How Your Self-Pressurized AQUAMATE™ Machine Works
Filling Tank Emptying Tank
Water enters the bottom
of the tank and forces the
diaphragm to expand
upward which compress-
es the air chamber.
When you squeeze the
Wand Valve, air pressure
pushes down on the
diaphragm to empty the
water.
Troubleshooting Guide
Problem Cause Solution
• Tank won't fill • Low water pressure • Check water pressure in faucet.
• High pre-charged air pressure • Empty water from tank, check air
pressure, Reset to 12-14 PSI.
• Ball valve closed • Open Ball Valve.
• Emergency Shut-off valve closed (select models) • Open shut-off valve
• Machine exposed to direct sunlight • Allow tank to cool; check air pressure.
• Tank fills, won't empty • Loss of pressure in tank • RE-PRESSURIZE TANK
Increase tank pressure to 40 PSI.
Open ball valve to release water in
tank. When tank is empty, close the
ball valve. Lower pressure back to 14
PSI.
• Broken tank diaphragm • Call Customer Service. (800)726-9889
• Water comes out too slowly • Loss of air pre-charge pressure • Empty tank, check air pressure,
Reset to 12-14 PSI.
• Partial blockage of valves or nozzles • Open ball valve completely.
Check nozzles and valve for clogs
or obstruction.
• Leaks between wand valve • Worn out hose washer • Replace hose washer. Supplied in
& ball valve service kit bag.
