Install the Monitors
The new way to work
STEP 1: To install the Triple monitor mount on the Altwork Station you’ll need to attach the mount and middle monitor first. Align the middle monitor mount
holes with the Altwork Station vesa plate and install the four Phillips screws. Make sure the screws are tight.
Tip: It is best to have a second person hold the monitor mount while you place the screws.

Install The Monitors

STEP 4: Now install the third monitor using four thumb screws.
Look to make sure the monitors line up with each other. If the monitors are not aligned,
loosen the screws and shift the monitor mount to the right or left then re-tighten screws.
If the monitors are different thicknesses or different sizes, it may be necessary to use the
standoffs to space one or the other out farther from the mount in order to have the fronts of
the screens come together at approximately the same place. Note that the left and right
monitors should be the same weight, or the mount will always tilt towards the heavy side.
STEP 3: Attach the second monitor using four thumb screws. The weight of the
second monitor will change its angle, this will be fixed once you add the third
monitor.

Adjust The Monitor

STEP 5: Use the hex key to remove the cover on the monitor arm to adjust the
friction of the monitor tilt joint.
STEP 6: Using the tools provided in the Altwork Station tool kit, tighten the bolt until the
mount will stay at the desired angle and not sag under the additional weight of three
monitors, then replace the cover.
Now rout the cords and make sure all signal and power wires are placed in a way that they
will not get pulled during any of the adjustments made to the Altwork Stations operation.
