WARNING: Read and understand all instructions. Failure to follow all instructions
listed below may result in electric shock, fire or serious personal injury. The
warnings, cautions, and instruction discussed in this instruction manual cannot
cover all possible conditions and situations that may occur. It must be understood
by the operator that common sense and caution are a factor which cannot be
built into this product, but must be supplied by the operator.
CAUTION: A short power supply cord is provided to reduce the risk of personal
injury resulting from becoming entangled in or tripping over a longer cord.
Extension cords are available from local hardware stores and may be used if care
is exercised in their use. If an extension cord is required, special care and caution
is necessary. Also, the cord must be: (1) marked with an electrical rating of 125V,
and at least 13 A., 1625 W., and (2) the cord must be arranged so that it will not
drape over the countertop or tabletop where it can be pulled on by children or
tripped over accidentally.

User instructions
Before First Use
•Read all instructions before first use and follow them carefully.
•Wipe thoroughly with a clean, damp cloth. Wash the extender and the glass bowl in
warm soapy water or in the dishwasher. Dry thoroughly before use. NEVER submerge
the lid or galvanized base in water or any other liquid. Only the glass bowl, extender
ring, tongs and racks are dishwasher safe.
•Before first use, heat up the empty oven at maximum temperature for 5 minutes. This
will eliminate any odors from inside the oven. NOTE: The handle must be pushed
down into a horizontal position to turn the oven ON. When the handle is in the
vertical position, the oven will turn itself OFF.
NEVER immerse the lid or galvanized base in water or any other liquid. NEVER get any
liquids inside the lid.
How to Use
1. Push the handle all the way down until it snaps securely in place. If it is not
completely down, the oven will not turn on.
2. Plug the power cord into the outlet. Set the timer to the desired time and the
red LED light will illuminate.
3. Select the temperature and the green LED light will illuminate as well as the
interior oven light and heating element. Both the lights and the heating
element will turn off when the selected temperature has been reached. If the
inner temperature drops below the selected level, both the lights and the
heating element will turn back on indicating the oven is maintaining the
selected temperature.
4. The red light (timer) and the green light (temperature) will turn off when the
time is up and there will be a sound indicating the cooking time is complete.
5. When cooking is complete, unplug the turbo convection oven from the outlet.
Remove the lid and place it on the rack that is not being used. Allow to cool
before cleaning or storing. NEVER put the hot oven lid directly on the
countertop or table as this might cause damage or create a fire hazard.
6. Use extreme caution when removing pans or cooking racks from the turbo
convection oven.
7. Always use wooden, heat-resistant or nylon utensils while cooking. Metal
utensils may scratch the glass. Do not clean with metal scouring pads as
pieces may break off the pads and make contact with electrical parts,
increasing the risk of electrical shock.

_______ ___ _______ Tips and suggestions

Tips and Suggestions
Roasting
•Place food directly on the low rack or in an oven-safe pan on the rack. If you
prefer your food to be crispy, browned or “well-done” use the high rack to
position for food closer to the heat source.
•Use oil if desired, to keep food from becoming dry in the oven.
•Roasting time may vary depending on the type of food, thickness of meat or
amount of fat.
•If cooking for a great length of time, flip the food half way through the
cooking time for even cooking.
•If a glaze is desired, place food 4” from the top heat source and broil at 400°F
until the desired shade of brown is reached. Jams, jellies and preserves work
great as a glaze.
Grilling
•Place foil on the bottom of the glass bowl to catch fat and oil drippings.
•Brush the low rack with oil to avoid sticking.
•Place food directly on the low rack.
Baking
•Place your food in any oven-safe baking dish on the low rack. The oven-safe
baking dish should be no more than 8” in diameter to leave enough room for
the flow of hot air around the food being cooked.
•Be aware that baking desserts can easily become over cooked. It is
recommended to lower the temperature slightly and turn the baking dish if
too much browning occurs.
Broiling
•Place foil on the bottom of the glass bowl to catch fat and oil drippings.
•Brush the high rack with oil to avoid sticking.
•Place food directly on the high rack.
•Broiling time may vary depending on the type of food, thickness of meat or
amount of fat.

Tips and suggestions
11
Air frying
•Place your food in any oven-safe baking dish that will fit in the convection
oven on the low rack.
•Little or no oil is used for air frying. Do not fill the glass bowl with oil.
•Promptly remove the lid once cooking is finished. This will let out the steam
and keep the food from becoming soggy.
Steaming
•Place your food in any oven-safe baking dish that will fit in the convection
oven on the low rack and cover with foil. Pour water or broth into the bottom
of the glass bowl using ½ cup of liquid for every pound of food. Cook at 350°.
You can also steam vegetables at the same time as you cook the main dish by
putting them in an aluminum foil pouch; add a few drops of water and seal the
pouch.
Hints
•Use the extender ring for bigger foods or to cook more than one food at a
time. This is so the food doesn’t touch the heating element and for proper
circulation.
•The oven has a 60-minute timer. The power indicator light below the control
knobs will turn on and remain on whenever the time is in use. PLEASE NOTE:
The oven will not heat up unless the timer is on.
•Avoid stacking food to cook more food. If air cannot circulate around the food,
you will only fully cook the top. Always leaves spaces for air to travel and
always use the high rack and perforated oven-safe baking dish when
necessary.
•After food is cooked, turn down thermostat to maintain crispness.
•A meat thermometer can be used to easily determine the extent of cooking.
