Amedia Teleloupe TL-110 User manual

1. INTRODUCTION
Thank you for choosing the portable video
magnifier Teleloupe TL-110 (hereby referred to as
"the product").
The present user's manual explains the features of
the product and how to use it. Please read this
manual before using the product.
Also, please keep this manual with you to refer to
it whenever needed.
2. Attention
※The warnings shown here concern about safety.
Please read them carefully first to use the product
safely.
●Please do not use the product in environments
where temperature/humidity severely changes.
Avoid wet this product.
●Do not put the product near heaters, panel heaters
or in places with direct sunlight; the product might
be damaged.
●Use the product with proper care.
Misuse of the product might damage its internal
components. Do not plug the cable applying force.
●Do not open or disassemble the product. Please
contact your nearest store or Amedia in case repair
is needed.
●Do not open any component of the product. Opening
the product will void the guarantee.
●Do not use detergents or polishing agents with
the product, since they will damage it. Also do not
touch the camera lens directly.
●Use only the AC adapter coming with the product.
●Do not strike, shake, press or drop the product.
●Avoid storing or using the product in
environments with temperatures below 10DC or above
40DC or in highly humid environments.
●Use of the product not in conformance with this
manual voids the guarantee.
3. Contents of Package
The package of the product contains the following:
1) The Teleloupe (device itself)
2) AC adapter
3) Television connecting cable
4) The User's Manual (this booklet) with the
warranty
5) The carrying case
6) The cleaning cloth
7) The strap
If something is missing, please contact your
distributor or Amedia.
4. Name of Parts and Functions / How to Use the
Product
①3.5" Display
②Charging indicator
③Color Adjustment Button
Whenever pressed, colors change in the following
sequence: Full Color, Black in White, White in Black,
Yellow in Black, Yellow in Blue, Blue in White and
Blue in Yellow.
④Magnification Change
As you press the key, magnification increases: 5X,
6.5X, 8X,10.5X,15X and 20X.
As you press the key for about 4 seconds, the light
intensity change in the following sequence: Light
On (Level 1), Light Level 2, Light Level 3, Light
Off.
⑤Position of the Camera
The camera is below this indication.
⑥Freeze Image Button
You can temporarily freeze the image currently in
view. Press it again to return to previous state.
The back side LED light will be automatically erased
when the image frozen.
⑦Switch Button
When pressed shortly, the product turns on. If
shortly pressed again, the product will turn off.
⑧Video & Charge Jack
When connecting it to the television:
By Plugging in the television connecting cable
coming together with the product, you can display
the images on an external screen. Connect the Yellow
plug to the television. The black plug at the end
dividing into two like a Y character, at the screen
side, is the charging plug. You can charge it with
the charger even when connected to the television.
※When connected to the television, the screen of
the device turns off.
Charging:
This is also the socket to use in order to charge
the product. Connect the AC adapter to it and plug
the adapter to an electrical outlet. The charging
indicator will be ON while charging.
It takes about 6 hours to fully charge the battery
from its fully discharged state and it will function
continuously for 3 hours.
※Please fully charge the battery before using the
product for the first time.

⑩The Battery Compartment
Use your nails to open the compartment and change
the battery.
※The battery status is displayed on the screen in
one of three ways. When "Low Battery!" is displayed
in red, the battery needs to be charged.
※Power Saving Function
When no operation is performed in a period of about
20 minutes, the device automatically turns off.
