
detergent or dishwasher.
2. The grill plate could be washed by mild detergent then towel dry. DO NOT USE DISHWASHER.
3. The lower body (with fan control) could be cleaned ONLY with cloth or brush. DO NOT IMMERSE
IN WATER.
Q2: The flame extinguished when I turned on the fan. Is it broken?
No. Please ignite the charcoal for a while and turn on the fan gradually.
Q3: It’s not easy to lift up the grill plate after use. Is there any other way to remove?
First of all, please make sure that your grill plate is set up in the correcct direction. The convex side
should be FACE UP. And please leave the grill for a while to cool off completely before cleaning.
Second, we have a grill handler in the package. Please insert it to the slot at the side of grill. It’s
easier to remove by using the tool.
Q4: Can I use match light charcoal and not use the gel?
Yes, you can use match light charcoal. If you use match light charcoal, what you need to do is light up
the charcoal before placing the grill plate.
Q5: Can I use this on top of one of those outdoor plastic folding tables or does it
need to stay on the ground?
Yes. The exterior of the grill doesn’t get hot when use. So it’s ok to use in both plastic folding tables
and ground.
