AMA EASY
Beste gebruiker,
Van harte bedankt dat je beslist hebt om onze AMA EASY te gaan gebruiken.
Lees voor gebruik de volgende veiligheidsvoorschri ten:
Een andere toepassing dan beschreven in deze handleiding, kan leiden tot beschadiging van dit product.
Bovendien ontstaan hierdoor risico’s zoals kortsluiting, brand, enz. Het complete product mag niet worden
gewijzigd o omgebouwd.
Het apparaat hee t de abriek in veiligheidstechnisch per ecte staat verlaten. Volg de instructies en
waarschuwingen in de gebruiksaanwijzing op om deze status van het apparaat te handhaven en een veilige
werking te garanderen.
In industriële omgevingen dienen de Arbo-voorschri ten ter voorkoming van ongevallen met betrekking tot
elektrische installaties en bedrij smiddelen in acht te worden genomen.
Bij een moedwillige mechanische (vervorming) o elektrische wijziging (ombouw ) van het meetapparaat vervalt
elke aanspraak op garantie.
AFVOER: oude elektronische apparaten bevatten waardevolle materialen en behoren niet in het huisvuil. Breng
het onbruikbaar geworden apparaat volgens de geldende wettelijke voorschri ten naar de gemeentelijke plaats
voor a valinzameling.
Indien je - om welke reden dan ook - je SIM-kaart uit het toestel wilt verwijderen, zorg er dan steeds voor dat je
eerst zowel de batterij als de zekering van de kabelboom loskoppelt! Deze mogen - na het terug plaatsen van de
SIM-kaart - terug ingeplugd worden.

1. INSTALLATIE
Om de AMA te openen, zie fig. 2: Schroef de 4 schroeven los, houd de rubberen dichting (A) tegen en schuif
de behuizing (B) uit de dichting. ie fig. 2 op de achterzijde van deze handleiding.
Plaats de SIM-kaart in de juiste positie.
OPGELET: org ervoor dat de PINCODEAANVRAAG uit staat (uit te voeren via uw GSM).
org ervoor dat de SIM kaart geactiveerd is. SIM-kaart activeren = je moet kunnen bellen met de SIM-kaart.
Indien je - om welke reden dan ook - je SIM-kaart uit het toestel wilt verwijderen, zorg er dan steeds voor dat
je eerst zowel de batterij als de zekering van de kabelboom loskoppelt! Deze mogen, na het terugplaatsen
van de SIM-kaart, opnieuw ingeplugd worden. org ervoor dat bij de installatie de batterij van de motorfiets
opgeladen is en in een goede conditie is. De AMA EASY is en blijft een verbruiker, het is dus zowieso altijd
aan te raden om een druppellader te gebruiken om de batterij van je motorfiets in een goede conditie te
houden. Als je kiest voor een Optimate4, maak je een zeer goede keuze.
2. DE AANSLUITING
Rood: +12 VDC
Zwar : - massa
Blauw: +15 na kontakt
Verbind de rode draad aan +12 V continu (batterij).
Verbind de zwarte draad aan een goede massa (batterij).
Verbind de blauwe draad aan de +15 na het kontakt.
Plug de noodbatterij in na het aansluiten van de spanning. De AMA EASY heeft de batterijspanning
nodig om zich aan te melden op het gsm-netwerk. De CHARGE LED (fig. 1) brandt indien de batterij
oplaadt. ie fig. 1 op de achterkant van deze handleiding.
Opgele : 1) Bij de eerste indienststelling kan de voorgestelde procedure ongeveer 2 minuten
duren (o.a. aanmelding op het netwerk, enz...) Na het aanmelden zal de STATUS LED
(fig. 1) op de PCB elke 5 seconden flitsen. Indien hij 1 keer per seconde flitst,
is er nog geen aanmelding.
2) Hierna zal de PDST LED (fig. 1), telkens indien men het kontakt aan-en uitzet, het aantal pulsen
weergeven welke overeenstemmen met het GSM-ontvangstsignaal van de
AMA EASY. Bijv. Signaal 3 = 3 x flitsen (0 = geen ontvangst, 5 = maximale ontvangst).
De PDST LED vind je links van de witte 6-polige connector.

SMS BERICHTEN VERZENDEN EN ONTVANGEN
De PDST LED (fig.1) knippert per ontvangen bericht 3 keer. Dit enkel om aan te geven dat er een SMS-
bericht binnengekomen is. Na ongeveer 45 sec. zal de PDST LED opnieuw 3 keer knipperen en je de
gevraagde gegevens doorsturen in de vorm van een SMS-bericht, zoniet controleer je SIM-kaart, SMS of
paswoord en probeer het opnieuw. De SMS-teller is geprogrammeerd op 3 SMS-en en wordt gereset iedere
keer het contact aan gezet wordt, v.b. de AMA EASY zendt maximum 3 x 'MOVING ALARM' met het contact
in de uit positie.
2.1. WIE ONTVANGT DE SMS BERICHTEN?
Telefoonnummer van de gebruiker, v.b.: 0123/456789
Stuur het volgende SMS bericht naar de AMA EASY: A1111+xx123456789
A = staat voor ALARM
1111 = is het standaard paswoord
+xx = staat voor het landnummer
123456789 = het GSM nummer van de gebruiker
Gebruik geen spaties voor of in uw bericht. De AMA EASY zal u na ongeveer 45 sec. de volgende
bevestiging sturen:

2.2. EEN PERSOONLIJK PASWOORD
Het gewenste persoonlijke paswoord is b.v.: 1234
Dit mogen zowel cijfers als letters zijn, deze zijn wel hoofdlettergevoelig.
Stuur het volgende SMS bericht naar de AMA EASY: P11111234
P = staat voor PASSWORD
1111 = is het standaard paswoord
1234 = is het nieuw paswoord
Gebruik geen spaties voor of in uw bericht. De AMA EASY zal u na ongeveer 45 sec. de volgende
bevestiging sturen:

2.3. FUNCTIE 1: DE LIJNTEST (voor de AMA EASY el alleen func ie 1 en 3)
Wanneer deze functie geactiveerd is zal de AMA EASY op de ingestelde interval een lijntest sturen.

2.4. FUNCTIE 3: GEVOELIGHEID VAN DE BEWEGINGSENSOR
end het volgende SMS bericht naar de AMA EASY, gebruik geen spaties: Fxxxx3=z
F = staat voor FUNCTIE
xxxx = is het paswoord
3 = staat voor de gewenste functie
z = staat voor de waarde van de functie
0 = sensor uitgeschakeld
1 = minimum gevoeligheid
2 tot 9 = stijging van de gevoeligheid (7 is de standaard instelling)
2.5. DE STANDAARDINSTELLINGEN INLADEN
Plaats de jumper S2 (fig. 1). Trek de zekering (2 A) uit de houder en koppel de
noodbatterij in de AMA los.
Plaats de 2 A zekering terug. Sluit de noodbatterij in de AMA weer aan. Het toestel staat nu terug onder
spanning. Wacht een 10-tal seconden tot de PDST LED knippert.
De AMA staat nu in test mode, via de buzzer kunnen alle aansluitingen en de
bewegingsensor gecontroleerd en waargenomen worden.
Verwijder opnieuw de jumper S2. De AMA laadt nu de fabrieksinstellingen in het geheugen.
2.6. HOE WERKT DE AMA EASY?
AANSCHAKELEN
Draai de contactsleutel in de UIT positie.
Na 60 seconden zal de AMA EASY zich automatisch op scherp zetten, de PDST LED knippert iedere 3
seconden.
UITSCHAKELEN
Indien je voertuig bewogen of verplaatst wordt zal de PDST LED snel knipperen. De AMA EASY geeft je 15
seconden (vooralarm) om het contact in de AAN positie te zetten. Nu is de AMA EASY uitgeschakeld.
Indien het vooralarm niet wordt uitgeschakeld zal de AMA EASY het volgende bericht sturen:

2.7. DE STATUS OPVRAGEN
Je kunt op elk ogenblik van je AMA EASY informatie opvragen.
Je kunt een momentopname opvragen (STATUS).
Stuur per SMS het volgende woord zonder spaties naar het GSM-nummer van je AMA EASY: STATUS
Na ongeveer 45 seconden krijg je een SMS-bericht teruggestuurd van je AMA EASY met de volgende
informatie:

AMA EASY: type van het alarmtoestel
R5.01: softwareversie
PROG= 1,0,7,0,0: programmatieinstelling van functie 1 of functie 3 (lijntest of gevoeligheid bewegingsensor)
BAT= OK: toestand van de batterij van het voertuig (< 10,6 V = LOW)
SIG= 5: sterkte van het GSM signaal, 5 = maximum ontvangst
GPS=0/1: GPS ontvangst (fix) (1 = AMA heeft GPS signaal, 0 = AMA heeft geen GPS signaal)
TIME:201446: de tijd van de meest recente GPS coördinaten (universele tijd!)

Opgele : De tijd en de datum zijn enkel correct indien je GPS ontvanst hebt!
2.8. BATTERIJ FOUT (BATTERIJ VAN HET VOERTUIG)
Indien de batterij van het voertuig lager dan 10,6V is, de batterij losgekoppeld wordt of de stroomtoevoer
onderbroken wordt door een doorgebrande zekering, zal de AMA EASY het volgende bericht sturen:

2.9. MOET JE VOERTUIG NAAR DE GARAGE VOOR HET ONDERHOUD?
Deze functie wordt voorzien opdat je AMA EASY bij het onderhoud van je voertuig niet
voortdurend onnodige berichten zou verzenden. Deze functie kan op elk ogenblik in de stand
AAN of UIT gezet worden. Bij het versturen van het onderstaand bericht staat deze functie bij de
ene keer aan en bij de volgende verzending van hetzelfde bericht weer uit: S1111
S = staat voor SERVICE
1111 = he s andaard paswoord.
Indien het paswoord veranderd is, gebruik dan het nieuw paswoord.
Typ geen spaties voor of in je bericht.
De AMA EASY stuurt nu de volgende informatie:

3. UW VOERTUIG VOLGEN VIA HET INTERNET
Je voertuig kan gevolgd worden via het internet of bepaalde GPS toestellen
end hiervoor zonder spaties het volgende SMS bericht naar de AMA EASY: TRACK

end TRACK voor uitschakelen

Opgele : De AMA EASY zal de ON-en OFF toestand van de "tracking mode" bevestigen per SMS. Hierna
zal de AMA EASY ENKEL de GPS gevens doorsturen indien deze een geldig GPS signaal heeft ontvangen.
Geef de GPS coördinaten in op de volgende website: www.amasystems.be

3.1. DE GPS MODULE
De GPS module zoekt continu signaal als:
– het contact aangeschakeld wordt.
– de tracking mode aangeschakeld wordt.
De GPS module zoekt voor 1 minuut signaal als:
– een sms verstuurd wordt (bij alarm, functie verandering, status opvraging).
De GPS module gaat in slaap mode als:
– het contact uitgeschakeld wordt.
– de AMA in standby mode is.

Introduction:
Nous vous remercions de votre achat de l’AMA EASY.
Veuillez bien lire attentivement les prescriptions de sécurité:
Une autre application comme prescrit dans ce mode d’emploi, peut endommager ce produit.
En outre, un risque de court-circuit ou incendie peut se produire. Le produit entier ne peut pas être modi ié ou
trans ormé.
Si l’appareil a été endommagé pendant le transport, ne pas l’installez et consultez votre revendeur. La garantie
ne s’applique pas aux dommages survenus en négligeant certaines directives de cette notice et votre revendeur
déclinera toute responsabilité pour les problèmes et les dé auts qui en résultent.
Le symbole au-dessus indique que l’élimentation de l’AMA EASY en in de vie peut polluer l’environnement.
Ne pas jetez un appareil électrique ou électronique (et des piles éventuelles) parmi les déchets municipaux non
sujets au tri sélecti ; une déchèterie traitera l’appareil en question.
Renvoyez les équipements usagés à votre ournisseur ou à un service de recyclage local.
Il convient de respecter la réglementation locale relative à la protection de l’environnement.
En cas de questions, contactez les autorités locales pour l’élimination.

1. INSTALLATION
Pour ouvrir le AMA voir fig. 2: Dévisser les 4 vis, maintenir le joint de caoutchouc (A) et fait glisser le boîtier
(B) sur le joint. Voir la fig. 2 sur le dos de ce manuel.
Insérez la carte SIM en position correcte.
A en ion! Ac ivez la car e SIM e désac ivez la demande du “CODE PIN” dans vo re GSM (menu:
sécuri é).
Activation de la carte SIM = il faut téléphoner avec la carte SIM.
Veillez à ce que la carte SIM ait suffisamment de crédit.
Si vous désirez enlever votre carte SIM hors de votre alarme, faites attention: il faut d’abord séparer la
batterie de secours et le fusible du faisceau de câbles. Quand la carte SIM est remise en place, il faut
enficher la batterie et le fusible à nouveau. Veuillez bien surveiller l’état et le chargement complet de votre
batterie à l'installation de votre AMA. L'AMA consomme du courant à chaque moment, nous vous conseillons
d'utiliser un chargeur de maintien pour obtenir une condition suffisante de la batterie de la motocyclette. Si
vous choisissez un Optimate4, vous faites un bon choix.
2. RACCORDEMENT
Rouge: + 12 Volt
Noir: - Masse
Bleu: + 15 (+12V après contact clé)
Connectez le fil rouge au + 12 Volt continu (batterie).
Connectez le fil noir à une masse solide.
Connectez le fil bleu au +12 V après contact (+15).
Enfichez la batterie de secours après le raccordement de l’alimentation. L’AMA EASY a besoin de courant
pour pouvoir s’annoncer sur le réseau GSM. La CHARGE LED(fig. 1) s’allume en cas de chargement de la
batterie de secours. Voir la fig. 1 sur le dos de ce manuel.
A en ion:
1) A la première mise en service, la procédure peut prendre environ 10 minutes (annoncement sur le réseau,
etc…).
Ensuite la LED STATUS (fig. 1) sur le PCB clignote chaque 5 secondes.
Faites attention, si la LED STATUS clignote 1 fois par seconde, l’annoncement n’est pas encore effectué.
2) Après cette procédure la LED PDST (fig. 1) clignote pendant environ 2 minutes. A ce moment, le
système est opérationnel. La LED PDST se trouve à la gauche du connecteur blanc à 6 pôles.

ENVOYER ET RECEVOIR DES MESSAGES SMS
La led PDST clignote 3 fois par message reçu pour indiquer que l’AMA EASY a reçu un message SMS.
Après 45 secondes, la LED PDST clignotera de nouveau 3 fois et renverra les données en forme SMS.
Sinon, veuillez bien contrôler votre carte SIM, SMS ou mot de passe et essayez de nouveau. L’AMA EASY
enverra au maximum 3 x messages SMS “MOVING ALARM” en cas d’une alarme active sans reset du
contact.
2.1. QUI RECEVRA LES MESSAGES SMS?
Numéro de téléphone de l’utilisateur, p.e.: 0123/456789
Envoyez le message SMS à l’AMA EASY: A1111+xx123456789
A = la commande pour ALARME
1111 = le mot de passe par défaut
+xx = représente l’indicatif du pays
123456789 = le numéro GSM de l’utilisateur.
Ne pas saisir d’espace avant ou dans le message. L’AMA EASY enverra une confirmation après approx. 45
secondes:

2.2. CODE CONFIDENTIEL PERSONNALISE
Le nouveau mot de passe désiré est p.e.: 1234.
Vous pouvez choisir même des chiffres et des caractères. Faites attention: sensible aux majuscules.
Envoyez un message SMS à l’AMA EASY: P11111234
P = la commande pour MOT DE PASSE
1111 = le mot de passe par défaut
1234 = le nouveau mot de passe
Ne pas saisir d’espace avant ou dans le message. L’AMA EASY enverra une confirmation après approx. 45
secondes:
Chargez les valeurs par défaut en cas de perte de mot de passe.

2.3. FONCTION 1: TEST SYSTEME (pour l'AMA EASY seulemen fonc ion 1 e 3)
En activant cette fonction, l’AMA EASY enverra un test de l’état du système 1 fois par jour, par semaine ou
par mois.
Envoyez le message suivant à l’AMA EASY, sans espaces au début ou dans le message: Fxxxx1=z
F = la commande des fonctions
xxxx = mot de passe
1 = la fonction
z = la valeur de la fonction
(0 = test non utilisé (valeur par défaut), 1 = chaque jour, 2 = chaque semaine, 3 = chaque mois).
Ne pas saisir d’espace avant ou dans le message. L’AMA EASY enverra une confirmation après approx. 45
secondes:

2.4. FONCTION 3: SENSIBILITE DU DETECTEUR DE MOUVEMENT
Envoyez le message suivant à l’AMA EASY, sans espaces au début ou dans le message: Fxxxx3=z
F = la commande des fonctions
xxxx = mot de passe
3 = la fonction désirée
z = la valeur de la fonction
0 = capteur débranché
1 = sensibilité faible
2 à 9 = augmentation de la sensibilité (7 = valeur par défaut)
2.5. CHARGEMENT DES VALEURS PAR DEFAUT
Placez le jumper S2 (fig. 1). Enlevez le fusible (2 A) du support et débranchez la batterie de
secours dans l’AMA. Remettez le fusible à sa place et branchez la batterie de secours de nouveau dans
l’AMA. Maintenant, l’appareil est mis sous tension.
Attendez environ 10 secondes jusqu’à la LED PDST clignotera.
L’AMA se trouve en mode test maintenant. Les raccordements et le détecteur de mouvement
peuvent être contrôlés et aperçus.
Enlevez le jumper S2 de nouveau. L’AMA chargera les valeurs par défaut dans la mémoire.
2.6. L’UTILISATION DE L’AMA EASY
ACTIVATION
Mettez le contact clé en mode OFF.
L’alarme s’enclenche automatiquement 60 secondes après avoir retiré la clef de contact. La LED PDST à un
rythme régulier chaque 3 secondes. L’AMA EASY est activée.
DESACTIVATION
En cas de chocs, déplacement ou renversement de la motocyclette, la LED PDST clignotera rapidement
(pré-alarme).
L’AMA EASY attend 15 secondes pour que vous puissiez désactiver l’alarme en tournant la clé de contact
sur ON. L’AMA EASY est mise sur OFF.

2.7. RAPPORT DE L’ETAT DE L’AMA EASY
Il est possible de réclamer un rapport de l’état de l’AMA EASY à tout moment.
Envoyez le message suivant à l’AMA EASY, sans espaces avant ou dans le message: STATUS.
Vous recevrez un message similaire à celui ci-dessous après environ 45 secondes:

A en ion: La date et l'heure sont correctes lorsque vous recevez signal GPS!
2.8. INTERRUPTION DE LA BATTERIE
En cas d’une interruption de la batterie, par exemple, batterie faible moins que 10,6 V, batterie débranchée,
interruption du courant, fusible brûlé, l’AMA EASY envoie le message suivant lors d’une alarme batterie:

2.9. ENTRETIEN DU VEHICULE
L’AMA EASY peut être désactivée afin d’arrêter les envoies de message lorsque le véhicule se trouve chez
le garagiste pour un entretien. Cette fonction peut être activée ou désactivée à chaque moment.
En envoyant les messages suivants, la fonction sera active et à la prochaine transmission, elle sera
désactivée. Envoyez le message suivant à l’AMA EASY, sans espaces avant ou dans le message: S1111
S = la commande pour SERVICE.
1111 = mo de passe par défau .
Si vous avez changé le mot de passe, veuillez bien utiliser le nouveau mot de passe. Pas d’espace avant ou
dans votre message. L’AMA EASY enverra l’information suivante:

3. RECHERCHER LES TRACES DE VOTRE VEHICULE PAR INTERNET
Pour rechercher votre véhicule par internet, envoyez le message suivant à l’AMA EASY, sans espaces avant
ou dans le message: TRACK
Envoyez TRACK pour l’activation.
Envoyez TRACK pour la désactivation.
TRACK activé: L'AMA EASY confirme par SMS la condition ON ou OFF du 'tracking mode'.
Après cette confirmation, l'AMA EASY enverra seulement les coordinées GPS en cas d'un signal GPS
valable. Insérez les coordonnées sur notre website www.amasystems.be.

L’AMA EASY envoie le message suivant:

3.1. LE MODULE GPS
Le module GPS cherche sur signal continue comme:
- le contact est mis sous tension.
- le mode tracking est mis.
Le module GPS cherche sur signal pour 1 minute comme:
- un sms est envoyé (en cas d'alarme, changement de fonction, demande status)
Le module GPS se met en mode sommeil comme:
- le contact est éteint.

AMA EASY
Dear user,
Thank you for purchasing he AMA EASY.
Please read the sa ety instructions be ore using your AMA EASY:
•Use other than that described in this manual will lead to damage to the product. In addition, this may
lead to hazards such as short circuits or ire. The product as a whole may not be opened, modi ied or
reconstructed.
•This device le t the actory in per ect condition in terms o sa ety engineering. To maintain this
condition and ensure sa e operation, you, as the user, must comply with the sa ety instructions and
warnings contained in these instructions.
•In commercial institutions, the accident prevention regulations o the Employer’s Liability Insurance
Association or Electrical Systems and Operating Materials are to be observed.
•In case o arbitrary mechanical de ormation or modi ications o the electronic components, the
warranty will be void.
•DISPOSAL: old electronic devices are special waste and may not be disposed o in the household
waste. When the device has become unusable, dispose o it at the community collection point in
accordance with the statutory regulations in orce.
When removing the SIM-card rom the AMA EASY, please ensure to remove the battery and wiring loom use
irst. A ter replacement o the SIM-card, you need to plug in the battery and the use again.

1. INSTALLATION
To open the AMA, see pic. 2 on the backside of this manual: Unscrew the 4 screws, hold the rubber seal (A)
and slide the housing (B) from the seal.
A en ion! Only use a SIM-card wi h a removed password ( o ini ialize hrough a GSM-cell phone).
Place the SIM-card into the right position.
To activate the SIM-card = check if you can make a phone call with the SIM-card.
When removing the SIM-card from the AMA EASY, please ensure to remove the battery and the wiring loom
fuse first. After replacement of the SIM-card, you need to plug in the battery and the wiring loom fuse again.
Please make sure that the motorcycle battery is in a good condition and completely charged before installing
an AMA device.
We recommend the use of a trickle charger to keep the battery in a good condition. If you choose for an
Optimate4 you make a good choise.
2. CONNECTIONS
Red: + 12 Volt
Black: - Ground
Blue: + 15 (+ 12 V after ignition)
Connect the red wire to the + 12 V (battery).
Connect the black wire to a good ground (battery).
Connect the blue wire to the + 12 V after ignition (+15V).
Plug in the internal battery after connecting the power supply. The AMA EASY needs the battery
power to be able to connect to the GSM-network. The CHARGE LED (pig. 1) will burn continuously when
the back-up battery is charging. You will find pic. 1 on the backside of this manual.
A en ion: 1) The initial operation of the proposed procedure can last about 2 minutes to control
all the functions and connect to the GSM-network.
The STATUS LED (pic. 1) on the PCB will blink every 5 seconds if the AMA EASY is
connected to the network. If the status led blinks every second, it means that no
GSM-network connection has been made. The PDST LED (pic. 1) blinks every 2
seconds when the AMA EASY is ready for use. You will find the PDST LED on the leftside of
the white 6-pins connector.
2) The AMA EASY will indicate the signal strength through the PDST LED each time the
ignition is switched off. Example: signal 3 = 3 x blinks
(0 blinks = no signal, 5 blinks = best signal)

SMS MESSAGES SENDING AND RECEIVING
The PDST LED will blink 3 times as soon as the AMA EASY receives the message.
After about 45 seconds the PDST LED will power on and off twice, followed by a steady burning during 5
seconds to indicate the message has been sent. If not, please check your
SMS, SIM-card or password and try again. The SMS-counter is programmed on 3 SMS text messages and
will RESET each time the ignition key (+15) is turned ON, f.e. the AMA EASY send maximum 3 x MOVING
ALARM with the ignition key in the OFF position.
2.1. WHICH CELL PHONE WILL RECEIVE THE SMS MESSAGE?
After receiving the GSM-network signal, please program your cell phone number in the AMA EASY.
The cell phone number of the user is f.e.: 0123/456789
Send the following message to the AMA EASY: A1111+xx123456789.
A = stands for ALARM
1111 = stands for default password
+xx = stands for the international dialing code
123456789 = stands for the cell phone number of the receiver
Do not enter any spaces before or in your message. After about 45 seconds the AMA EASY will send an
SMS message to the input dialing numbers to confirm:

2.2. PERSONAL PASSWORD
Desired personal password f.e.: 1234
Send the following message to the AMA EASY (this could be digits or caracters) : P11111234
P = stands for PASSWORD
1111 = stands for default password
1234 = stands for a new password
Do not enter any spaces before or in your message. After about 45 seconds the AMA EASY will send a SMS
message to the input dialing numbers to confirm:

2.3. FUNCTION 1: LINE TEST (for AMA EASY coun s only func ion 1 and 3)
If activated, the AMA EASY will generate a line test according to the programmed time interval.
Send the following message to the AMA EASY: Fxxxx1=z
F = stands for FUNCTION
xxxx = stands for the password
1 = stands for the function type
z = stands for the line test status
(0 = switched off (default value), 1 = every day, 2 = every week, 3 = every month).
Do not enter any spaces before or in your message. After about 45 seconds the AMA EASY will send a SMS
message to confirm:

2.4. FUNCTION 3: MOVING SENSOR SENSITIVITY
Send the following message to the AMA EASY: Fxxxx3=z
F = stands for FUNCTION
xxxx = stands for the password
3 = stands for the function type
z = stands for the status 0=switched off, 1= lowest sensivity, 2 to z = decreasing sensivity to value 9.
(7=default value)
Do not enter any spaces before or in your message. After about 45 seconds the AMA EASY will send a SMS
message to confirm.
2.5. HOW TO RESET THE DEFAULT VALUES?
Pull out the 2 A fuse of the fuse holder and disconnect the emergency battery from the AMA.
Place the jumper S2 (pic. 1).
Replace the 2 A fuse. Reconnect the emergency battery to the AMA. The device is under tension now.
Wait for about 10 seconds until the PDST LED starts to blink.
Remove the jumper S2 again. The AMA will reload the default values into its memory now.
2.6. HOW DOES THE AMA EASY WORK?
SWITCHING ON
Turn the ignition key in the OFF position.
60 seconds after removing the ignition key, the AMA EASY will automatic be armed. The PDST LED will blink
every 3 seconds.
SWITCHING OFF
If your vehicle is moved (lifted or replaced) the PDST LED will flash. The AMA EASY will give you 15
seconds (pre-alarm) to switch your ignition key into the “ON” position. Now the AMA EASY is switched OFF.
If the pre-alarm state is not canceled, the AMA EASY will send a message with the following information to
your cell phone:

2.7. VERIFYING THE AMA EASY' STATUS
You can ask your AMA EASY for information anytime and anywhere.

2.8. BATTERY FAULT (VEHICLE BATTERY)
The AMA EASY will warn you if battery voltage is too low (< 10,6 V), if there is a disconnection of the battery
or the interruption of the power supply caused by, for example, a burned out fuse.
The AMA EASY will send you the following SMS:

2.9. VEHICLE MAINTENANCE
To avoid AMA EASY sending alarm messages to your cell phone number during a maintenance service of
your vehicle, you can switch ON and OFF the service mode by sending the following message to the AMA
EASY: S1111
S = stands for SERVICE
1111 = s ands for he defaul password
Do not enter any spaces before or in your message. After about 45 seconds the AMA EASY will send a SMS
message to confirm:

3. FOLLOWING THE VEHICLE ON THE INTERNET
You can activate the “TRACKING”-mode. The AMA EASY will send you always a confirmation SMS by
switching ON or OFF the tracking function.
After you have received this confirmation SMS, the AMA EASY will send you only the position when it's has
received valid GPS coordinates.
The tracking function can be switched ON or OFF any time by sending a SMS with the following message:

If you fill in the coordinates on our website www.amasystems.be , choose your language and go to
“Standard Format” , push the “OK”-button. Now the location of your vehicle will be visualized.
3.1. THE GPS MODULE
The GPS module will continuously search for signal when:
– the contact is swiched ON.
– the tracking mode is activated.
The GPS module will search for signal only for 1 minute when:
– a sms is sent (by alarm, changing functions, status demand)
The GPS module will go into sleep mode when:
- the contact is switched OFF.
- the AMA is in standby mode.
