Each part of this use and maintenance manual shall carefully be read
before utilizing the machine. This machine has been tested as
provided for by the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC, as well as by the
Directives 2014/30/UE, 2014/35/UE, 2000/14/CE, 2011/65/UE,
2012/19/UE as amended.

Congratulations for having chosen our new model of high pressure cleaner NEW MEDIJET
which underlines Your level of technical know how and good taste for design.
Innovation and technology, high performances and sturdiness are the main characteristics of
the NEW MEDIJET
The present manual is an integrant part of the machine and must be easily found by the
personnel in charge of its use and maintenance.
The user, the operator and the person in charge of maintenance must know the content of the
present manual.
In case of doubts regarding the comprehension of this manual, You must contact the company

The machine is exclusively meant for washing and cleaning with hot or cold water surfaces apt
to being treated with mechanical high pressure jet system and subject to eventual chemical
action of detergents.
Before using the cleaner, make sure that the identification plate is fixed on the machine; if the
plate is missing, please don’t use the machine and contact immediately your dealer.
Don’t leave the machine unattended in your work environment.
After the daily use, it is recommended to keep the cleaner in a dry place protected from bad
weather conditions.
Don’t use the cleaner for any other purposes than the ones described above
If you want to junk your cleaner, please follow the laws in force in your Country.

6. SAFETY NORMS
-Make sure that the machine is constantly supplied with water. Dry working would cause
serious damages to the cleaner seal system.
-Electrical connections must be carried out by skilled/trained personnel only.
-Never pull the power cord to disconnect the plug nor pull the hose to move the machine.
-Don’t leave the machine in a low temperature place and protect it from frost and general
bad weather conditions.
-Avoid vehicles transit on the high pressure hose.
-While the machine is running do not cover it and avoid placing it where there’s low air
supply.
-If you are working indoors, it’s compulsory to install a fan to discharge the exhaust gases
outside.
-The fan terminal must not be obstructed. Don’t leave the lance or any other object near
the exhaust outlet.
-The nature of the gases as well as the high temperature are to be considered very
dangerous, the operator must thus be adequately informed in order to avoid being
scalded.
-Don’t leave the machine outside when it rains or when the weather conditions are bad.
The operators must wear protection clothes while using the machine.
-Don’t use the machine under the rain or in case of storms.
-Do not leave the machine for more than 5 minutes working with the gun closed, the
water temperature would increase rapidly causing serious damages to the seal system.
-Each time the cleaner has to be switched off blow off the hose residual pressure by using
the gun.
-Do not use fuels different from the ones suggested by the manufacturer
WARNING!
Don’t carry out any operation on the machine before having unplugged it.
Don’t carry out any unwary operation on the electric cable and make sure the same is
not damaged.
Never direct the high pressure water jet towards people, animals, electrical
installations or the machine itself.
Use always only clean water. Dirty water and chemical corrosive products are
harmful for the machine.
When using an extension make sure the plugs have an IP65 type protection and that
the cable is according to the table mentioned here under:

7. MACHINE INSTALLATION
The cleaner you are about to use will operate at it’s best if all instructions are duly followed.
Before turning on the machine, make sure it is perfectly horizontal on a surface.
Connect the high pressure hose A to the
gun B and the other end of the cable to the
intake fitting, fixing tightly the fastening nut
C (See picture 4).

Connect the water supply hose E to the
infeed fitting F .It is recommended to use a
reinforced hose having an inner diameter of
at least 10mm..The water intake must be of
at least 15 l/min and have a max inlet
temperature of 60°C. (See picture 5)

Make sure that the electrical tension and amperage are suitable for the machine. The cleaner
must be connected to a suitable feeding point equipped with an efficient contact to earth and
controlled by an overload cut out switch.

8. MACHINE START UP
After having installed the
machine it can be turned
on: open the water faucet
H.
Push the start button I and open the lever L
of the gun for a few seconds in order to
eliminate the air inside the hose.
When starting the machine for the first time
it’s necessary to operate it without the
nozzle in order to permit the outlet of dirt
and air from the pump, afterwards replace
the nozzle.
The use of water is obtained pressing the
start switch I, the pump starts working then
press the lever of the gun L. Hot water is
obtained by pressing the star switch I , than
udjust the service temperature on the
manometer M, press the gun’s lever Land
the burner will turn on producing hot water
at the desired temperature.
Once having operated the machine with hot
water and before turning it off, let it run with
cold water for a couple of minutes.
The pressure is regulated by the
manufacturer at 120 Bar and must not be
changed for any reason. The detergent is
applied by introducing filter O of the
detergent into a suitable container P, by
opening the device for the detergent suction
from the lance and opening the gun’s lever.
At the end of the working day , switch off
button Iand by operating on the gun remove
the residual pressure from the hose.
9. STANDARD EQUIPMENT
We suggest to check the cleaner when it is delivered. It must be complete in all the parts and be
supplied with: a thermal lance, an 8 mt high pressure hose and a nozzle suitable for the
model you have purchased.

11. DETERGENTS
It is recommended to use only liquid detergents an to avoid using powder detergents. The
detergents must be biodegradable as per the laws in force.

14. MAINTENANCE
All fixing and maintenance operations must be carried out by authorized personnel.
All maintenance operations must be carried out keeping the machine on an even floor.
The machine must be disconnected from the main power and from the water
supply.
A correct use and maintenance are necessary to guarantee the machine’s reliability
and it’s best performances.
In order to ensure regular and constant performances it is recommended to use
original spare parts only.
The machine you have bought has undergone a factory test which ensures correct
running at standard conditions.
Besides preliminary controls, the cleaner needs constant checks that are to be carried out
according to following time schedules:

DAILY
Check the oil level by means of the cap
complete of dipstick Q, if necessary add some.
Remove the cap, check the missing quantity
and add oil type SAE 15W/40, then replace
the cap.
The first oil top up must be done after 1 week
work.
Check the working condition of the
feeding hose and the extension

15. INNER COIL CLEANING
Dilute 1 Kg of a scaling product into a container filled with 5 Lt. of water. Disconnect the water
supply, H (picture 12) and introduce the water feeding hose and the lance without the nozzle
into the container.
Let the machine work with cold water for 20 min.
Connect the water supply, run the machine by using the lance without the nozzle until the
water comes out clean, than fit back the nozzle to the lance.
16. MACHINE DEMOLITION
If you want to junk your cleaner, please comply to the laws in force in your Country. The cleaner
is manufactured with parts containing recyclable metals and plastics. The oil found inside the
pump is highly dangerous and pollutant and must not be wasted in the environment or

poured into civic drains. For further information please contact your local committee for
exhaust oil drainage.
17. WARRANTY
For as much as the machine’s warranty is concerned apply to paragraph 19 WARRANTY
CONDITIONS and WARRANTY CERTIFICATE given with the machine. The same is valid
only if filled in completely and sent to ALBERTI INTERNATIONAL S.r.l. within 10 days from the
machine’s purchase.

19. WARRANTY CONDITIONS
ALBERTI INTERNATIONAL guarantees the quality of the cleaner’s components for a period of 12
months starting from the date of purchase. The warranty consists and is limited to the obligation of fixing
or replacing -free of charge –all the components that have faults due to manufacturing or to the quality
of the materials. This obligation is valid where the warranty certificate is effective. ALBERTI
INTERNATIONAL cannot be responsible for any improper use, for parts subject to wear, for the electrical
parts, for the labour, for the delivery costs of the components under warranty. ALBERTI
INTERNATIONAL does not acknowledge any warranty for the cleaners or/and for the parts which have
been tampered by the customers or someone else; for problems caused by the users or someone else
not qualified or from the non-observance of the norms contained in this manual. The warranty is not
acknowledged for those cleaners on which have been carried out any operation not approved by the
manufacturer. ALBERTI INTERNATIONAL. recommends to use only original spare parts and to contact
the licensed technicians. The warranty certificate must be fully filled in and sent to ALBERTI
INTERNATIONAL. within 10 days from the date of purchase. Failure to conform to these warranty
stipulations can automatically void the warranty. The warranty certificate is effective only if the customer
can exhibit the present warranty certificate.
