Introduction
Thank you for purchasing our Car Alarm System.
AME MM2 is a modern car security system, designed and manufactured to ensure the highest level of security
for your car and provide you with a number of convenience features. Please carefully read this manual and follow its
instructions while using different features and functions of the AME MM2.
We are not responsible for any injuries or damages resulting from your wrong use of our system.
Do not change the Installer’s Functions while using the alarm system. These functions are to be adjusted by
professional installation staff, and to tailor the alarm system for reliable and safety operation along with the different
equipment installed on your car.
If you find any problems while using the alarm system, contact your installation shop for repairing or readjusting.
Do not try to repair the alarm system yourself.
After reading this Guide you will be able to make good use of your alarm system and get as full as possible
protection for your car.
The AME MM2 monitors the status of the doors, hood and trunk, twostage shock sensor and the optional
e.g. space disturbance sensor (if installed). A power siren and light indicators will warn you about any intrusion
into your car.
Enhanced antitheft facilities are ensured by a powerful builtin blocking relay with normally opened contacts
and an additional universal output available to connect an extra blocking relay with normally closed contacts.
The Quick Auto Rearming function and programmable disarm authorization procedure are included to enhance
the protective abilities of the alarm system.
Variable functions of the inputs and outputs add flexibility to the installation procedure and daily usage of the
alarm system; optional sensors and other equipment can be connected. Builtin relays are used to connect
highcurrent circuits.
The alarm system allows adjustment through programming a number of features to tailor the system to
particular car and extra installed equipment.
The selfdiagnostics feature helps to identify and quickly remove all possible faults.
Remote Control
Two Way Hand Held LCD Transceiver
3button LCD Transceiver. The Transceiver has two buttons for controlling the alarm system and one button
(Button 3) for configuring the display. The transceiver radio remote control incorporates random encryption technology
so that the control code is changed each time the transmitter is used. Once the transceiver receives a status
change or alarm triggered signal from the main alarm unit the LCD indication will change accordingly and audible/
vibration warning will turn on to warn you the alarm is triggered.
The Transceiver uses 1,5V Battery (Type AAA), which lasts for 26 months dependent upon the Transceiver
usage rate.

Clock Time
To adjust the time use the below procedure:
Press button 3 for 3 seconds (until a double buzzer beep).
The Hour’s digits will start to flash. Press Button 1 to increase the hours by 1 hour per press and
Button 2 to decrease the hour by one hour per press. Press button 3 to confirm that the hour’s
digits are correct.

Once the Hours have been confirmed by pressing button 3, the minute’s digits will start to flash.
Use the same buttons to change the minute’s digits and when the minute’s digits are confirmed,
then the time will be set and the display will return to a standard display format and the transceiver
will emit a clock set melody.
Parking Timer
The Timer will activate as soon as the alarm system is armed.
The timer display will be displayed on the LCD panel whenever the alarm system is disarmed.
A few seconds after disarming the LCD display will return to the current time display, however
the last value of the parking time will remain in the transceiver memory until the next arming.
You can check time of parking with pressing button 3.
As soon as you arm the alarm system again the Parking Timer will reset to 0000.
Panel Lighting
Pressing button 3 will illuminate the LCD panel back lighting. The Light will remain turned on for 5 seconds after
the button is pressed. The LCD panel will also be illuminated every time the alarm is triggered.
Buzzer
The transceiver includes an internal Buzzer and a different tone is used to indicate each different zone trigger or
prewarn input. The buzzer can be turned ON and OFF by pressing button 3 three times followed by Button 2. If you
turn off the buzzer all audible confirmation/warning will be cancelled. Turning on the buzzer the transceiver will
confirm with the buzzer activation melody and all audible signals will work as normally.
Vibrator
The transceiver includes an internal Vibrator to indicate a zone trigger or prewarn input. The Vibrator can be
turned ON and OFF by pressing button 3 three times followed Button 1. If you turn off the vibrator all vibrating
confirmation/warning will be cancelled. Turning on the vibrator the transceiver will confirm with a vibrating signal
and all vibration signals will work as normal.
Low Battery Warning
The LCD Display includes a transceiver battery discharge indication. When the transceiver
battery voltage becomes less than 1,3V the exclamation sign will be flashing on the LCD panel.
When the battery voltage is less than 1,2V audible confirmation on pressing the button and all
audible/vibration indication will be turned off. The LCD indication will continue to operate as
normal. As soon as possible replace the battery to reinstate the alarm system protective abilities
in full.

Button Lock
To avoid accidental transmitting the command to the alarm system press button 3 two times and then press
button 1, all button operations will be blocked until buttons 3 and 1 are pressed in the same sequence once again.
When the Button Lock is activated the respective icon will be displayed on the LCD panel.
Power Save Mode (Temporary Transceiver OFF Mode)
The Transceiver also incorporates a Power Save Mode, for use when the Transceiver will be out of range for
extended periods of time, for example when on vacation. To turn on the Power Save Mode press buttons 3 twice
and then press button 2. After this the transceiver will be completely turned off until you press buttons 3 and 2 once
again. The clock time is still working when in the Power Save Mode and the current time will be displayed as soon
as you turn the Power Save Mode off.
As soon as the Power Save mode is activated the respective icon will appear on the LCD
panel meanwhile all the remaining symbols will disappear.
Display Update
If the transceiver is taken out of range of the vehicle, then communication between the handheld transceiver
and vehicle will be lost. To update the display, you can press button 3 followed by button 1.
This will cause the alarm system to respond by sending the latest status information to the Transceiver so it can
be immediately displayed on the LCD panel.
One Way Transmitter
2button multifunction transmitter, which uses a 3 Volt battery
(CR2016). The 2 button transmitter will control the main alarm features
only. Pager test is only available via the 3button LCD Transmitter.

The AME MM2 allows setting of a onedigit PIN code. The system LED is used to enter the PIN Code.
How to enter the PIN Code
To override the alarm system when no transmitter is available:
1. Within 7 seconds switch the ignition on/off twice and then switch it on again.
2. The LED will be flashing quickly. After quick flashing the LED will flash in a rate of one flash per second.
3. Count a number of flashes equal to your PIN Code and switch the ignition off.
4. If the PIN Code is correct the alarm system will disarm.
NOTE: If an incorrect PIN Code is entered twice the alarm system will block the PIN Code operation for two minutes.

11. Гарантии
Гарантийный срок хранения  36 месяцев от даты выпуска при соблюдении условий хранения.
СТСТС рассчитана на условия транспортирования по группе Ж2 и на условия хранения Л по ГОСТ
15150 с учетом ГОСТ Р 50905 п.4.9.5 при перевозке наземным транспортом. При перевозке воздуш
ным или морским транспортом вопрос согласуется между изготовителем и потребителем в каждом
конкретном случае индивидуально с учетом организационных или технических мер по ГОСТ Р
50905 п. 4.9.5 и ГОСТ 23216.
Гарантийный срок эксплуатации  12 месяцев от даты продажи при соблюдении правил эксплу
атации.
СТСТС сдается в гарантийный ремонт только через установщика или в случае неавторизованной
установки непосредственно в ремонтную службу поставщика. В последнем случае вопрос о гаран
тийном ремонте рассматривается особо.
Гарантийному ремонту не подлежат изделия: с механическими повреждениями корпуса, со сле
дами воздействия высоких температур, агрессивных жидкостей, со следами неквалифицированно
го ремонта и доработками электрической схемы, с повреждениями, вызванными перегрузками по
току, с неправильно оформленной документацией.

Directions for Use
Main Alarm Functions
Pager Function
The Pager function will only be available on the 2 Way Transceiver, which armed the alarm system. If another
valid 2way Transceiver is in range of the vehicle when the alarm system is triggered, that Transceiver will not
receive the pager signal. If a standard transmitter arms the alarm system, the pager function will be unavailable.
If function 10 in the User Functions Programming Table is set to ON, the pager function on the 2way Transceiver,
which armed the alarm system, will be available on every disarming regardless of which transmitter is disarming the
alarm system. This is to prevent the alarm system from silent disarming by unauthorized facilities.
If function 11 in the User Functions Programming Table is set to ON, then the pager function will be available on
all valid twoway transceivers regardless of which transceiver or transmitter arm/disarm the alarm system.
Arming
With all door, hood, trunk closed and with the ignition off press button 1 once to arm the alarm system.
When the alarm is armed and the doors lock the siren will beep once and the indicators will flash once, the LED
will flash slowly to indicate that the system is armed.
The LCD Transceiver will confirm the alarm system is armed with a beep, and the LCD
screen will display an armed state.
Defective Zone Warning
If any door, trunk, or hood is not shut properly while arming the siren will emit three additional beeps and the
indicators will flash three times. The defective Zone Icon will stay on the LCD screen until the Zone state gets
normal.
Dome Light Car Detection
This feature can be selected using programming.
If the interior light in your car includes a delay when the door is closed turn this function on, there will be no
additional warning beeps on arming the alarm system with the interior light left switched on because of the timed
delay. The door open icon will still appear on the LCD screen when alarm is armed with the interior light switched
on, and it will disappear as soon as the light is switched off.
Armed
When the alarm system is armed and triggered it will be triggered for 30 seconds or until you press any
transmitter button or enter the override code (PIN code) once any door, hood or trunk is opened or the shock
sensor (or optional sensor) is triggered. If the prewarn zone of the shock sensor (optional sensor) is triggered, this
will cause the siren to emit a few short beeps.
NOTE: When you press button 5 the Transceiver will transmit no command, so you can cancel the triggered
warning on the transceiver without canceling alarming with pressing button 5.

4. Комплектность

ного управления, жгуты и аксессуары в соответствии с Инструкцией пользователя.
2. Данное Руководство по эксплуатации являющееся неотъемлемой частью гарантийного талона
(замене и покупке отдельно не подлежит).

5. Маркировка
На корпусах основных компонентов должны быть указаны дата выпуска и идентификационные
признаки данной модели. Имеющиеся Знаки Соответствия в разделе 12.
6. Упаковка
Каждое изделие должно находиться в индивидуальной потребительской таре, предохраняющей
от механических повреждений и утери составных частей с момента приемки на предприятии изго
товителе до момента установки (отсутствие или повреждение упаковки не являются основанием
для прекращения гарантийных обязательств после установки).
7. Использование по назначению
После установки ознакомтесь с особенностями установки, первичными установками пользова
тельских функций и опробируйте СТСТС вне интенсивного дорожного движения во всех режимах.
При желании скопируйте Инструкцию пользователя и держите ее под рукой.
Пользовательское программирование и изменение чувствительности датчиков рекомендуется
проводить в сервисном центре.
Используйте тихую постановку в ночное время.
Не передавайте брелки дистанционного управления детям и посторонним лицам.
8. Техническое обслуживание
Рекомендуется периодически, не реже одного раза в месяц, проверять работоспособность СТСТС
и поддерживать в хорошем состоянии концевые датчики. Не лишним будет периодический осмотр
креплений, жгутов, соединений и удаление накопившейся грязи.
При снижении дальности действия брелка замените его элемент питания типа А23, соблюдая
полярность.
9. Ремонт
Ремонтопригодно при условии выполнения его квалифицированным персоналом, ознакомлен
ным с изделием и уполномоченным предприятиемизготовителем. Пользователю рекомендуется
только иметь под рукой запасные предохранители и в экстренных случаях воспользоваться ими,
предварительно оценив возможную причину перегорания.
10. Хранение и транспортирование
Ограничений при перевозке СТСТС в ручной клади владельцем и при длительном хранении в
домашних условиях нет, кроме соблюдения диапазона температур от минус 45 до плюс 85 ?С, от
сутствия грубых механических воздействий, прямого попадания влаги, пыли и солнечного света.

The LCD Transceiver will turn on a warning melody, which is different tone to Indicate each different zone trigger
or prewarn input, LCD backlighting, and a respective LCD icon to display a triggered zone. See Table below for
more details.
WARNING: When the Transceiver is providing the prewarn sensor zone triggered indication the alarm system
is not in triggered stage, so use any button except of button 2 to cancel the prewarn sensor zone triggered
indication if you want to keep the alarm system armed.
Disarming
When the alarm is armed press button 2 once to disarm the alarm system.
When the alarm system is disarmed, the siren will chirp three times, the indicators will flash twice, the LED will
turn off and the central door locking will unlock.

The LCD Transceiver will confirm the alarm system is disarmed with two beeps, and the LCD
indication will change to disarmed state indication.
If you turn on in the User’s programmable function 10 “Twoway Handset Alarming on
Disarming”, the LCD handset will be emitting a unique melody as confirmation of disarming.
This melody will be emitted on every disarming regardless of the system was disarmed either
with the 2way transmitter or with the conventional transmitter. The melody will last for 30
seconds or until you press any button on the handset. If you do not listen the melody and do not
press a button the disarm icon will continue to flash and the handset will emit an audible signal every minute
until you press a button. This function will provide you with additional level of security preventing the alarm system
from unauthorized disarming.
2 Stage Disarm
To disarm the alarm system normally, press the disarm button. If the alarm system has been triggered, pressing
a button will stop the alarm cycle but the alarm system will remain armed and the doors will remain locked (if the
action causing the trigger is over i.e. door open triggered alarm but the door is now closed). If the action causing
the alarm trigger is not over i.e. the door is still open then it will require two presses of a button to stop the alarm
cycle. The alarm will remain armed with the doors locked. To fully disarm the alarm system, press the disarm button
(2) again.
Panic
Holding buttons 1 and 2 pressed for 3 seconds will activate panic mode. The siren will sound and the indicators
will flash until you press button 1 again to turn off panic mode. When the panic mode is activated the alarm system
will keep status (armed or disarmed) it held before.
Silent Arm
Pressing button 2 immediately before button 1 is pressed (within 3 seconds) will arm the alarm system without
beeping the siren unit. All other features including the indicator flashes will remain the same. Note: If the alarm is
giving the driver a warning such as three beeps for door/hood/trunk open the alarm system will beep the siren even
if it is overridden by the remote or the software switch. Fault warnings take priority over silent arming.
Silent Disarm
Pressing button 1 immediately before button 2 is pressed will disarm the alarm system without beeping the
siren unit. All other features including the indicator flashes will remain the same. Note: If the alarm is giving the
driver a warning such as four flash warning that the alarm has been triggered, the alarm system will beep the siren
even if it is overridden by the remote or the software switch. Fault warnings take priority over silent disarming.
Sensor Override Mode
Sensor’s Warning Zone Override Mode
Pressing button 1 twice within 3 seconds at any time in armed stage will cause the prewarn zone of the shock
sensor and optional sensor (if installed) to disable. Two siren beeps and two indicator flashes will confirm the pre
warn zone of the sensor has been disabled.
Sensor Override Mode
Pressing button 1 twice within 3 seconds at any time while armed with prewarn zone of the sensor overridden
will cause the shock sensor and optional sensor (if installed) to completely disable. Three siren beeps and three
indicator flashes will confirm both the prewarn zone and the main trigger of the sensor has been disabled.

1. Назначение
СТСТС предназначена для звукового и оптического оповещения о несанкционированном ис
пользовании транспортного средства, блокировки работы двигателя, дистанционного выполнения
сервисных функций для любых марок автотранспортных средств с питанием от бортовой сети с
заземленным отрицательным выводом аккумуляторной батареи с номинальным напряжением 12В
при размещении в скрытом месте салона.
Для правильного использования СТСТС имеются дополнительные Инструкции пользователя на
русском и английском языках со схемами подключения, рекомендациями по установке и поряд
ком использования и дополнительной информацией.
СТСТС является дополнительным электронным оснащением автомобиля следует учитывать его
руководство по эксплуатации.
СТСТС не ухудшает безопасность и электромагнитную совместимость на автомобиле, (допол
нительное и штатное электрооборудоваие должны быть сертифицированы). Допускается сниже
ние требований к дополнительно подключаемому к СТСТС оборудованию по устойчивости к им
пульсным помехам: степень жесткости не ниже III по ГОСТ 28751 или рекомендуется использовать
в автомобиле регулятор напряжения со встроенными помехоподавительными элементами с поро
гом импульсного ограничения не хуже напряжение 26,5 В, или обеспечить дополнительные поме
хоподавительные меры (например, бесперебойный автомобильный источник питания с ограниче
нием выходного перенапряжения и как резервный только СТСТС)
Антенну целесообразно располагать перпендикулярно к близлежащим металлическим поверх
ностям для эффективной работы дистанционного управления.
2. Требования безопасности
ВНИМАНИЕ! При работе электрооборудования на проводах питания и электрически связанных с
ними цепях могут случайным образом появляться импульсные помехи напряжением более 300 В.
Ответственность за выбор типов и сечений дополнительных проводов, используемых при монтаже
при необходимости, за определение мест и способов подключений к штатной электропроводке, за пра#
вильное расположение и за качество крепления, за правильный выбор совместно работающих приборов
несет установщик!
После установки СТСТС необходимо провести технический осмотр автомобиля на соответствие
техническим предписаниям согласно действующим правилам!
По истечении ресурса 10 лет или 160 тыс. км для СТСТС должна быть проведена оценка техничес#
кого состояния квалифицированным специалистом и при возможности продлен срок эксплуатации с
последующим осмотром через каждые 5 лет!
Не сокращайте число и место предусмотренных предохранителей и не используйте другие номиналы
и типы, располагайте их по возможности в непосредственной близости от аккумулятора или в рас#
пределительной коробке.
Во избежание аварийной ситуации рекомендуется блокировка только тех цепей, которые не уча#
ствуют при движении автомобиля (например, стартер) или тех цепей, которые рекомендованы для
конкретной модели автотранспортного средства.
Категорически запрещена блокировка тех цепей в каталитическом нейтрализаторе или октан#кор#
ректоре, которые приводят к ухудшению сгорания топлива.
При монтаже жгутов используйте проходные втулки и дополнительное крепление жгутов.
Изучите требования безопасности и особенности эксплуатации совместно работающего оборудо#
вания.

The Shock Sensor Icon on the LCD screen will be solid on during entire period of the Sensor
Override Mode.
Sensor Reenable Mode
Pressing button 1 twice within 3 seconds at any time while armed with the sensor completely disabled will cause
the shock sensor and optional sensor (if installed) to reenable. One siren beep and one indicator flash will confirm
both the prewarn zone and the main trigger of the sensor has been reinstated.
NOTE: If you have armed the alarm system in the Silent mode, the respective numbers of the indicator flashes
will confirm the sensor override/reenable mode, but there will be no siren beeps.
Calm Alarm Mode
The alarm system includes a Calm Alarm Mode that will allow the alarm system to be armed in a silent mode. If
the alarm system is triggered when the system is in this mode then the siren will not sound. If the alarm system is
triggered, the indicators will flash as normal to show that the alarm system has been triggered. You will be informed
as normal via the 2way LCD transceiver (The device that triggered the alarm system will he identified on the LCD
display). To arm the alarm system to Calm Alarm mode press buttons 1 and 2 together at any time while armed.
NOTE: If the prewarn zone of the sensor is triggered when armed in Calm Alarm mode, the LCD transceiver will
indicate this as normal, but there will be no warning from either the siren and the indicator lights.
Automatic Functions
Auto Rearming
This feature can be selected using programming.
The alarm system will rearm and relock the doors 30 seconds after it has been disarmed unless the doors,
hood or trunk is opened or the ignition is switched on. This feature is to avoid accidental disarming of the alarm
system.
Quick Auto Rearming (User Authorization)
This feature can be selected using programming.
The alarm system includes a quick auto rearming procedure which will rearm the alarm system after 3
seconds unless the disarm authorisation button (buttons) is pressed. If the disarm authorisation button sequence is
not pressed within 3seconds of disarming, the alarm system will automatically rearm and relock the doors. If the
door/trunk/hood is opened or the ignition is turned on within 3seconds of disarming without the disarm authorisation
button being pressed, the alarm system will immediately return to the armed condition and will then trigger.

Настоящее руководство по эксплуатации предназначено для информирования покупателя о техничес
ких характеристиках и условиях использования приобретаемого дополнительного автоэлектронного ос
нащения СТСТС, об основных правилах и порядке установки, взаимных обязательствах между изготови
телем, продавцом, установщиком и владельцем транспортного средства, на котором оно используется.
СТСТС предназначена для установки в автомобили в качестве дополнительного оборудования и допус
кает подключение дополнительных устройств,
улучшающих ее защитные и сервисные функции.
Помните, что СТСТС является сложным электронным автомобильным устройством. От его функцио
нирования и правильности установки зависит безопасность Вашей жизни, здоровья, имущества и дорож
ной обстановки, качество работы совместно работающей и близ расположенной радиоэлектронной ап
паратуры, средств связи.
Внимательно прочитайте сведения об эксплуатации (разделы 13, 611). Проверьте, при желании, на
личие заверенной копии сертификата соответствия у продавца. Выясните место нахождения ближайшего
сервисного центра и рекомендуемого установщика. Перед покупкой убедитесь в работоспособности. Про
верьте при покупке правильность заполнения свидетельства о приемке предприятием изготовителем (раз
дел 12), соответствия комплектности (раздел 4) и маркировки (раздел 5), наличие предусмотренных граф
о дате продажи и продавце торгующей организации (раздел 12).
После установки проверьте заполнение свидетельства об установке (раздел 11), заранее внимательно
ознакомьтесь в полном объеме с РЭ и выясните непонятные места и возможные особенности у установ
щика, а также внимательно выслушайте его рекомендации о Ваших действиях при эксплуатации, техни
ческом обслуживании автомобиля, неисправностях и авариях, при демонтаже. При необходимости сде
лайте письменные заметки на предусмотренном листе (раздел 13).
СТСТС предназначена для климатического исполнения У категории размещения 2 (внутри закрытого са#
лона в недоступном для пыли и брызг месте) по ГОСТ 15150. Блок управления находится в защитной оболочке
(корпусе) класса IP 30H (невозможно проникновение предметов диаметром более 2,5 мм через имеющиеся
отверстия и щели внутрь корпуса, символ «Н» устанавливает испытательное напряжение для изоляции 550

СТСТС не содержит вредных материалов и безопасны при эксплуатации и утилизации (кроме сжига
ния в неприспособленных условиях).
