INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:
TS375-12 MOUNTING STAKE

1. WARNING: TURN POWER OFF BEFORE INSTALLING OR PERFORMING ANY MAINTENANCE ON THIS FIXTURE.
2. Excavate for conduit runs and mounting stake. Install conduit.
3. Remove cap assembly from stake. Remove plate from bottom of cap assembly.
4. Take the bubble-wrapped transformer out of the cap.
5. Remove screw attaching stabilizer plates to stake. Discard screw.
6. Assemble stabilizer plates & insert stake through center as shown. Use two short screws (provided) to secure
stabilzers to stake. Place stake over conduit with supply wires
feeding out through top of stake (OR, feed conduit and supply wires through one of the optional entries in the
side of the cap assembly). Leave approximately 6 inches of stake above grade.
7. Thread supply wires through one of the holes in the plate from the bottom of the cap assembly and through
the gasket (unless using a side entry). Connect supply wires to black, white, and green wires from tranformer
using wire nuts. If rigid steel conduit risers are used, conduit must be grounded.
8. Remove metal plug, screw fixture into stake cap and connect fixture wires to red wires from transformer using
wire nuts.
9. Place transformer and all connections up inside cap assembly. Make sure gasket is seated and attach plate
to bottom of cap assembly with two screws (provided).
10. Seal additional hole(s) in plate with plugs and thread sealant.
11. Replace cap on stake and tighten four screws (provided) in side of cap.
12. Backfill against stake.
13. Turn power ON.
