Safety precautions
Safety Symbols
Make sure to follow the directions below to prevent
accidents and damage to the product.
Failure to follow the accompanying directions
may lead to serious injury or death.
1. Insert the power plug correctly until it is firmly in place.
Failing to do so, may cause fire.
2. Do not use a damaged power plug, cord or outlet, as this
may cause electric shock or fire.
3. Do not touch the power plug with wet hands, as this may
cause electric shock.
4. Do not connect more than one appliance to a single outlet,
as an overheated outlet may cause fire.
5. Do not use force to pull the power cord.
Don't place anything heavy on the power cord, as this may
cause electric shock or fire.
6. Make sure to disconnect the power plug from the outlet
before moving the product. Make sure to disconnect the
connection cables from other devices as well.
Moving the product without disconnecting the power cord
may damage it while moving, and may cause electric
shock or fire.
7. Only use the AC/DC adaptors provided with the photo
frame. Details of AC/DC Adaptor listed below:
Model NO. SSA-12W-05 UK 060150F, Input: 100-240V~,
50/60Hz, 0.5A Output: 6V 1500mA.

Failure to follow the accompanying directions
may lead to minor personal injury or property damage.
1. Hold and pull out the plug by its body when disconnecting
it from the outlet, as pulling the plug out by the cord may
cause it to be damaged.
Failing to do so, may cause fire, or the product may not
turn on normally.
2. Ensure that the power plug is disconnected before
cleaning the product.
Failing to do so, may cause electric shock or fire.
3. Do not let water come into contact with or enter the power
adapter, as this may cause electric shock or fire.
Do not use the product outdoors in snowy or rainy
weather, or near any water. When cleaning the floor with
water, avoid any water contact with the power adapter.
4. Do not place the power adapter near a heater, as this may
cause fire.
5. The socket-outlet shall be installed near the equipment
and shall be easily accessible.
Installation
1. When installing the product on a cabinet or shelf, do
not let the front end of the product project beyond its
front edge. Failing to do so, may cause the product to
fall, resulting in a product malfunction or personal
injury.
2. Do not place the power cord near a heater, as the
power cord may melt, causing electric shock or fire.

3. Do not install the product in a car or a location
exposed to oil, smoke, moisture, water, or rainwater.
Any contact of these materials with the product may
cause electric shock or fire.
4. Disconnect the power plug when there is thunder or
lighting. Failing to do so, may cause electric shock or fire.

to do so may cause product damage or personal injury.
2. Do not install the product in a location easily reached by
children. As the product may fall and cause personal
injury.
3. Under the environment with radio frequency interference,
the unit may generate a tone and it would resume to
normal operation when the interference stops.
4. Under electrostatic discharge environment, the device
might be malfunctioned. Please power reset the device if
it happens.

1.USB port is only for connection with USB drive.
Connection to PC will damage the unit.
2.Performance is not guaranteed when connected with
other USB devices like Cell phones, Mp3 player.

Basic Operation
1. Power on/off
POWER ON: Plug in the adaptor to the AC outlet, and then
insert the DC plug into the photo frame. The
LCD panel will light on.
POWER OFF: Pull out the DC plug on the photo frame.
Also can use the POWER button on the REMOTE to ON/OFF
the unit.
2. Main Menu Screen
When power is on, the main menu screen will show up. User
can press key at any time to enter the main menu
screen.
When the digital photo frame with Base linked:
Note: The number “1” indicates the handset number. It can
be 1 to 6.
When the digital photo frame is out of range:

When the digital photo frame is not registered:
3. View photo
CAUTION: Please Insert or Remove the MEMORY CARD
when the photo frame is switched OFF.
Select [Photo] icon by navigator key and press (on
the photo frame) or (on the remote control) to enter photo
application, or press the button to enter photo
application.
If user set “Auto-play” to “ON”, it will enter the slide show
mode automatically; if user set “Auto-play” to “OFF”, it will
enter file manager or thumbnail mode. If there are no
photos, it will return to main menu.
Photo frame buttons:
: Return to main menu screen
: Confirm to play or to pause the picture
: Previous photo
: Next photo
: Stop to play the picture.
Remote control buttons:
: Return to main menu screen
: Previous photo / Previous page
: Next photo / Next page
: Flip horizontal
: Flip vertical

: Right Rotation
: Confirm to play or to pause the picture
: Stop to play the picture
4.Show Calendar and set:
Select [Calendar] icon by navigator key in the main menu
and press (on the photo frame) or (on the remote
control) to proceed, it will Display Calendar or set and the
LCD screen will show as below:
There are three selections, using navigator key and press
(On the photo frame) or (on the remote control)
to proceed.
Display: Display the current calendar.
Set Date: Set the current date using the navigation keys
Exit: Exit Calendar Application.

During calendar display screen, user can press or
button to scroll year and press or button to scroll month.

5.Show time and set
Select [Clock] icon by navigator key in the main menu and
press (on the photo frame) or (on the remote
control) to proceed, the LCD screen will show as below:
There are three selections:
Display
Set Time
Exit
Display:
Clock: Display clock only as shown below:
Clock & Calendar: Display clock with calendar:
Set time:
User can use navigation keys to change the time.
Note: Time should be set in 24 Hour Format. When power is

switched OFF using the POWER button CLOCK will
still remain running, however if the adaptor is
unplugged or switched OFF you have to reset the
CLOCK time again.
Exit:
Exit Clock Application.
6.Alarm Menu
Select [Alarm] icon by navigator key in the main menu and
press (on the photo frame) or (on the remote
control) to proceed, the LCD screen will show as below:
There are three selections:
Enable
Set Time
Exit
Enable:
On: Enable alarm function
Off: Disable alarm function
Set time:
User can set the alarm time by the navigation keys:
Exit:
Exit Alarm Application.

When ALARM sounds:
If the alarm is set and the time is reached for the alarm, the
polyphonic tone will ring and the following screen will be
shown as up:
User can press any key to exit the alarm mode and end the
alarm tone or it will be off automatically after 5 minutes of
continuous alert.
Note: When the photo frame is on a call or during
registration, the alarm will defer response.
7.Setup Menu
Select [Setup] icon by navigator key in the main menu and
press (on the photo frame) or (on the remote
control) to proceed, the LCD screen will show as below:
There are 5 selections:

7.1 Photo setting:
Interval time: The time during playing photos, there are
various selections.
Transition Effect: The format for playing photos. There are
14 effects and totally 16 selections.
Show Type: The type of photo display. There are 2
selections: full screen and fit screen.
Browse: The display format for managing photos. There
are 2 selections: file manager or thumbnail.
- File Manager Mode: If you set the browse method to file
manager, when you are playing photos, press (on
the photo frame) or (on the remote control), the
following screen will be shown. On the left side, the selected
photo will be shown:
- Thumbnail: If you set the browse method to thumbnail,
when you are playing photos, press (on the photo
frame) or (on the remote control), the following screen
will be shown:

Rotate photos during thumbnail mode:
Step1: Select [Rotate] icon by navigator key and press
(on the photo frame) or (on the remote
control) to proceed.
Step2: Select one photo by navigator key and press
(on the photo frame) or (on the remote
control) to rotate the selected photo.
7.2 Auto-Play setting:
Photo: If it is set to “ON”, when user select the Photo
feature in the main menu, it will enter the slide show mode
automatically. If user set it to “OFF”, it will enter thumbnail or
file manager mode for user viewing the photo.
7.3 Display Setup:
Contrast: User can set the contrast of LCD
Brightness: User can set the brightness of LCD
Saturation: User can set the saturation of LCD
7.4 Custom setup:
Language: User can set the language of menu.
Style: There are 4 selections:
Repeat Mode: For showing photos.
- Off: turn off the repeat mode
- One: repeat playing the selected photos once
- Folder: repeat all the photos in this file folder
- All: Repeat all the photos.
Factory default: All the settings return to default settings.
Exit: Exit the Setup Application.
8.Phonebook Menu
The photo frame can store up to 40 entries in the phonebook
with name, number and picture.(Name or Number should not
exceed more than 16 characters each.)
Select [Phonebook] icon by navigator key in the main menu
and press (on the photo frame) or (on the remote
control) to proceed.

Note:
1.Only JPEG files can be added into the phonebook.
2.Insert external memory with photos to the digital photo
frame before adding or editing phonebook. Otherwise, the
number cannot be saved.
Screen after entering Phonebook application:
There are three selections:
Review: review the phonebook record
Add: add new entry into phonebook
Exit: return to main menu
8.1 Phonebook Review Menu
Select [Review] by navigator key and press (on the
photo frame) or (on the remote control) to proceed, the
LCD screen will show as below:
There are four selections:
Edit: edit the selected entry.
Delete: delete the selected entry.
Delete All: delete all entries.
Return: return to Phonebook application screen.

8.1.1 Edit Menu
Step1: Select one entry during phonebook review screen
and press (on the photo frame) or (on the remote
control).
Step2: Select [Edit] by navigator key and press (on
the photo frame) or (on the remote control) to proceed.
Step3: Select digits or characters by navigator key and
press (on the photo frame) or (on the remote
control) to input name or number.
Step4: Select [Save] by navigator key and press (on
the photo frame) or (on the remote control) to proceed.
Note: Replacing the picture in any entry is not possible.
Please delete the entry and add again with a new
picture.
8.1.2 Delete record
Step1: Select one entry during phonebook review screen
and press (on the photo frame) or (on the remote
control).
Step2: Select [Delete] by navigator key and press
(on the photo frame) or (on the remote control) to
proceed.
Step3: Select [OK] by navigator key and press (on
the photo frame) or (on the remote control) to confirm.
8.1.3 Delete All records
Step1: Select one entry during phonebook review screen
and press (on the photo frame) or (on the remote
control).
Step2: Select [Delete All] by navigator key and press
(on the photo frame) or (on the remote control) to
proceed.
Step3: Select [OK] by navigator key and press (on
the photo frame) or (on the remote control) to confirm.
8.2 Add phonebook menu
Step1: Select [Add] icon by navigator key and press
(on the photo frame) or (on the remote control) to
